The purpose of this study is to measure the value of the bullwhip effect, identify its causes, and find solutions to reduce it. The problem of the bullwhip effect, where their order fluctuations exceed demand fluctuations, resulting in raw material shortages and production stops. This study examines two echelons in the supply chain and uses the FMEA method. The results showed that the bullwhip effect value at echelon 1 (supplier and PPIC) was 1.66, while at echelon 2 (PPIC and Customer) was 0.63. This indicates the presence of a bullwhip effect at echelon 1, while echelon 2 is not affected. Some of the main causes of the bullwhip effect include raw material procurement not meeting orders, material price increases, uncertainty in demand information, large raw material orders and sales volumes greater than raw material receipts. solutions that can be done between suppliers need to implement an information system using E-commerce such as shopee in order to further expand the marketing network and facilitate product distribution to consumers so that online ordering

The company where author currently work is at PT Angkasa Pura Solusi a subsidiary of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, the author in Water Treatment unit as a senior technician. This unit is responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing clean water distribution equipment to terminals and buildings at Soekarno-Hatta Airport as well as overcoming disturbances, repairing, replacing, and maintain the equipment at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in accordance with applicable regulations. One of the responsibilities is the maintenance of Drinking Water Machine equipment, for current conditions maintenance of Drinking Water Machine equipment is only carried out if there are complaints of problems by telephone. For scheduled or planned maintenance has been carried out but is still not effective. The result is that the tool experiences a short lifetime on the supporting components of the Drinking Water Machine tool which makes the tool unable to operate properly and leads to budget overruns because they have to continue to replace damaged spare parts components so that the tool can operate optimally at performance figures above 90%, in addition to the impact caused by equipment operational downtime due to lack of preparation when the Drinking Water Machine tool must be repaired. For this reason, the author makes a maintenance analysis of the Drinking Water Machine with the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method, from this method it will be known what components of the Drinking Water Machine are often damaged or malfunctioned.

This research evaluates and compares linear and polynomial regression methods in predicting the revenue of Cellular Operator from SMS Application to Person (A2P) services, which are packaged in a website-based platform. The background of this study highlights the importance of having an accurate revenue prediction system to support more effective and efficient marketing strategy planning. This study utilizes historical revenue data from the SMS A2P service of Cellular Operator, collected from May 2017 to May 2024 through literature review methods, documentation, and observations from the internal settlement application of Cellular Operator. Both regression methods are applied and analyzed to determine their accuracy in revenue prediction. The results of the study revealed that the polynomial regression method provides higher accuracy and has a smaller prediction error compared to the linear regression method. The accuracy of polynomial regression is 83.48%, while linear regression has an accuracy of 74.42%. The implementation of this prediction system is expected to serve as a tool for Cellular Operator in planning better business strategies and increasing revenue from SMS A2P services.

The development of information technology provides easy access to information to customers so that speed and accuracy in service are needed. therefore technology-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is needed as good customer governance. LP3I Polytechnic the vocational universities that collaborates with many local and national company industry partners who working to improve graduate job placement services and fulfillment of human resources for company relations partners. but the problem managing many customers of company relations partners and graduates, form of trust that has been carried out not supported by good information system. The purpose of this research is the design and implementation of CRM through the Company Relationship Information System (SiRP) to improve the job placement services of LP3I polytechnic graduate vocational college. CRM system design method uses the SiRP prototype method, this method uses modeling tool, namely the UML. Design and implementation the CRM website application of SiRP prototype model is carried out in 4 stage where the communication stage, the SiRP application designed with UML and this system designs a system model in form of activity diagrams, use case diagrams and sequence diagrams. next at the Quick Plan and Modeling Quick Design stage as implementation of the system is designed for making user interfaces. The next stage is Construction of Prototype and Deployment Delivery & Feedback, which is the final stage for coding thoroughly and testing as the final stage of this pressman prototype method. Black box testing results in 100% usable for each module.

This study aims to analyze how the TikTok content creator @cantik2autoimun represents the experiences of women living with autoimmune diseases and how the meaning of this illness is shaped through social interactions on the platform. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological method is employed, involving four informants selected for their active participation in creating autoimmune-related content on TikTok. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and document and content analysis. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation and peer discussions, helping to maintain consistency in data interpretation. The results show that, through TikTok, content creators highlight themes of self-acceptance, education on autoimmune diseases, and the social stigma faced by individuals with such conditions. Interactions with followers reveal shifts in public understanding of autoimmune conditions, despite the risks associated with self-diagnosis. This research offers insights into the role of social media in shaping the meaning of chronic illness and providing emotional support and education for the public.

This study analyzes the lyrics of Sal Priadi's song "Gala Bunga Matahari" using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. Music, as a universal language, allows for the conveyance of emotional messages and deep ideas through its lyrics. The study aims to identify signs within the song's lyrics and analyze the denotative, connotative, and mythological meanings of these signs. The method employed is a qualitative approach with descriptive interpretative analysis, involving documentation study techniques to gather data. Barthes' semiotic analysis is used to identify signs and explore their literal and symbolic meanings. The analysis reveals that sunflowers, plant language, and milk serve as symbols with rich meanings, conveying themes of longing, hope, and the desire to reunite. This symbolism enhances the understanding of the song's emotional narrative and resonates with listeners. The study provides deep insights into the meaning of "Gala Bunga Matahari" and its contribution to music and literary studies

Masamba Substation (GI), located at the endpoint of the Sulselrabar electrical system, often experiences disruptions due to high lightning activity. These disruptions can lead to transformer energization under load conditions, posing risks of significant transformer damage and destabilizing the electrical system. To address this, an effective protection scheme is needed. The Zero Voltage Relay (RTN) is designed to prevent transformer energization under load, making it crucial to configure and test RTN at Masamba GI. This study aims to implement the RTN protection scheme and determine the optimal configuration to protect the transformer and maintain electrical system stability at Masamba GI. Given the frequent disruptions and associated risks, a quantitative method was employed. This included collecting technical data from GI equipment, testing the RTN configuration using the MiCOM P143 relay, and analyzing undervoltage and undercurrent parameters as RTN trigger inputs. The results demonstrated that the RTN operated effectively, automatically releasing the load during disturbances, thereby preventing transformer energization under load. The applied RTN settings increased the selectivity and reliability of the protection system, ensuring the RTN only activated during critical situations. This not only prevented potential transformer damage but also contributed to extending its lifespan and improving overall system stability. The RTN configuration at Masamba Substation proves to be a reliable solution for mitigating risks associated with frequent lightning-induced disruptions, enhancing both protection and system resilience.

Cikolelet Tourism Village is a tourist village that won two awards at the 2021 ADWI event and is a pioneer in tourism villages in Serang district. The large number of tourist villages that have sprung up means that these tourist villages must create good communication strategies to be able to compete. The aim of this research is to determine the marketing communication strategies carried out by the management of the Cikolelet Tourism Village to increase tourist visits. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach and the method used in this research is a case study. The marketing communication strategy carried out by Pokdarwis Cikolelet was analyzed using the AIDDA model. At the awareness stage, this tourist village introduces it via social media to attract tourist interest. Furthermore, with a sense of interest, tourists can search for information and learn more about tourist villages. Then, after tourists are interested, a desire will arise to visit this tourist village. After there is a desire, tourists will make a decision to visit. In the final stage, tourists finally realize this decision by visiting a tourist village.

This study aims to examine the function of social media influencers in creating brand loyalty and to examine the factors that influence consumer trust in brands through influencers. This study is necessary because social media has become a major means of interaction between brands and consumers. Through social media, businesses can build trust and confidence with consumers in a personalized and accurate way that is not possible with traditional business methods. In addition, the trust established through social relations plays an important role in increasing brand loyalty, which strengthens the long-term relationship between brands and consumers. strength. Given the high level of competition in the digital world, understanding how social media influencers can influence consumers to shape consumer perceptions and decisions is crucial to ensure a successful marketing process in the digital age. This investigation employs a quantitative methodology utilizing a Structural Equation Modeling framework. There is a strong and significant correlation between social media influencers and brand loyalty and a strong correlation between brand loyalty and customer trust, but in contrast, a weak relationship is seen between social media influencers and customer trust.

This study analyzes the lyrics of Gala Bunga Matahari by Sal Priadi through a philosophical approach to explore the existential and eschatological values embedded within. The research aims to uncover the existential values and analyze the eschatological representations in the lyrics of Gala Bunga Matahari. The method employed is qualitative research based on a library study, with primary data consisting of the song lyrics and secondary data derived from literature on existentialism, Islamic eschatology, and the philosophy of art. The analysis involves identifying symbols and metaphors in the lyrics, which are then interpreted using philosophical theories such as the thoughts of Kierkegaard, Sartre, and Al-Ghazali. The results show that the lyrics reflect human longing and hope in facing the limitations of life, as explained by existentialism. Additionally, symbols such as the "milk river" and the promise of reunion depict the belief in eternal happiness in the afterlife, in line with the concepts of Islamic eschatology. This study affirms that art, particularly music, can serve as an effective medium for philosophical expression, bridging human emotions with abstract ideas. Its implication is that art can be utilized to foster profound reflections on life and spirituality.
