<![CDATA[Normative juridical research methodologies with a statutory approach are used to examine customer protection in the 110-125 CC of Honda-Yamaha automatic scooter motorbike sales cartel and legal measures to recover consumer losses. Since the KPPU decision 04/KPPU-I/2016 simply addresses the legal certainty of the cartel elements under Article 5 paragraph (1) Law 5/1999, it can be concluded that consumer protection law enforcement has not been taken into account in the cartel selling automatic scooters 110-125 CC of Honda-Yamaha. Civil actions for reimbursement for unlawful activities, complaints to the Dispute Resolution Agency (BPSK), and complaints to the National Consumer Protection Agency (BPKN) that can be used to recover consumer losses in the Honda-Yamaha automatic scooters 110–125 CC cartel. As a consequence, a legal mechanism is required to allow consumers to recover losses incurred due to anti-competitive agreements and/or conduct by business actors. Anti-Monopoly Law and/or Customer Protection Law laws should be implemented by the government to determine how to recover consumer losses caused by the Honda-Yamaha automatic scooters 110 – 125 CC cartel, as well as other consumer losses caused by anti-competitive law violations.]]>

<![CDATA[The Covid-19 pandemic has affected the way of policing due to social restrictions, but then gathering and expressing opinions in public cannot be prevented, because this is a part of human right. Crowd control during the pandemic, one of which was escorting community convoys, then became a challenging task for the police. This paper aims to analyze the application of police discretion in escorting community convoys during the Covid-19 pandemic. Qualitative methods were used in the development of this research, by conducting literature studies and interviews in collecting data. The analysis in this study is based on discretionary theory and procedural justice theory. The results of the analysis show that currently policing is shifting to adjust to pandemic conditions, one of the important elements is the expansion of the police's discretionary authority in handling pandemics in the field related to law enforcement, especially regarding social restriction policies. This discretion then needs to be applied in public order management and crowd control. The way that the police can do in crowd control is to develop intense communication with the community to create dialogue-based solutions that the community will voluntarily comply with. The implementation of escorting community convoys in the jurisdiction of Polda Metro Jaya shows that the police who carry out escorts are still unable to apply discretion properly, causing discriminatory discretion and non-function discretionary deviations. This then causes public doubts about the ability of the police to exercise discretion in order to achieve justice]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the Legal Protection for Electronic-Based Financing Service Providers (Peer to Peer Landing) in OJK Regulation No.77/Ojk/01/2016 concerning Information Technology-Based Borrowing-Lending Services. The type of research used is a type of research that includes normative legal research. This type of research approach is an approach through legislation (statute approach) and a conceptual approach (conceptual approach). which focuses on the provisions of the legislation that has been enacted. Sources of data obtained from this study based on primary legal sources, secondary data sources and tertiary data sources obtained based on library materials. The results of the study indicate that the Financial Services Authority plays a role in carrying out the regulatory function in protecting peer to peer lending users, specifically regulated regarding peer to peer lending in the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 77 of 2016 Article 1 Number 3 concerning Information Technology-Based Lending and Borrowing Services ( POJK LPMUBTI). As referred to in decision No.267 NO.267/Pdt.G/2020/PN Bdg that the defendant Budi Santosa made a loan via application/online to PT one stop financially for a year with a loan of Rp.40,000,000 with a payment tenor of one year.]]>

<![CDATA[Entering the current digital era, the development of students is very different from the past. The digital era has brought various positive and negative impacts together. Many cases occur in children who do acts of bullying, become individualists, and are less able to socialize in the community. If not fortified, this condition will be very dangerous for their development in the future. As a professional teacher organization in Indonesia, PGRI is required to play a role in aligning the changing times with character values. Various regulations and intervention programs are implemented for children growing up together with technology and using it for positive things. This article is a study of a systematic review of scientific publications in the last 10 years related to the policy and implementation of the digitalization program by the PGRI organization. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh model read answer discussion explain and create (radec) pada pembelajaran tematik terhadap hasil belajar siswa dimoderasi motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen yang melibatkan 2 kelompok yakni kelompok eksperimen yang diberikan treatment model pembelajaran RADEC dan kelompok control dengan treatment model pembelajaran konvensional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 260 adapun sample dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 siswa dengan 40 siswa kelompok control dan 40 siswa kelompok eksperimen. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari skor pretest-posttest kelompok control dan eksperimen. Data yang diperoleh kemudian melalui tahapan Analisa yakni 1) Uji Instrumen; 2) Uji asumsi Klasik; 3) Uji Hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, diketahui bahwa seluruh instrument dinyatakan valid dan reliabel serta memenuhi syarat uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa Model pembelajaran RADEC yang dimoderasi dengan motivasi belajar terbukti mampu meingkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya, dapat mengintegrasikan model pembelajaran ini pada kegiatan belajar untuk mengukur peningkatan kemampuan siswa yang lain.]]>

<![CDATA[Situational awareness is an important aspect that a pilot must have as an operator in the aviation sector. This aspect plays an important role in maintaining safety in flight operations. Situational awareness is also an important material in the education and training of prospective pilots. The situational awareness study among pilots is an important study to do. The purpose of writing this article is to conduct a literature review of pilot situational awareness in the field of aviation. The study was conducted by searching the literature for research publications within the last 25 years. The review is carried out by compiling research summaries sequentially according to the year of publication. Research topic grouping is done to get the amount of research according to the topic and topic area. The analysis is carried out to get an overview of future research trends. The results of the study show that the number of research tends to increase after 2015. While the research topics that are mostly studied are the implementation and analysis of pilot situational awareness.]]>

<![CDATA[Kegiatan belajar mengajar adalah suatu kondisi yang dengan sengaja diciptakan. Gurulah yang menciptakannya guna membelajarkan anak didik. Guru yang mengajar dan anak didik yang belajar. Perpaduan dari kedua unsur manusiawi ini lahirlah interaksi edukatif dengan memanfaatkan bahan sebagai mediumnya. Disana semua komponen pengajaran diperankan secara optimal guna mencapai tujuan pengajaran yang telah ditetapkan sebelun pengajaran dilakasanakan. Model Pembelajaran Bermain Peran (Role Playing) adalah suatu cara penguasaan bahan-bahan pelajaran melalui pengembangan imajinasi dan penghayatan itu dilakukan siswa dengan memerankan sebagai tokoh cerita. Hasil belajar adalah peningkatan perubahan kemampuan yang dimiliki setelah seseorang mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Hasil belajar yang dicapai atau yang diraih siswa mencakup segenap ranah psikologis siswa yang meliputi (Kognitif, Afektif, dan Psikomotorik). Jadi pembelajaran dengan Role Playing merupakan cara belajar yang dilakukan dengan cara membagi siswa menjadi beberapa kelompok dan setiap kelompok memerankan karakter sesuai dengan naskah yang telah dibuat dan materi yang telah ditentukan oleh guru, sehingga siswa lebih mudah memahami dan mengingat materi yang telah diperankan tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, kegiatan siswa sangatlah menunjang dan mendukung kegiatan guru dalam melakukan Penerapan model pembelajaran role playing. Kegiatan siswa merupakan faktor utama yang berperan penting dalam peningkatan hasil belajar tiga ranah tersebut, kegiatan siswa, kegiatan guru, dan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa adalah tiga hal yang saling terkait satu dengan yang lain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh data hasil belajar siswa, yaitu mendapat peningkatan dari sebelum siklus 75%, Siklus I 81,2% dan Siklus II 93,8% dari target ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 90% maka dapat disimpulkan jika Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Role Playing dapat Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar mata pelajaran biologi Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Kabat Semester Gasal Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran gender di kantor BAWASLU Kabupaten Garut dimulai dari perbandingan jumlah anggota dan staf atau anggota pelaksana, jabatan struktural di lembaga tersebut hingga kinerja dan kompetensi antara staf atau anggota pelakana laki-laki dan perempuan. Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan penelitian pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan di kantor BAWASLU Kab. Garut yang beralamat di Jl. Rancabango No 11A, Tarogong Kaler, Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui metode observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Anggota dan staf pelaksana di kantor BAWASLU Garut berjumlah 29 orang dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki yang lebih mendominasi.2) jabatan struktural di kantor BAWASLU ini dimulai dari jabatan pengawas atau komisari semuanya berjumlah lima orang. Satu orang perempuan menjabat sebagai ketua membawahi empat orang laki-laki. Sedangkan untuk staff atau anggota pelaksana secara keseluruhan berjumlah 21 orang diluar 2 orang sebagai office boy dan 1 orang sebagai satpam. Pada jumlah ini pun perempuaan menjadi minoritas yaitu hanya berjumlah 3 orang dari 21 orang. 1 orang berada pada divisi pusat hukum dan informasi sedangkan 2 yang lainnya di bagian umum dan keuangan 3). Tidak ada pelabelan khusus terhadap kinerja dan kompetensi anggota dan staf anggota pelaksana berdasarkan gender di dalam kerjanya. Semua anggota dan staf bekerja sesuai dengan keahliannya tanpa saling menjatuhkan sehingga tingkat kompetensinya cenderung tidak ada.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of Termination of Employment Due to Gross Errors after the application of Constitutional Court Decision No.012/PUU-I/2003 in Supreme Court Decision No. 112 K/Pdt-Sus-PHI/2017 and Decision No. 140 K/Pdt-Sus-PHI/2017. The research method used is a normative juridical research method, which is a study of a norm of legislation and legislation both historically, systematically, comparatively, synchronization, and on general legal principles. According to Constitutional Court Decision Number 012/PUU-I/2003 related to Termination of Employment due to gross errors is a decision that is not implemented due to the existence of Supreme Court Circular Letter Number 03 of 2015 concerning the Implementation of the Formulation of the Results of the Plenary Meeting of the Supreme Court Chamber in 2015 as a Guideline for the Implementation of Duties for the Court, dated December 29, 2015, letter B, item 2 of the Special Civil Code (e) that In the event of a layoff of a employees/worker for reasons of gross errors ex Article 158 of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower (after the Constitutional Court Decision Number 012/PUU-I/2003, dated October 28, 2004), then the layoff can be carried out without having to wait for a criminal verdict of permanent legal force.]]>

<![CDATA[This exploration is directed to determine the mental, emotional, and psychomotor improvement of students in business ventures. This examination was completed using a subjective methodology, which was then depicted by a graphical method. The observers in this study were the educators at SMPN 23 Simbang Maros. The procedure for determining the sources in this review uses a purposive examination strategy, by setting the benchmarks for witnesses, including (1) filling in as instructors and giving data to understudies about the significance of business (2) Assigning at the junior high school level, especially at SMPN 23 Simbang Maros. After being examined subjectively, the results were obtained if the teacher had understood and applied the importance of improving students' mental, feeling, and psychomotor as well as the role of junior high school in the entrepreneurial development of students.]]>
