Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Service Quality terhadap Student Satisfaction padap Mahasiswa Taruna Diploma 3 Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian causal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa Mahasiswa Taruna Diploma 3 Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug sebanyak 180 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling purposive, sehingga sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 124 Taruna. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan atau dibagikan kepada responden sesuai dengan jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier sederhana yang pada akhirnya dapat diambil kesimpulan berupa hasil analisis yaitu berupa terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif Service Quality terhadap Student Satisfaction pada Mahasiswa Taruna Diploma 3 Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug

Abstract

The background of this research is to examine the effectiveness of the occurrence of several problems in the Tangguh Kelurahan Disaster Program by BPBD Kota Padang which can be seen in the parameters of the Study in Padang City which aims to determine the Effectiveness of the Tangguh Kelurahan Disaster Program by BPBD Kota Padang. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach using source triangulation method. The results of the study showed that the Effectiveness of the Tangguh Disaster Village Program by BPBD Kota Padang concluded that the program aimed at Kelurahan Olo was right on target, but the socialization was not maximized and there were still many factors that influenced the effectiveness of the Kelurahan Tangguh Disaster Program by BPBD Kota Padang.

Abstract

The government has determined the Corona Virus outbreak as a national disaster as stated in Presidential Decree No. 12 of 2020, which was set on April 13, 2020. With the number of cases of the population affected by Covid-19 increasing every day, causing the death toll. Therefore, the government issued a policy of Presidential Regulation Number 99 of 2020 concerning the Procurement and Implementation of Covid-19 Vaccination, which was set on October 5, 2020. Especially in Lintau Buo Subdistrict, there was an increase in Covid-19 cases, so the Presidential Regulation was implemented in February 2021 in Lintau Buo Subdistrict.. This study aims to examine and determine the extent to which the government and society are trying to succeed in the implementation of Presidential Regulation No. 99 of 2020 in Lintau Buo District. This type of research is a quasi-qualitative research using a simple research method, the withdrawal of informants using a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 99 of 2020 in the implementation of stages 1-4 in Lintau Buo District is optimal. This was proven in stage 4, Lintau Buo District achieved the national standard target, namely 75% of the community had been vaccinated and received the predicate of District number 1 in Tanah Datar Regency regarding the achievement of the first stage of vaccination targets.

Abstract

Lansia atau lanjut usia merupakan fase kehidupan manusia yang telah mencapai usia 60 tahun keatas. Hal tersebut tertulis dalam Undang-undang Nomor 13 Tahun 1998 terkait Kesejahteraan Lanjut Usia. Di Indonesia, jumlah penduduk lansia tergolong tinggi dengan jumlah mencapai 9,92% dengan jumlah 26,82 juta jiwa. Penelitian ini menggambarkan pola perawatan lansia yang dilakukan oleh keluarga dan panti jompo yang ada di Kota Surakarta serta membandingkan bagaimana pola perawatan yang dilakukan oleh dua pihak tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk mendapatkan pendalaman data secara deskriptif berupa pengalaman keluarga dan perawat di panti jompo dalam memberikan perawatan kepada lansia. Data primer penelitian ini didapatkan dari wawancara mendalam dengan 25 narasumber serta data sekunder berupa studi literatur. Hasil data yang didapatkan ditranskip lalu diolah menggunakan teknik analisis data dari Glaser & Strauss yakni analisis perbandingan tetap yang membandingkan satu datum dengan datum lainnya. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pemenuhan selfcare pada lansia tetap membutuhkan bantuan sebab lansia mengalami selfcare defisit sehingga membutuhkan nursing system dari orang disekitarnya meskipun terdapat perbedaan intensitas dalam pemberian perawatan terhadap lansia yang sehat dan menderita sakit. Dalam proses perawatan lansia dalam keluarga dilakukan oleh anak dan juga pasangannya dengan dijelaskan dalam 11 kategori, sedangkan perawatan dalam panti dilakukan oleh perawat. Perbandingan pola perawatan lansia oleh keluarga dan panti jompo terletak pada program perawatan yang diberikan serta motif dalam pemberian perawatan tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the learning process of online Balinese Gamelan during the Pandemic Covid-19. Learning Balinese Gamelan online during the Covid-19 pandemic is a Balinese gamelam learning solution for foreigner where it can be conducted by adapting the digital era especially for artist who are able to adapt. To maintain the continuity of the art activities in the area of 4.0, innovation in Balinese gamelan is a must. Methods of online interviews and online observation at karawitan art studio and Dwara-Dwani in the Gianyar area are used in this research. The discussion on Balinese gamelan learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic will be discussed through the analysis of the process of Balinese gamelan learning activities carried out by a Balinese artist or a composer, Ida Bagus Made Widnyana, resulted that practice of Balinese gamelan during the Covid-19 pandemic did not face any obstacles because the artists are able to adapt to the development of information technology

Abstract

Community participation is the participation or involvement of the community in the process of identifying problems, identifying the potential that exists in the community, selecting and making alternative decisions for problem solving solutions, implementing efforts to overcome problems, and also community involvement in the process of evaluating change. that happened. In this study, it is more focused on community participation which is classified as a vulnerable group, vulnerable groups are all people who face obstacles or limitations in enjoying a decent standard of living. The purpose of this research is to find out how to analyze participation, what are the obstacles faced and what efforts are made to increase the participation of vulnerable groups to Covid-19 vaccination at the Mungo Health Center, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This research is a quasi-qualitative or quasi-qualitative research. Techniques and data collection through interviews and documentation studies. This study uses the theory according to Ahmad Mustanir and Partisan Abadi (2017), the author examines the analysis of the participation of vulnerable groups in the covid-19 vaccination at the Mungo Public Health Center, fifty cities, seen from 4 indicators of community participation, 1) participation, 2) participation, 3 ) contribution, 4) willingness. The results of this study indicate that the participation of vulnerable groups in participating in the Covid-19 vaccination is still lacking.

Abstract

A relocation that was managed by Padang Panjang Municipal Government for culinary market vendors has presented impacts for both the vendors and society. This study examines externality aspect that occurs after the relocation by using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data are obtained through interviews with stakeholders whose either taking role and affected by the relocation, namely: Local Trade Office of Small and Medium Business Cooperatives of Padang Panjang Municipal; the vendors; visitors of the culinary market; and parking attendants. The research findings are majority in line with dimensions of Coase’s Theorems: income distribution, negotiation, and solution. The vendors in the culinary market are becoming the most affected party of the relocation. Although they acquire positive externality by an increased income generating; the vendors also cannot avoid negative externalities that arise from social interaction to fellow vendors and a community around the culinary market.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the occurrence of several problems in the Implementation of the Tourism Ambassador Program in promoting Tourism Potential in Tanah Datar Regency which is seen in the parameters of the Study in Tanah Datar Regency, which aims to determine the Work Implementation and Inhibiting Factors of the Implementation of the Tourism Ambassador Program in promoting Tourism Potential in the Regency. Flat Land. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach that uses the source triangulation method. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Tourism Ambassador Program has not been optimal in promoting tourism potential in Tanah Datar Regency and there are still many inhibiting factors for the implementation of the tourism ambassador program in promoting tourism potential in Tanah Datar Regency.

Abstract

The pandemic brings medical and non-medical problems, including education. The government, as the holder of control over the regulation of the education curriculum in Indonesia makes policies that aim to provide a way out of the learning difficulties during the pandemic. This study is based on a literature review that was conducted in a deskriptif kualitatif manner. Common learning problems during the pandemic are: internet problems, communication devices or devices, cost constraints, incomplete delivery of material, limited communication constraints, adaptation and teacher competence in relation to learning strategies and technology, and inadequate learning environment conditions. The facilities and solutions that are proclaimed in the curriculum are still considered inadequate to accommodate all the problems that occur. This is evidenced by the learning loss or lethargy of students and teachers during the recovery period.

Abstract

Lamanya sanksi pidana yang diterima oleh narapidana menjadi permasalahan tersendiri khususnya bagi mental narapidana. Tekanan yang diterima baik dari dalam diri maupun dari lingkungan luar menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi kesehatan mental narapidana yang bersangkutan. Kesehatan mental merupakan faktor utama dalam proses pembinaan narapidana. Dengan kondisi mental yang baik dan stabil, maka narapidana akan dapat mengikuti seluruh proses pembinaan dengan baik. Penelitian ini akan membahas faktor yang mempengaruhi masalah kesehatan mental pada narapidana blok resiko tinggi di Lapas Kelas I Semarang. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan bahan data primer yang diperoleh melalui hasil wawancara dengan informan, dan diperkuat dengan bahan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari dokumen dan laporan-laporan. Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Semarang memiliki blok khusus yang diperuntukkan bagi narapidana dengan resiko tinggi. Proses adaptasi sangat diperlukan agar narapidana yang baru memasuki blok segera menyesuaikan diri dan tidak berada dalam tekanan. Penanaman nilai- nilai agama melalui pembinaan kerohanian diperlukan guna membangun kesehatan mental yang baik bagi narapidana dengan risiko tinggi.
