Abstract

Student discipline is one of the important factors to support the success of student learning and future plans for students in madrasas. BK teachers play an important role as an important actor to help students. This study aims to determine the efforts of counseling teachers at MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan in improving student discipline. The research approach used is qualitative research with a descriptive case study type of research. The research subjects were counseling teachers, homeroom teachers, subject teachers, and students of MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan who were taken by snowball sampling. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis techniques were carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: The counseling teacher's efforts in disciplining students at Man 1 Padangsidimpuan are through preventive efforts, curative efforts, and development efforts. Preventive efforts can be made through; 1) provide clear, firm and thorough information about madrasa rules and regulations, 2) show attitudes and actions that students can emulate regarding discipline in madrasas; 3) provide motivation, study skills, and planning skills and self-direction to become outstanding students for each student; 4) create disciplinary ambassadors for students in madrasas. Curative efforts are carried out by counseling teachers through; individual counseling services, group counseling services, and case conferences. Then development efforts are carried out by the counseling teacher through efforts to increase learning motivation and student achievement motivation, planning for the future, and preparing agendas or daily activities. It can be concluded that the efforts made by the counseling teacher at MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan were effective in increasing student discipline. Abstract

Foreign exchange reserves are used to see how far a country can conduct international trade and to show the strength and weakness of a country's economic fundamentals. Factors that affect foreign exchange reserves are foreign debt, exports, imports, the rupiah exchange rate, and the inflation rate. These factors will bring many advantages and benefits in increasing the country's foreign exchange reserves. But there are still some that do not affect the country's foreign exchange reserves. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of foreign debt, Al-Sharf and exports on the country's foreign exchange reserves. This type of research is quantitative research. The data source used is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Bank Indonesia. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 26 program. The results of the study state that the variables of foreign debt and Al-Sharf have a significant effect on the country's foreign exchange reserves. Meanwhile, the export variable does not have a significant effect on the country's foreign exchange reserves. Keywords: Foreign Debt,Al-Sharf, Exports, and State Reserves

Abstract

Deli Serdang is a district that has natural beauty and cultural diversity that can attract tourists, one of which is the existence of a tourist village. A digital-based tourism village is a village that is managed and developed by utilizing technological developments. This research is qualitative research using interview and observation methods. This study aims to determine the "Development of a Digital-Based Tourism Village in Improving the Economy of the Deli Serdang Community in the Study of Islamic Economics". The results of the study show that in developing a tourist village the local government must cooperate with the community. One of the strategies is through coaching the community and developing it again by making the most of technology, and the government must always pay attention to the village. One example is completing facilities and infrastructure, and maintaining the cleanliness of the environment in tourist villages to support visitor activities so that visitors who come feel comfortable linger in the tourist village area. The concept of tourism in Islam is everything that is entirely framed in Islamic values in every activity and does not conflict with Islamic ethical values. Abstract

The purpose of this study is two. The first is to find out how effective the BPJS Health program is based on input, process, and output indicators. The second is to know how the community of users of the BPJS Health program sees the benefits they get. In this study, descriptive qualitative research methods are used. Researchers use the theory of post-positive qualitative research as the primary tool for assessing the state of a reasonable thing. The sample consisted of 15 people who answered the question. The results of the analysis show that Labuhanbatu North service facilities, procedures, and responses related to the service process, quality, reliability, and accessibility can affect the level of effectiveness of the BPJS Health program. The BPJS Kesehatan program also helps its participants by lowering treatment costs, boosting health levels, enhancing service quality, and facilitating simpler access to healthcare. Abstract

The advancement of time and technology that continues to develop brings enormous changes to various sectors of life today. This change is the presence of new innovations in digital-based financial and payment systems, namely the presence of e-wallets. The purpose of this study is to determine the consumption behavior of students in utilizing digital wallets, whether using a digital wallet makes them consumptive or can plan their finances in the future. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method. The research results show that the use of digital wallets has an influence on student consumptive behavior. This can be seen from the consumption behavior of students in utilizing digital wallets. where students use digital wallets to fulfill all their needs, be it shopping online, paying electricity bills, credit, data, then ordering online transportation, ordering food and drinks and so on. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Synergisity of Public Relations and Journalistic Media in enhancing PT. Grand Mecca Holidays together with the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra through the provision of Umrah and Hajj services. The community is also assisted by PT, Grand Mecca Holidah's Public Relations and Journalistic Media activities for the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra in carrying out Religious Worship activities in the Holy Land officially and recognized by the state. It is hoped that the collaboration between the two parties will continue to make it easier for the people to go to the Holy Land. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques using primary data through observation and in-depth interviews with a Public Relations officer of PT. Grand Mecca Holidays and one of the users or pilgrims of the Umrah worship travel service. The results showed that the Synergy of Public Relations and Journalistic Media of PT. Grand Mecca Holidays has a way of trying to maintain good cooperation with the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra in getting users of Umrah and Hajj travel services. So that they can continue to be committed to the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra. The results of this study are expected to provide insight to the public and other travel providers of Umrah and Hajj services to be able to increase cooperation with companies or other institutions through journalistic and public relations media. Abstract

One of the human practices that cause damage to nature is land tenure or land grabbing which is then exploited in such a way for economic gain. This is very different from the text of the Quran which encourages humans to maintain environmental balance. In Q.S. A'raf verse 56, when viewed from the concept of Abdullah Saeed's Hierarchy of Values, the verse falls into Instructional Value, the impact of which will have two meanings. The universal meaning and the particular meaning. The purpose of this study is to find out the universal and particular meanings and relate them to the phenomenon of land grabbing. Thus, the universal meaning of verse 56 of QS Al A'raf is not to interfere with common rights that can cause harm to anyone. The particular value of the verse is the prohibition of land tenure because it is closer to indications of land grabbing that reduce access and movement of surrounding communities who may have felt marginalized and have no power to fight back or even just protest.

Abstract

The most basic skills in learning Arabic are the skills of maharatul kitabah and maharatul qira'ah. These two skills greatly support students' skills and shrewdness to learn Arabic in class. Therefore, an appropriate Arabic learning method is needed to help students to improve the skills of maharatul kitabah and qira'ah, namely the card sort method. This study is a quasi-experimental study because researchers determine two classes that will be used as experimental classes and control classes randomly. The sample of this study was 30 students of grade VIII-1 as an experimental class and 30 students of grade VIII-2 as a control class. Based on the results of the study that the results of the first t-test were obtained t count ≥ t table which is 2.047 ≥ 2.01 and significance value is 0.045 < 0.05 so it is concluded that there is an average difference in the skills of maharatul kitabah in the experimental class and the control class. Through the results of the second t-test, t was obtained to calculate the ≥ t table, which was 2.481≥ 2.01 and the significance value was 0.016 < 0.05 so that it was concluded that there was an average difference in the skills of maharatul qira'ah in the experimental class and the control class. Through the manova results, it is obtained that the F value of the table ≥ F is 3.935 ≥ 3.15 and the significance value is 0.025 < 0.05 so that it can be said that there is a significant difference in average value. So it was concluded that teaching Arabic through the card sort method can improve the ability of maharatul kitabah and maharatul qira'ah students of grade VIII MTs Al-Mukhtariyah Padang Lawas. Abstract

Rohis extracurricular is one of the places that aims to develop religious character, extracurricular has the ideal potential to develop students' worship education. The reality of student worship education at Yayasan Pendidikan Harapan Bangsa Kuala High School, Langkat Regency has regressed. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Rohis activities in improving student worship education. Analysis of the implementation, effectiveness, form, and supporting and inhibiting factors of Rohis activities. With descriptive qualitative research methods, surveys with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and literature study research. The findings of this study include: First, the implementation of activities is carried out once a week with the form of activities in it is the recitation and reading and writing of the Qur'an. Second, the effectiveness of this activity can be seen from students who are increasingly active in carrying out worship. Third, facilities and infrastructure, PAI teachers and Rohis Coaches become supporting factors for the running of Rohis activities. Researchers concluded that Rohis activities can have a very large effect on students so that they can improve worship education through various activities carried out. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of trade between Indonesia and Egypt on Indonesia's economic growth in the view of Islamic economics. The research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression equipped with export-import data from the Ministry of Trade and economic growth data from BPS in 2017-2022. The results of the study are partially the Indonesian export variable to Egypt has a negative and significant effect, and the import variable to Egypt has a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth. As well as simultaneous test results, Indonesian exports to Egypt and Egyptian imports to Indonesia simultaneously have a significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth.
