<![CDATA[Visum et Repertum is a statement made by a doctor at the written request of the investigator regarding a medicalexamination of a person whether living, dead or part of the human body made based on oaths for the benefit of the judiciary.To find out the description of the quality level of Visum et Repertum injury at Bhayangkara Hospital Medan. This study uses adescriptive method with a retrospective approach to VeR data on injuries in Bhayangkara Hospital Medan. VeR quality ofinjury at Bhayangkara Hospital in the opening section has a medium quality 75%, the introductory part is 100% good quality,the reporting part is medium quality 56,5%, the conclusion part is 61,5% moderate quality and the closing has good quality100%. The quality of wound injury at Bhayangkara Hospital during January - June 2019 overall have medium quality 60,2%.]]>

<![CDATA[Dysfunctional behavior of auditors is associated with a decrease in audit quality (General Board Supervision 2000). Whileprevious studies have shown that dysfunctional behavior of auditors is a widespread problem (Smith 1995; Otley and Pierce1995). This study adequately explains the causal or determining factors of deviant forms of behavior. This study developedand tested a theoretical model that identifies locus control, as an antecedent of attitudes towards dysfunctional behavior ofauditors. Using path analysis techniques, the survey results from 113 auditors support theoretical models.]]>

<![CDATA[The results showed that there is an increase in students' learning activities through the application of a paired storytellinglearning model in grade XI of high school in the 2020/2021 Learning Year, this is seen based on observations. In cycle I thepercentage of students who do activities is 28.57% when compared to the criteria of success of actions, then it turns out thatthe average student who performs the activity is on the criteria of less active. In cycle II increased to 82.86%, whencompared to the criteria of success of actions, then the average students who do activities are on good criteria. Similarly, theapplication of a paired storytelling learning model can improve the learning outcomes of grade XI high school students in the2020/2021 Learning Year, this is seen based on the test results. At the time of pre-test the percentage of student learningoutcomes was 34.28% (12 people) when compared to the criteria for successful action, then it turned out that the student'slearning outcomes in the pre-cycle were on the criteria less once. In cycle I increased to 62.86% (22 people), whencompared to the criteria of success of actions, then the student learning outcomes in cycle I are on sufficient criteria, thenincreased again in cycle II, student learning outcomes increased to 88.57% which when compared to the criteria of successof actions, then it turns out that student learning outcomes in cycle II are on good criteria.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Non Performing Loans, Loan to Deposit Ratios and Third Party Fundson profitability in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. The population in thisstudy was 43 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. A sample of 24 bankingcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. The research methodology used is multiplelinear regression analysis. The results prove that Non Performing Loan has an effect on profitability in banking companieslisted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2019. Loan to Deposit Ratio has no effect on profitability in bankingcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. Third Party Funds affect profitability of bankingcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. Non Performing Loans, Loan to Deposit Ratiosand Third Party Funds affect profitability in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019 with adjusted R Square (R2) coefficient of determination of 0.028 or equal to 2.8% while the remaining 92.8% isinfluenced by other unexamined variables such as capital adequacy, growth in customer numbers and BOPO.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research was to calculate and analyze the ratio of profitability and liquidity to financial performance in PT.Airasia Indonesia Tbk in 2018-2019. In the period 2018, the current ratio was 26.09 %, the Debt to Equity Ratio was8,237.55% and the ROE ratio was 213.71% ,From the data it can be known that the current ratio of the companyexperienced a very sharp decrease, so that the liquidity condition of the company is very far from liquid or in other words, thecompany's current assets are not able to cover its current debt. In 2019, the current ratio was 16.3%, the Debt to EquityRatio was 454.67% and the ROE ratio was 7.18%. Based on the data, it can be known that the company's current ratiodecreased from 2018. This means that the company's liquidity condition is worse than the previous year. Similarly, the Debtto Equity Ratio, decreased from the previous year. This has an effect on roe ratio which also experienced a very sharpdecline.]]>

<![CDATA[The present study is a survey using an associative quantitative approach aimed at analyzing the effect of both brand equityand promotion on the buying interest of comsetic product of PT. Oriindo Alam Ayu (Oriflame Medan). The population of thestudy included all the customers of Orindo Alam Ayu Medan as of 251 people during 2018 and the sampling method usedSlovin formula so that there were 111 samples. The instrument of data collection used a questionnaire and the collecteddata was then analyzed by using a multiple linear regression. The result of the study showed that brand equity partially hada significant effect on buying interest. Promotion partially had a significant effect on buying interest. Brand equity andpromotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on buying interest. It is suggested to PT. Orindo Alam AyuMedan to further improve promotion so that buying interest may be maximized. It is also suggested to the employees ofPT. Orindo Alam Ayu Medan to further improve the quality of the brand so that buying interest can be maximized.]]>

<![CDATA[Formulation of the problem is what are the factors that cause sexual violence against children in the city of Medan and howthe legal regulation of sexual violence crimes committed by children and how the application of the law against sexualviolence crimes committed by children based on the Decision of the Medan District Court No. 65/Pid.Sus-Anak/2017/PNMedan.The data used in this study is Secondary data. Discussed in this study is the existence of violence against girls thatbecome a serious threat to the growth and protection of children in Sumatra Uttara. Child and women's violence has reachedan emergency stage and requires the actions and participation of all parties including parents to combat it. The conclusion tothis research of the factors causing sexual violence is increasing inseparable from technological advances and globalissasi.The advice is that parents should limit the apps that can be downloaded by utilizing the android app lock feature to protectthe child from pornographic content that can damage the child's mental desire to commit sexual crimes. It can also be a wayof protecting children from various threats both from outside and from within themselves, educating, fostering, accompanyingchildren in various ways, preventing hunger and working on their health, and by providing self-support for children.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Current Ratio and Return On Assets to Earnings Growth inTransportation Sub Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The Sample selection using purposivesampling from 35 companies registered by the company only 10 samples. The independent variables studied were financialratios consisting of Current Ratio (CR) and Return On Assets (ROA) while the dependent variable was Earning Growth. Theresults of this study indicate that Current Ratio and Return On Assets have a negative but not significant effect on earningsgrowth. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) showed that Current Ratio and Return On Assets did notaffect earnings growth. Based on the Determination Coefficient test results obtained 0.32 or 3.2% which means that thevariable Current Ratio, and Return On Assets can explain Earnings Growth of 3.2%, while the remaining 96.8% explained byother variables not examined in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out how the operating cost budget and revenue budget affect financial performancebased on its profitability ratio, namely Return On Asset (ROA) for the period 2016-2018. This research was conducted atTirta Malem Kabanjahe Water District Company starting from February 2019. From the results of the analysis and discussioncan be drawn some conclusions as follows: ROA PDAM Tirta Malem Kabanjahe from 2016 to 2018 experienced fluctuationsand even tends to lose money in 2017 to 2018 a huge influence caused by profit gains that continue to decline until losses.While the total assets each year increase in size. The losses experienced by PDAM every year cause the ROA ratio to besmaller. Which means that the ROA level obtained by the company does not yet have the ability to generate a rate of returnon assets into net profit. The revenue earned by the company fluctuates. With the highest gain occurred in 2016 amountingto Rp.35,994,381,857 where the budget made is smaller than the realization of Rp.7,604,222,500. The company's operatingcosts decreased from the planned so that this year the company still experienced a profit that is not large until the ROAobtained only 0.21.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to see if the Management Information system on Premiums and Revenue Recognition has been done well,and in accordance with the generally applicable management principles in Indonesia. This research was conducted at PT.Sinarmas Medan Insurance. Information is required by parties outside the company or within the company. Information is afact, data, observation, or something else, which adds knowledge. Therefore, an adequate information system is required bythe company's management. Management information system aims to provide information, improve information, improvemanagement control and reduce management costs in the implementation of management records. The authors' researchuses primary data types, obtained directly from companies in the form of interviews and observations. Furthermore, theauthors also use secondary data types obtained from research objects and in the form of processed, among others, anoverview of the company's organizational structure and other data related to research. The results showed that themanagement information system has not been implemented in accordance with the generally applicable principles inIndonesia. One of them is by making a deposit of income to the bank every day. However, at PT. Sinarmas Insurance hasnot made a daily income deposit to the bank.]]>
