Abstract

Service Quality and Brand Image included in factors that can influence Customer Satisfaction. For this study aims to carry out an analysis influence about service quality and the influence of brand image for customer satisfaction grab transportation service in Sidoarjo. This population is customers who using Grab transportation services in Sidoarjo, for the sampling method is using a non-probability sampling method. As well as sampling technique for use purposive sampling technique and sample acquisition of 60 samples. This study for method use quantitative and data analysis techniques using PLS. The gain for this study is that Service Quality has a positive influence on customer satisfaction of Grab Transportation Services in Sidoarjo and Brand Image has a positive influence on customer satisfaction of Grab Transportation Services in Sidoarjo. Abstract

One of the most essential teachings of Islam is deliberation, because with it humans can solve all life's problems in a good and wise manner. Apart from that, in deliberations commendable qualities such as brotherhood, equality, mutual respect, not imposing their own will, understanding and acknowledging other people's views will be born even though there are differences (agree on differences). Deliberation is a negotiating activity by exchanging opinions from various parties regarding an issue to then be considered and decided and taken for the best for the common good. The term deliberation has become a public discourse among Muslim intellectuals in recent centuries, especially in the 21st century. This is due to the influence if not said to be cultural infiltration and western political theory on the Islamic world, especially in the discourse of democracy. At the time of the Prophet led the state of Medina and made deliberation one of the principles of statehood. This paper attempts to elaborate on the principle of deliberation contained in the Qur'an. Abstract

Financial distress shows the condition of a company that is experiencing economic and financial difficulties that may cause bankruptcy. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of leverage, liquidity, profitability, and company size on financial distress. This research was conducted using a systematic literature review method, or reviewing previous studies, to identify whether the effect of leverage, liquidity, profitability, and company size on financial distress. The data used is secondary data in the form of journey articles from the period of 2020–2022 obtained using Google Scholar. The results of this study indicate that leverage, liquidity, profitability, and company size have an effect on financial distress. The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference and source of information related to factors that can affect financial distress.. Abstract

Tokopedia is one of the first e-commerce in Indonesia to use a marketplace system. Many choose Tokopedia as a means to find electronic product needs ranging from electronic household appliances, electronic sports equipment, medical devices, smartphones, laptop and computer equipment, electronic accessories and many more. Brand quality and quantity are highly considered by consumers when looking for products on Tokopedia to get a satisfaction in generating repurchase intention. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand equity and brand image on repurchase intention of electronic products in Tokopedia with consumer satisfaction as a intervening variable. This type of research is Quantitative Research. The technique used in this study is Non-Probability Sampling with a purposive sampling approach, namely Tokopedia consumers who have purchased electronic products three times. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a Questionnaire. The technique of analysis and interpretation of data uses Multiple Regression Analysis, according to the model developed in this study, and operates through the SPSS program. The results showed that brand equity (X1) and brand image (X2) had a positive effect on consumer satisfaction (Z). Then consumer satisfaction (Z) influences repurchase intention (y). Brand equity, brand image, and consumer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Consumer satisfaction is the variable that has the highest influence on repurchase intention. Keywords: E-commerce, Brand Equity, Brand Image, Consumer Satisfaction, Repurchase Intention

Abstract

This study set out to determine how to acquire, plan for, and use facilities and infrastructure to improve learning quality, as well as how to keep facilities and infrastructure up to date and how to plan for and maintain facilities and infrastructure to do so. This study utilizes subjective exploration techniques with a naturalistic methodology, getting information sources from the genuine circumstance. interviews, observation, and documentation studies are the data collection methods. After that, (a) reduction, (b) presentation, and (c) conclusion are used in the data analysis method. The review uncovered the accompanying: 1) Planning of facilities and infrastructure based on a needs analysis and teacher or other staff member suggestions. Facilities and infrastructure are prioritized according to their importance and the amount of money available. 2) Purchasing facilities and infrastructure from predetermined budgets or readily available funds. 3) There are predetermined procedures and timetables for making use of facilities and infrastructure. 4) The upkeep of the infrastructure and facilities that are available is the responsibility of each and every member of the school community, which includes students, teachers, special officers, and principals. 5) Facilities and infrastructure supervision is directly accountable to the deputy head of facilities and infrastructure. A crucial component of efforts to improve school quality is the management of infrastructure and facilities. Naturally, improving the quality of education in schools necessitates paying attention to how to effectively and efficiently manage good facilities and infrastructure in order to achieve learning objectives. Abstract

This study examines the analysis of civil law against parties who violate business agreements. The research method used is normative juridical study, namely research studies based on legal sources such as laws and regulations, and expert opinions to research studies related to the title chosen by the researcher. The results of this research are known that the business world, especially related to business agreements, is very prone to negligence or violations of the agreements that have been agreed upon. In law, this activity is referred to as default. Negligence or violations that occur are generally committed by one of the parties included in the agreement, causing losses in both material and non-material forms. Parties who violate the agreements that have been agreed upon can be entangled in various articles in the Civil Code. Some rules that may ensnare parties who violate the contents of this business agreement include Article 1236, Article 1239, Articles 1243, 1246 to Article 1250. Abstract

This research examines the study of the settlement of disputes due to default in the transfer of land rights, namely in decision Number: 80/B/2022/PT.TUN.SBY. The research method used is normative juridical study, namely research studies based on legal sources such as laws and regulations, and expert opinions to research studies related to the title chosen by the researcher. The results of this research are that it is known that disputes on the transfer of land rights can occur due to many things, including negligence that occurs as a result of someone's failure to fulfill the contents of the agreement or contract, which is called default. The result of the decision Number: 80/B/2022/PT.TUN.SBY is the rejection of the lawsuit from the plaintiffs as a result of the time for serving the lawsuit exceeding 90 days, namely as stated in Law No. 9 of 2004. It is known that the plaintiff filed an administrative lawsuit in court more than 1 year after the previous lawsuit was decided. Therefore, based on Law No. 51 of 2009 the plaintiff must bear the costs incurred during the trial in the amount of Rp.250,000.00. Keywords: Land Rights, Disputes, Default

Abstract

In corruption cases it was found that in substance a crime of trading in influence had occurred, but because the act of trading in influence had not been criminalized into the Corruption Crime Act, so these cases were often processed using the Articles of Bribery and Articles of Gratification because incidentally the perpetrators were state administrators, even though the act of trading influence that is mostly carried out by political figures, both carried out by administrators and those who are not state administrators, has a major influence on government officials. Cases of trade influence in Indonesia have actually occurred many times and for a long time with different modes. However, there is no explicit regulation of influence trading so far. This legal vacuum makes law enforcers doubt which article should be charged. Identification of the problem of legal writing (thesis), that is, what is meant by the crime of trading in influence (Influence of Trading)?, what is the criminal responsibility for the cost of ratifying Article 18 of the United Nation Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC) concerning Trading Influence or the influence of trade associated with the Law Law Number 20 of 2001 Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes?, and how is the analysis of trading in the elements of Trading In Influence reviewed in the Irman Gusman case decision Number: 112/PID.SUS/TPK/2016/PN .JKT .PST?. This research method is a normative type with the nature of an analytical descriptive research. The data collection method was carried out through library research and field research, data processing was carried out using qualitative methods. Based on the cases that have occurred, law enforcers often use the bribery article for matters of influence trading, such as in the case of Irman Gusman in the writing of this law. In this case, Irman was said to be trading in influence, but because the influence of trade did not yet have a terminology in the Corruption Crime Act, the case was subject to an article on bribery. Therefore the authors provide suggestions, namely the need for a comprehensive academic study related to industrial influence in corruption crimes, so that later conclusions can be drawn whether or not influence trading rules are needed to be included in the Corruption Crime Act. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and social support with academic procrastination of BKPI Department Students, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN SU. The sample used in this study was 100 students from the BKPI Department of the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN SU. This study used a quantitative method with the use of the scale method as a data collection tool, namely the self-efficacy scale, social support scale and procrastination scale. The results of this study are (1) the independent variable of this study, namely self-efficacy, has a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely procrastination. This is indicated by a significance level of less than 0.05. (2) the independent variable of this study, namely social support, has a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely procrastination. This is indicated by a significance level of less than 0.05. (3) based on the determination coefficient test, a value of 0.449 or 44.9% is obtained so that it can be explained that the independent variables of selfefficacy and social support have an effect on the dependent variable, namely procrastination of 44.9% and the rest is influenced by other variables that not examined in this study Keywords: Self-Efficacy, Social Support, Academic Procrastination.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Ambassadors and Social Media Ads Through Sales Trust on Tokopedia Consumer Loyalty. This study used a quantitative research type and selected 100 people (male & female, 18-30 years old, and using Tokopedia e-commerce) as research subjects. Researchers use the help of SmartPLS software version 3.2.9, where the results of the analysis will be described in tabular form. The results of the study show that the brand ambassadors chosen by Tokopedia have not been able to create direct consumer loyalty to their customers and have not contributed optimally in creating trust directly to consumers and sales trust is unable to become an intermediary or mediate brand ambassadors for consumer loyalty because brand ambassadors do not involve there is an influence on consumer trust and loyalty.
