Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the concept of inclusive leadership, especially in the context of educational institutions that are becoming more diverse, and to explore how it can be developed and put into practice. The research methodology used was a literature review. The findings suggest that inclusive leadership is crucial in addressing issues related to equity, social justice, and diversity. It is also vital to create inclusive schools that welcome and celebrate diversity. The research concludes that by practicing inclusive leadership and highlighting the importance of culturally responsive leadership, educational leaders can help schools become places where all students are recognized, valued, and included in the educational process. Ultimately, this can lead to social justice through inclusion.

Abstract

Gamification is becoming a trend where learning activities will be more fun by playing games, one of which is by using quizizz. In this research, the researcher aims to determine the analysis of student learning outcomes in the application of media quizizz in learning mathematics, especially fractions. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with a description method. The population used in this research was all 11 grade IV students at Bethesda Elementary School. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews and analyzing the data that has been obtained. Based on the research results obtained through utilization quizizz In mathematics learning activities regarding fractions, it was found that the learning outcomes of class IV students increased, due to the use of media quizizz. It can increase student motivation in learning and student interest so that it will influence student learning outcomes. Through the results of this research, it is hoped that every school will be able to utilize its quizizz to improve student learning outcomes, especially in fraction material.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Media Pembelajaran Web Berbasis Android, mengetahui kelayakan dan keefektifan Media Pembelajaran Web Berbasis Android materi kegiatan ekonomi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan jenis penelitian yaitu research and development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan menurut Borg & Gall meliputi tahap mengumpulkan informasi dan memecahkan masalah, pengumpulan data, mendesain produk, memvalidasi desain, merevisi desain, uji coba kecil dan uji coba pemakaian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket, tes dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji kelayakan. Pengujian keefektifan menggunakan uji t dan n-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah melalui tahap validasi produk oleh ahli materi diperoleh skor 97% dan oleh ahli media diperoleh skor 100% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji t dua sampel dependen pada tes akhir kelompok besar diperoleh t_hitung = 27,658 > t_tabel = 2,063 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima atau diartikan bahwa media efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan Hasil Belajar muatan pelajaran IPS. N-gain kelompok kecil dan besar sebesar 0,74 dan 0,78 dan termasuk pada kategori tinggi.  Simpulan penelitian ini adalah Media Pembelajaran Web Berbasis Android sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPS dan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV SDN 2 Sokaraja Kulon, Banyumas. Peneliti menyarankan kepada guru supaya dapat menggunakan Media Pembelajaran Web Berbasis Android materi kegiatan ekonomi sebagai salah satu media untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dalam materi kegiatan ekonomi.

Abstract

Innovative and interactive learning media can optimize Civics learning. Based on pre-research data at First Bandungan Public Elementary School, various problems arise, one of which is the need for more utilization of learning media, which makes the learning environment less enthusiastic and affects the low learning outcomes of students. This study aimed to develop the feasibility and effectiveness of Conservation-based Interactive Powtoon animated video learning media on Civics subject matter on maintaining the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia in fifth-grade First Bandungan Public Elementary School. This type of research uses the type of Research and Development (R&D) with the development model, namely Borg and Gall 8 stages. Data collection techniques in the form of tests and non-tests. The results showed that the media developed was worthy, as evidenced by several experts. Proven by the presentation of the presentation by the media expert of 88%, the grammar by the linguist of 91%, and the content component by the content expert of 86%. Media that effectively increase student motivation and learning outcomes is shown by the t-test with a. sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05, and the N-gain average increase test of 0.388 shows moderate criteria. Conservation-based interactive Powtoon animation video media can stimulate student learning to be more enthusiastic and motivated.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the role of learning evaluation in fifth grade elementary school mathematics subjects. This research was conducted on Fifth-Grades students of UPT SD Negeri 060809 Medan Kota. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this research are Fifth-Grades students and Fifth-Grades teachers and the objects in this research are the results of interviews and observations. Data collection techniques in this research are interviews with students and teachers, conducting classroom observations, analyzing supporting documents and literature studies. The data analysis technique used in this research is content analysis. The research results show that evaluation of mathematics learning in Fifth Grades of SD Negeri 060809 Medan Kota has an important role in measuring learning achievement, providing feedback, identifying weaknesses and strengths, and directing learning improvements. The evaluation instruments used include oral tests, assignments and portfolios. Apart from that, evaluation also aims to measure academic achievement and character, foster multicultural awareness, and encourage the application of values in real contexts. Furthermore, evaluation also plays a role in developing student learning competencies by measuring student progress, identifying their learning needs, and planning appropriate interventions. It also involves providing constructive feedback, developing metacognitive skills, and encouraging reflection and continuous improvement for students.

Abstract

This research aims to find out, identify, and analyze students' literacy abilities and patterns of mentoring students from campus teaching programs to improve student literacy at SDN 43 Cakranegara. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research uses qualitative data analysis techniques with a data reduction process, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research found that students' literacy skills were at the performative level. The pattern of mentoring campus teaching program students in this research was carried out by (1) providing learning facilities through the School Literacy Movement program such as the use of reading corners, the use of word cards, letter cards, digital literacy, and traditional games; (2) supervise children's learning activities by differentiating innovation programs according to learning styles and according to reading and writing skills in low-grade students and high-grade students; and (3) supervise the use of children's learning time in a program called the School Literacy Movement by scheduling structured activities for high and low-grade students. After mentoring students who have difficulty in reading, based on the results of observations and interviews, the average low-grade students who previously did not know letters became familiar with letters and moved up the level reading level 2, namely the group of students with the level of ability to read words and sentences, while in high grades, the average was able to read fluently from those who were previously at the stage of spelling letters. Apart from observations and interviews, based on the results of the AKM post-test, the literacy rate of students increased by around 5-10%.

Study This done for explore elements​​ mathematics (ethnomathematics) in Petilasan Sri Aji Jayabaya. Method used in study This that is descriptive qualitative with approach ethnography. Data used is the data obtained through studies literature; observation; interview; and documentation. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman's methods include data reduction, data presentation, as well Conclusion drawing and verification. Aspect culture from Reminiscences of Sri Aji Jayabaya obtained from studies literature and interviews. Aspect mathematical from Reminiscences of Sri Aji Jayabaya obtained from results observations made.​ Documentation Alone used as supporting data that has been obtained through studies literature; interview; and observation. Result of study This is there is elements​​ mathematics (ethnomathematics) in Petilasan Sri Aji Jayabaya; that is draft mirroring; get up room side flat; get up room side curved; and wake up flat.

Abstract

This research examines the leadership management of elementary school principals in their efforts to realize Freedom of Learning in the Era of Digitalization. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the leadership management of the principal in realizing the Freedom of Learning era of digitalization in Elementary Schools. The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive explanation. Research sources include books, journals, websites and magazines. The results of the research show that the Merdeka Belajar curriculum launched by the government, the integration of the two aims to prepare a better generation for the nation. To make this happen requires cooperation from various parties, especially in the school environment, namely through the role of the school principal. The impact of this research is that the principal's leadership management in the era of digitalization is able to develop the vision, mission and goals of the school through the aspect of a visionary leader, creating a digital era learning culture that is able to meet students' needs, is able to improve a condition or problem systematically, is superior in professional practice to able to create a conducive environment for learning and working in this era of digitalization. By fulfilling these five aspects, the school principal's leadership management will be able to be created well so that a synergistic relationship between components in the school will be realized.

Abstract

With an emphasis on the needs of students in Generation Z, this study investigates the English instruction methods used at Elementary School in Indonesia. This study examines the materials and approaches utilized to successfully teach English, which is becoming increasingly important in today's globalized society. To further understand instructional strategies and student involvement, the study incorporates observations from classrooms as well as instructor interviews. The study, which was divided into two stages, featured observations of The teacher's class and an interview with her. The need for more participatory teaching techniques, a lack of resources, and constrained learning time are among the major issues that have been noted. The school uses the Cambridge curriculum, but it also takes Indonesia's Merdeka curriculum into account. It suggests incorporating more interactive exercises, such as games, to maintain students' interest. The results emphasize how crucial it is to modify teaching strategies to fit the demands of contemporary students and provide a welcoming environment where English can be learned successfully.

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) is one of the most popular technologies used in the field of education. AR technology is widely used as a learning medium or to develop engaging, innovative textbooks for students. However, there is still much debate regarding the use of AR at various levels of education, starting from elementary school to the higher education level. This qualitative meta-analysis research explores the urgency of implementing AR technology in schools and the readiness of the main subjects of learning (teachers and students) to use AR in the classroom. The synthesis method used is the narrative review model. This synthesis model is used to analyze 100 research results in non-numeric data by identifying the research results documents found. The study results show that teachers at the elementary to high school level and lecturers at the higher education level feel that AR technology is crucial to implement in the learning process. However, from all levels, teachers' and lecturers' readiness to make AR-based learning tools still needs to be improved. In addition, another finding in this study is that the percentage of teachers in elementary school (52%) readiness to use AR technology is higher than that of lecturers in higher education (21%).
