Jurnal sosioedukasi mencakup semua bidang dan periode dalam Pendidikan dan sosial, yang membahas semua aspek pendidikan termasuk ekonomi, sosial, budaya, dan politik. Semua pendekatan bisa di terima. Jurnal ini menerima berbagai format termasuk artikel dari forum ilmiah, esai ulasan, dan masalah khusus. Editor juga menerima ulasan buku untuk diterbitkan di bagian khusus dari publikasi. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan (Borg, Walter R,. Gall, 1983) yang modifikasi dengan delapan tahapan/prosedur. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk berupa bahan ajar berbasis kasus untuk pembelajaran mata kuliah kajian makro ekonomi di program studi magister pendidikan ekonomi pascasarjana Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Tahap pertama prosedur penelitian berupa: review silabus/RPS, analisis pembelajaran, disain pembelajaran, dan pengembangan bahan ajar. Validasi bahan ajar dilakukan oleh dua ahli, dimana hasilnya digunakan untuk penyempurnaan bahan ajar sampai mendapatkan justifikasi dari validator (ahli) sehingga bahan ajar berbasis kasus layak diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah kajian makro ekonomi. Pada tahap kedua, dilakukan analisis atas efektivitas bahan ajar berbasis kasus yang diimplementasikan dalm pembelajaran mata kuliah kajian makro ekonomi di program studi magister pendidikan ekonomi Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. <![CDATA[Education is part of a foundation in advancing a country. Education is made a big investment for developed countries. This of course relates to anyone who takes part in the scope of the unit. Currently, that education faces tremendous challenges, related to the quality of human resources. The human resources in question are the best teachers in improving the quality of education. In this regard, the type of research carried out is in the form of library research where the data sources are obtained through research journals, research reports, books and papers and the like that are library in nature. And the results of this study indicate that several things need to be pursued in improving the quality of education, namely, through an understanding for a teacher about the quality of himself that affects the quality of teacher professionalism. In addition, efforts to revise the teacher recruitment system must also apply the principles as they should.]]>

<![CDATA[pengembangan penelitian ini dilakukan karena kurangnya pemahaman materi pada siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian pengembangan ini yaitu untuk mengaitkan pemahaman siswa melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran M-learning dengan pendekatan kontekstual. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D. Desain penelitian yang digunakan ialah One Grup pretest dan posttest design dengan subjek penelitian kelas X IPS untuk pengujian dari produk media pembelajaran M- Learning berbasis Android. Pada hasil dari uji coba terbatas pada setiap bagian dari tahap pengembangan yang mendapatkan hasil sangat baik. Terdapat hasil yang diketahui signifikan antara dan sesudah menggunakan media pembelajaran M-Learing berbasis Android dengan pendekatan Kontekstual.]]>

<![CDATA[Speed is very necessary and can affect a person's appearance both when attacking and defending. Velocity is classified into two types, namely roasting speed and reaction speed. Reaction speed is the ability for individuals to respond to stimuli optically (eye), tactile (skin) and acoustically (ears). The output of reaction speed can be measured as reaction time. The aim of this research is to develop a measuring instrument for kicks and punches reaction speed based on a whole body reaction (WBR) speed measuring instrument. The design of this study uses the ADDIE learning media development model which stands for Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation (development and implementation) and Evaluation. Testing the feasibility of measuring the reaction speed of kicks and punches is assisted by material experts, media experts and physicists. The research subjects consisted of small groups and large groups. Small group and large group respondents try to measure reaction speed by making kicks and punches. After that they were given a questionnaire to fill out and assess the appropriateness of the tool and its design. From the results of this study, it was found that the small group got a total score of 83.4% so that the category was quite feasible. The results of the questionnaire from the large group showed that a total score of 82.8% was categorized as quite feasible]]>

<![CDATA[Behavior is one approach in guidance and counseling to overcome mal-adaptive behavior towards an adaptive attitude. The behavior approach is the right approach to handle blended learning models during the Covid-19 pandemic, so that students are able to carry out their duties well at school, without experiencing obstacles. This undisciplined behavior is influenced by several reasons, including students' private problems as a result of divorce, living with grandmother without parental supervision, and data package constraints. The basis of this paper is a field research that uses a behavioral approach and a descriptive-qualitative method. The results of this study describe several efforts in the counseling process of several students, including reinforcement technique, counseling contracts, homework, and punishment. With the behavior flow stages, the process of changing the attitudes of students who experience the impact of blended learning can be improved and students are able to be adaptive to participate in learning.]]>

<![CDATA[Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are an important part of the economy of a country or region. Various SME development efforts have been carried out, one of which is by generating and creating jobs by starting new businesses in the SME sector. Production in the sandal and shoe industry in Wedoro village, Sidoarjo decreased in 2020 by 4000 Kodi due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This is the concern of the owner of the industry to better understand the desires of consumers who want new innovations for the products sold so that in the following year they can increase. This study aims to analyze the effect of innovation and creativity on the performance of sandal and shoe industry employees in Wedoro Village in the Covid-19 pandemic era. The sampling technique in this research is census sampling. The population in this study is the Owner of the Sandal and Shoe Industry in Wedoro village, with total of 30 people. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that Innovation and Creativity simultaneously had a positive effect on Employee Performance in the Sandal and Shoe Industry in Wedoro Village during the Covid-19 pandemic era.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted based on the phenomenon of delivering messages through the representation of a healthy lifestyle through the "afternoon" web series implicitly and wrapped so attractively, so that the advertisements made through the web series are not only persuasive but also have a unique, entertaining storyline. The purpose of this study is to show the meaning of a sign or symbol that represents a healthy lifestyle using Roland Barthes's semiotic analysis approach in the "afternoon" web series. The research method used in the research in this study is qualitative, intended to gather information about the reality of people's consumption culture about how to represent healthy lifestyles in the "afternoon" web series. Data collection is done by downloading and watching the "afternoon" web series that represents a healthy lifestyle using Roland Barthes's semiotic analysis which has connotation and denotation elements then presented in one table. The results of this study explain the representation of a healthy lifestyle in the form of maintaining eating patterns, regulating sleep patterns, exercising regularly and avoiding things that can adversely affect the health of the body. The meaning of a sign or symbol of a healthy lifestyle contained therein is about the importance of maintaining a healthy body not only for yourself but for the environment by changing lifestyle to be healthier.]]>

<![CDATA[Covid-19 is a pandemic that is currently ravaging Indonesia and brings a lot of changes to economic and social aspects. The majority of the population in the Tanjungpinang that trade with the percentage of 80,19%. As the driving force of the economic growth, the sector is the source for revenue if managed properly. This problem motivated the authors to explore how the impact of Covid-19 to the small traders. This research aims to explore about effect of the pandemic Covid-19 against to the small traders in Tanjungpinang. This study uses secondary data from interviews and observation to the small traders. Testing using qualitative descriptive methods. The results of this research it can be concluded that when the pandemic Covid-19, bringing the influence of the small traders in Tanjungpinang , where in the time of pandemic, the small traders experienced a decline in income, and also a decrease in customers. But, pandemic is not brought the influence of the extreme to the economy of the household. To tackle this problem is small trader keep selling as always with a fixed implement with using mask, continue to comply with health protocols and reduce the stock of merchandise to avoid greater losses.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan self efficacy dan memaksimalkan potensi yang dimiliki mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus sehingga dapat berpartisipasi secara penuh serta produktif dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat serta untuk mengembangkan self efficacy dalam motivasi belajar mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field reseach) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan menurut sifat masalahnya penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif data yang dikumpulkan bukan angka-angka tetapi berupa kata-kata atau gambaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan langsung di lapangan yaitu di Universitas PGRI Banyuwangi untuk mendapatkan data yang diperlukan terkait Meningkatkan Self Efficacy Mahasiswa Berkebutuhan Khusus Melalui Pendekatan Psikoanalisis Dan Cooperative Positive Learning. Kesimpulan pada hasil penelitian ini adalah implementasi pendekatan Psikonalisa dengan Model CPL sangat penting dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus. Penggunaan metode psikoanalisa dalam proses belajar memberikan dampak positif bagi mahasiswa. Terutama untuk meningkatkan self efficacy. Adapun dampak positif di antaranya mahasiswa lebih mampu menghadapi permasalahan, Lebih yakin terhadap kemampuan dalam diri, dan Memiliki Kemampuan untuk Bangkit dari Kegagalan.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan selanjutnya mengkaji kewenangan Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen dalam pemutusan kontrak pengadaan barang/jasa serta menganalisis terhadap pertimbangan hakim dalam memutus perkara pemutusan kontrak secara sepihak oleh oleh Pejabat pembuat Komitmen dalam putusan Nomor 162/PDT.G./2017/PN.JKT.PST. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis normatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan dianalisa secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa Pemutusan kontrak secara sepihak oleh Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen diatur dalam Peraturan presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 54 Tahun 2010, dengan mempertimbangkan alasan-alasan yang dibenarkan dan dengan melalui tahapan- tahapan yang harus dilalui, tidak serta merta diperbolehkan untuk memutuskan kontrak. Ketidak profesionalan Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen dalam tahapan pemutusan kontrak ini bisa mengakibatkan kerugian negara yang berujung pada tuntutan ganti rugi ataupun tuntutan lainya, namun bukan tidak mungkin juga kesalahan keputusan yang diambil oleh Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen tersebut dapat merugikan pihak penyedia barang/jasa yang sedang berkontrak. Penelitian ini menganalisis Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat Nomor: 162/PDT.G./2017/PN.JKT.PST, dimana pemutusan kontrak secara sepihak yang dilakukan oleh tergugat sebagai Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen tidak sesuai aturan yang berlaku. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian hukum normatif, yaitu dengan melakukan analisis terhadap asas-asas hukum dengan mengacu pada norma-norma hukum yang terdapat dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang mempunyai hubungan dengan judul tesis ini.]]>
