Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Environment, Compensation, and Discipline on Employee Loyalty with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable at Restaurant Combine Steak and Omah Duren Kavling of DPR Sidoarjo. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative research, while the population sample in this research is all employees of Restaurant Combine Steak and Omah Duren, totaling 35 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The analysis technique for this research was using Path Analysis using the SPSS version 25 program.Based on the results of this study it was concluded that work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has no significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment, compensation and work discipline have a significant effect on work loyalty, while job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction with nako coffee services in kota wisata cibubur. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection was carried out through observation, survey, and interviews with 20 sources, namely consumers who were Visiting Kopi Nako Kota Wisata Cibubur. The results of this study are the services provided by Kopi Nako Kota Wisata Cibubur have met the criteria for good service readiness. Kopi Nako Kota Wisata Cibubur has provided good service to consumers. The analysis was carried out using indicators of reliability (reliability), responsiveness, assurance, attention (empathy), and physical evidence (tangible) which were analyzed through interviews with consumers as many as 20 sources, and they stated that they had a relatively high level of satisfaction with the services provided by kopi nako kota wisata cibubur. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of leadership style and motivation in improving employee performance at PT Jsky Energy Indonesia. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods. Respondents in this study were 10 respondents consisting of contract and daily employees consisting of leaders, raw materials, QC and operators of PT Jsky Energy Indonesia. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data collected is analyzed descriptively by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Role of Leadership Style and Motivation in Improving Employee Performance of PT. Jsky Energy Indonesia is very good as evidenced by unhurried decision making and through consideration, leaders always motivate employees, leaders often communicate with employees, leaders give instructions or orders to employees so that employees can work properly and correctly, leaders always carry out their duties and obligations seriously and responsibly, leaders can control their emotions, leaders not only see production progress from reports but go directly to the field, leaders have a future orientation so that PT. Jsky Energy Indonesia always innovates to create new quality products, leaders have a high level of ideals so that PT. Jsky Energy Indonesia always strives to be a better company than its competitors, leaders have task orientation and task seriousness with frequent leaders always controlling and ensuring conditions in the field, efforts to progress made by leaders by providing innovations in improving product quality, leaders have work diligence by often doing work outside office hours, always ensuring the state of production is running well, leaders have good relationships with coworkers, and leaders can utilize their time well and maximally. Abstract

The research entitled Management of Loss Risk Management at Indomaret Raya Jonggol Cileungsi Km 10. This study aims to determine the management of risk management for the prevention of loss of goods, and aims to determine efforts to resolve lost goods at Indomaret Raya Jonggol Cileungsi KM 10. The results show that Indomaret has implemented several risk management practices to reduce losses such as the use of CCTV and strict stock counting procedures. However, there are still some weaknesses in managing the risk of loss such as security when the shop is closed at night, there is no guard such as security in the shop-house area which is at risk of theft. Therefore, security is needed in the shop area to reduce the risk of loss. Keywords: Management, Risk of loss, management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the right marketing strategy to increase revenue in the post-pandemic era and to determine the effectiveness of the marketing strategy implemented by Ahmad Dental Clinic in an effort to increase revenue in the post-pandemic era. This research method is qualitative with a SWOT analysis approach and data collection methods by observation, surveys, and interviews.The results showed that Ahmad Dental Clinic was in quadrant I with an SO value of 4.15. This condition supports Ahmad Dental Clinic in implementing digital marketing strategies and increasing service readiness as an internal strength to maximize existing external opportunities. This relates to the implementation of digital marketing strategies and the readiness of services provided in an effort to increase revenue in the post-pandemic era. Abstract

Sistem Pelayanan Rakyat Sidoarjo Innovation (SIPRAJA) created by the Sidoarjo Regency Government in the Informatics Regional Administration Sub-Section arose because of the opinion of the people of Sidoarjo that government services were convoluted, slow, expensive, uncertain, and tiring. This SIPRAJA innovation is included in the Top 99 nominations for National Level Public Service Innovations in 2021, where this innovation cannot be separated from the role of its leader, namely the Head of the Regional Administration Sub-Division of the Government Section of the Sidoarjo Regional Secretariat. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. The determination of informants was carried out using purposive sampling and accidental sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation techniques. Presentation of data is done by grouping and combining the data obtained. The validity of the data was tested by data triangulation techniques. The results show that transformational leadership in relation to the SIPRAJA Innovation has been clearly illustrated in the Regional Administration Sub-Division of the Government Section of the Sidoarjo Regional Secretariat with the support of relevant stakeholders reaching the maximum point. Abstract

Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk ("Bank Jatim") is one of the largest Regional Banks whose position occupies the second position, and is expected to bring a positive impact, namely economic benefits in East Java Province. Based on Law Number 40 of 2007 explaining social and environmental responsibility as the company's commitment to participate in sustainable economic development, this study aims to find out about how the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk ("Bank Jatim") in 2021 is carried out, which will be reviewed through four implementation models of George C. Edward III mentioned in Agustiono (2008), namely: Communications, Resources, Dispositions, and Bureucratic Structure. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques using literature studies, in-depth interviews with resource persons, observation, documentation. The results of the study stated that the implementation of Bank Jatim's CSR implementation on communication indicators, resources, and also bureaucratic structure has run well, while the disposition indicators have also run quite well. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality, E-trust and Digital Transformation on Customer Loyalty of BSI Mobile Product Users: Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. This research is a quantitative study using primary data, namely data taken directly from the answers of the respondents. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. By using data analysis methods in the form of data analysis techniques in which there are multiple linear analysis tests, hypothesis tests, path analysis tests and also the Sobel test. Data processing uses the IBM SPSS 23 application. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty in using BSI Mobile. However, e-trust and digital transformation have no significant effect on customer loyalty in using BSI Mobile. The results of this study also show that customer satisfaction mediates a causal relationship between service quality, e-trust, and digital transformation on customer loyalty using BSI Mobile. Abstract

Organizational performance is a measure of the progress of an organization that shows how well an organization achieves its goals and the results of work achievements that have been achieved by employees in accordance with their functions and work in a certain period. This research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of leadership effectiveness and Islamic work motivation on organizational performance with Islamic work ethics as a moderating variable. This study uses quantitative techniques with primary data collection method questionnaires. The population in this study are all employees of Amil Zakat Institutions in Indonesia. The sampling technique used purposive sampling obtained by 210 respondents. The results showed that the work effectiveness of Islamic leadership and motivation had a significant effect on organizational performance, which means that the first and second hypotheses were accepted, while the Islamic work ethic was not able to moderate the influence of Islamic leadership and work motivation on organizational performance so that the third and fourth hypotheses were rejected. Abstract

The emergence of social media youtube with its practical, informative and efficient nature makes many people love it today. YouTube social media has many benefits, such as to search for movies, listen to music, watch the latest videos, and others. This study aims to explore the use of youtube according to the perspective of media political economy and Jurgen Habermas's thoughts on public sphere. Through a tourism communication approach, this research is included in the type of qualitative research with a discourse analysis research method based on storytelling video impressions produced by Kompas Daily entitled "Hidden Paradise in the South of West Java" as a recommendation for tourist attractions in West Java besides Bandung and Puncak. The results showed that the study of the political economy of media on YouTube platform explained that YouTube media companies are run to satisfy the needs and desires to obtain a variety of information for audiences and advertisers with available resources. The existence of social relations in the field of communication in YouTube media can obscure economic relations that reflect the pattern of greater digital capitalist development. Through the understanding of YouTube media as a public sphere, the conclusion of the study shows that YouTube users have consciously or unconsciously become "employees" for the YouTube media industry by becoming prosumers who are able to produce media content by sending video posts, showing likes or dislikes, commenting and making links when they become consumers on their social media.
