<![CDATA[Background: Exposition factors are factors that determine and influence the quality and quantity of x-ray radiation in making radiographic images. In a computed radiography system, images can be optimized before printing, thereby minimizing repetitions caused by inaccuracies. Research Purposes: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of exposure factors on Thorax examination and Os examination. Cruris. Method: This research uses a qualitative method with an observational approach. Researchers collected data by conducting a study of several related literature. Data processing and analysis is carried out by making similarities and differences, conducting a study of literature sources, then analyzing the contents of these sources and concluding the results obtained in order to answer the problem in the problem formulation. Research Results: The Thorax examination used a tube voltage of 64 kV. the tube current is 200 mA, and the exposure time is 0.10 seconds, while in the Os examination. Cruris uses a tube voltage of 50 kV, tube current of 100 mA, and exposure time of 0.12 seconds. Conclusion: Differences in the influence of exposure factors on the Thorax and Os. Cruris is the tube current and second (time), while kV is adjusted to the thickness of the object (atomic number)]]>

<![CDATA[Background: The humerus is the longest bone of the upper limb, showing a shaft and two ends (Pearce, 2009). We can generally understand that this bone is located between the shoulder and elbow. A fracture is a break in the continuity of the bone and this condition can be caused by direct or indirect trauma, underlying disease or repeated pressure on the bone. Research Method: the type of research used is qualitative with a case study approach. The data collection methods used in this research were observation, documents and in-depth interviews. <![CDATA[This article discusses the legal consequences that occur with the the expiration of land property rights against creditors holding mortgage rights. Land property rights can be used as debt collateral encumbered by mortgage rights and property rights can end due to various reasons. Mortgage rights, which are material security over land, are intended to guarantee the ayment of debtors’ debts. However, when the title to the land is removed, it has a significant impact on the creditor of the holder of the mortgage right because it loses the priority right to be able to execute the collateral object as a source of collecting receivables, the creditor of the holder of the mortgage right who is in the position of a preference creditor whose debt is guaranteed paymemt from the collateral object changes its its position to a concurrent creditor.]]>

<![CDATA[Industries in the field of food processing have been established by many Indonesian people, for example the industry owned by Mrs. Amira in Batang Kuis District, Deli Serdang. The industry, which operates for 9 hours by consuming 8,000L of wastewater to produce 400kg of soybeans per day, has produced a lot of liquid waste which, if not properly handled, will pose many adverse risks. Therefore, phytoremediation is needed through the use of water hyacinth with the aim of cleaning polluted or contaminated environments, such as water polluted by chemicals, water hyacinth can absorb, reduce, or break down pollutants in water through the phytoremediation process, helping to restore water quality and the environment naturally. The treatment of liquid waste through WWTP in the tofu industry with the help of water hyacinth will require several media such as infiltration wells, phytoremediation tanks, sedimentation tanks, and equalization tanks. Adjusting the standard of quality requirements for the standard quality value of the effluent in the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation No.68 of 2016, the results of the research carried out by the researcher are appropriate because the COD value of the effluent is estimated to reach PH 6; TSS 22.5mg/L; BOD 20.5mg/L; and WWTP 39.5mg/L.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to increase the speed of the sickle kick in pencak silat athletes at the SMA Negeri 1 Barusjahe Club for the 2022/2023 Academic Year by using rubber tires. Problem identification included a lack of speed of the scythe, stiffness and inefficiency of the kick, as well as the ease with which the kick was caught by the opponent. This study was limited to increasing the speed of the sickle kick through the use of tire rubber. The formulation of the problem raised includes the implementation, results, and effects of the use of tire rubber in increasing the speed of the sickle kick. The purpose of the study is to determine the implementation, results, and increase of the speed of the sickle kick using rubber tires. The benefits of this research are expected to help pencak silat athletes improve their sickle kick performance and provide a reference for future research in the same field.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, servant leadership, and organizational climate on employee performance at the Pematangsiantar City Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, and Trade Office. There are three main questions that are the focus of this study: (1) How does motivation affect employee performance? (2) How does serving leadership affect employee performance? (3) How does the organizational climate affect employee performance?. This research is expected to make a theoretical contribution to the development of Human Resource Management (HRM) by explaining the relationship between these variables, as well as providing practical benefits for related agencies in formulating policies and programs to improve employee performance. The results of this study are also expected to be a reference for future research that wants to use different tools or variables in the same or similar context. In addition, this study aims to improve researchers' knowledge and understanding of issues related to human resource management, especially those related to the influence of work motivation, leadership, and organizational climate on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the factors that affect audit delays in health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018-2023 period. Audit delay is the time interval between the closing date of the company's books and the date of issuance of the audit report. This study uses multiple linear regression to test the influence of independent variables such as company size, profitability, leverage, operational complexity, and size of Public Accounting Firms (KAP) on audit delays. The results show that company size, operational complexity, and leverage have a significant influence on audit delay, while profitability and KAP size do not show a significant influence. These findings have important implications for company management and auditors in managing the audit process to be more efficient.]]>

<![CDATA[This research addresses the issue of efficiency and accuracy in order and transaction management in the culinary industry. The main problems faced are long service times and high error rates in ordering, which have a negative impact on customer satisfaction and operational costs. To address these issues, this research developed an integrated Android-based self-service application. The solution offered through this application includes inventory monitoring features, automatic payment processing, and real-time sales reporting. The research method used involved developing and testing the application with a quantitative approach. The objectives of this research are to improve the restaurant's operational efficiency, reduce ordering errors, and increase customer satisfaction. The contribution of this research is the development of an application that can be a valuable reference for the development of food self-service technology in the future. Interim results show that this application can increase service time efficiency by 25% and reduce ordering errors by 15%. The implementation of this self-service technology is expected to help culinary companies compete more effectively in an increasingly competitive industry.]]>

<![CDATA[Covid-19 is an event or phenomenon that rarely occurs, its impact not only affects human health but also greatly involves the world economy imbalances, namely in Indonesia and South Nias Regency in particular. The South Nias Government followed instructions from the administrative center to refocus the budget on dealing with COVID-19. In implementing the Covid-19 policy in South Nias, the local bureaucracy (Indonesian: Organisasi Perangkat Desa (OPD)) follows the direction and government policies, especially for cutting the local government budget (OPD). This research was qualitative research in which data was taken by using the observation method, observing documents, and interviews with informants who have a relationship with budget policy. Hence, the study showed that with the policies carried out by the South Nias government, beneficiaries were greatly helped and could save on household expenses.]]>
