Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of the STAD-type cooperative learning methods on the English-speaking ability of eighth-grade junior high school students using a quantitative approach with an experimental design through pretest and posttest. Sample used in this research was 8th grade students at Corpatarin Junior High School, with a total of 57 students were involved in two classes, which were divided into an experimental class and a control class. The results of the independent sample T-test analysis showed that the average post-test score of the experimental class was higher than the average pot-test score of the control class (M = 82.63 > 79.00), the mean difference in the control class was 7.15 point and in the experimental class was 7.67 points in the paired sample T-test, indicating a highly significant difference in average scores between the two groups. It means that all students experienced an increase in scores from the pre-test to the post-test, although the increase in the control class was not as significant as that in the experimental class, which was achieved through group assistance.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low listening skills of students. The models used during the learning process were less varied, more dominant using the lecture method, so that learning was more centered on the teacher. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using the interactive video-assisted listening team model on the listening skills of fifth grade students of SDN 37 Anduring. This type of research is experimental research using the Quasi Experimental Design design with the research design of Post-test Only Control Group Design. This study consisted of two study groups, the first group was given treatment with the listening team model called the experimental class, while the second group without treatment was called the control class. The population in this study were all fifth grade students of SDN 37 Anduring and the sample used was fifth grade students at SDN37 Aanduring. Based on the results of the analysis using descriptive statistics, the average experimental class was 87.82, higher than the average control class of 73.14. Based on the statistical analysis, hypothesis testing using the t-test resulted in tcount = 4.858 and ttable = 1,683, where tcount was greater than ttable. The results of the study proved that the use of the listening team model had an effect on students' listening skills in Indonesian language lessons in class V SDN37 Anduring.

Abstract

This research focuses on the development of HOTS-integrated student worksheets (LKPD) for IPAS process skills. The adjectives of the research are to produce a HOTS-integrated LKPD, analyze its feasibility, and assessment student responses to the HOTS-integrated LKPD. The research employs the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: Analysis Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation.The research involves validating the material, the LKPD itself, and administering questionnaires for teacher and student responses. The subjects of the research are fifth-grade students at SDN 104211 Marindal 1, including 15 students (6 males and 9 females). The results of the HOTS-integrated LKPD development show that the LKPD has a media validation score of 80%, which is categorized as "feasible"; LKPD validation is also at 80%, categorized as "feasible"; the teacher response questionnaire score is 90%, categorized as "feasible"; and the student response questionnaire score is 88,1%, indicating that students are "very interested" in the HOTS-integrated LKPD. Thus, the HOTS-integrated LKPD is deemed suitable for use in enhancing IPAS process skills.

Yulianto, Meka. 2023. Pengembangan Model Supervisi Akademik Berbasis WEB Bagi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Tesis. Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan. Pascasarjana Universitas PGRI Semarang. Pembimbing I Dr. Ngasbun Egar, M.Pd., dan Pembimbing II Dr. Nurkolis, M.M. Permasalahan yang muncul yaitu bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik yang masih konvensional membuat kepala sekolah kesulitan dalam melaksanakan supervisi akademik jika suatu saat kepala sekolah ada tugas dadakan keluar, sehingga pelaksanaan supervisi menjadi tertunda. Tujuan penelitian ini sebagai berikut : Pertama, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis model faktual supervisi akademik di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Kedua, Menghasilkan dan menganalisis model supervisi akademik berbasis web yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Ketiga, menguji kelayakan model supervisi akademik berbasis web bagi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research & Development yang bersifat analisis kebutuhan. Namun karena keterbatasan waktu, peneliti hanya menggunakan 8 model saja dari 10 model diantaranya (1) penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi, (2) perencanaan, (3) pengembangan produk awal, (4) Validasi Ahli, (5) perbaikan model, (6) uji coba lapangan utama. (7) FGD (8) revisi produk akhir. Hasil penelitian : Pertama, hasil analisis model faktual supervisi akademik menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah belum berjalan dengan maksimal; Kedua, menghasilkan model supervisi akademik berbasis web yang sesuai di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan menghasilkan sebuah produk berupa aplikasi supervisi akademik berbasis web. Ketiga, Dari hasil uji kelayakan model yang melibatkan tiga kepala sekolah diperoleh hasil 92,3%. Dengan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model supervisi akademik berbasis web di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan masuk dalam kualifikasi sangat baik dan layak digunakan. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan beberapa hal sebagai berikut; Pertama, model faktual supervisi akademik menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah belum berjalan dengan maksimal; Kedua, model supervisi akademik berbasis web yang sesuai di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan menghasilkan sebuah produk berupa aplikasi supervisi akademik berbasis web. Ketiga, Dari hasil uji kelayakan model oleh kepala sekolah dinilai supervisi akademik berbasis web di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan layak digunakan. Saran Bagi kepala sekolah 1) diharapkan menggunakan model supervisi akademik berbasis web di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan membantu dalam melaksanakan supervisi akademik. 2) Penerapan supervisi akademik berbasis web di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan diperlukan sosialisasi kepada guru-guru agar pelaksanaan supervisi bisa efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi program pembinaan kemandirian melalui budidaya ayam kampung di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Narkotika Kelas IIB Rumbai. Program ini dirancang untuk membekali narapidana dengan keterampilan praktis yang dapat menunjang kemandirian ekonomi setelah bebas, sekaligus mempersiapkan mereka dalam proses reintegrasi sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan pihak lapas dan narapidana, serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program budidaya ayam kampung memberikan manfaat dalam meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, rasa tanggung jawab, dan kepercayaan diri warga binaan. Program ini juga dinilai relevan karena tingginya permintaan pasar terhadap ayam kampung, sehingga berpotensi menjadi peluang usaha setelah masa pidana selesai. Namun, implementasi program masih menghadapi beberapa kendala, antara lain rendahnya minat sebagian narapidana untuk berpartisipasi serta terbatasnya jumlah produksi akibat keterbatasan sarana, lahan, dan pendanaan. Kendala ini mengurangi dampak ekonomi yang dapat dicapai secara maksimal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan motivasi narapidana melalui penyuluhan dan insentif, serta penguatan kerja sama dengan instansi eksternal guna mendukung aspek teknis, pelatihan lanjutan, dan pemasaran hasil produksi. Dengan demikian, program ini diharapkan mampu berkontribusi nyata terhadap kemandirian narapidana dan mengurangi potensi residivisme.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of learning resources from the surrounding natural environment in teaching living things in third-grade students at SDN 40/1 Bajubang Laut. This study employed qualitative methods with a descriptive approach, conducted through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that utilizing the surrounding environment as a learning tool can deepen students' understanding of scientific concepts, particularly the topic of living things. Furthermore, the use of nature-oriented learning resources also encourages active student participation, curiosity, and direct involvement in the learning process. This study found that despite challenges in developing teaching materials and the need for teacher innovation, the natural environment can serve as an effective learning resource to support science education in elementary schools if supported by careful planning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran audit dalam siklus penjualan dan penagihan dalam mendeteksi potensi kecurangan pada PT Indofarma Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur dengan metode content analysis terhadap berbagai sumber seperti laporan keuangan, hasil audit, dan literatur terkait dalam kurun lima tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik kecurangan di PT Indofarma Tbk terjadi dalam bentuk manipulasi laporan keuangan, pencatatan transaksi fiktif, piutang bermasalah, serta klaim diskon palsu, yang dipicu oleh lemahnya sistem pengendalian internal. Audit pada siklus penjualan dan penagihan terbukti berperan penting dalam mengungkap penyimpangan melalui verifikasi pengakuan pendapatan, konfirmasi piutang, dan evaluasi pengendalian internal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur audit dan fraud melalui penerapan teori fraud triangle, fraud hexagon, serta analisis rasio keuangan sebagai dasar deteksi dini. Secara praktis, temuan penelitian ini merekomendasikan PT Indofarma, perusahaan sejenis, maupun regulator untuk memperkuat mekanisme pengendalian internal dan meningkatkan kualitas audit.

Abstract

Learning in this digital era faces new challenges, particularly in addressing the characteristics of Generation Z, who grew up in a digital and visual environment. The gap between conventional methods and Gen Z's learning needs leads to low motivation, especially in subjects considered difficult. This article explores gamification as a strategy for developing adaptive teaching materials and analyzes its effectiveness in increasing learning motivation. Through a literature review based on ARCS and Self-Determination Theory (SDT), the integration of game elements into learning design, implementation challenges, and solutions are examined. The study results indicate that gamification can stimulate intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, encourage active learning, and create enjoyable learning experiences. However, its effectiveness depends on teacher readiness, technological skills, and appropriate instructional design. Gamification is therefore positioned as a relevant pedagogical strategy for shaping a dynamic learning ecosystem in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which e-comic flipbooks affect the learning outcomes of students in science at SDN 03 Sungai Raya in grade IV. This study uses a quasi-experimental and quantitative nature. Learning outcomes are the dependent variable (Y), while e-comic flipbook media is the independent variable (X). using students in grades IV A and IV B as the population. There are 29 students in each of grades IV A and IV B. The sampling technique used in this study is nonprobability sampling, a type of saturated sampling. Students in grade IV A are used as the experimental class, while grade IV B is used as the control class. Tests and observations are used for data collection. The average pretest score of the experimental group was 61.20 while the average posttest increased to 77.24. Meanwhile, in the control group, the average pretest was 62.93 and increased to 67.93 in the posttest. The results of the t-test calculation showed that a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.038 <0.05 was obtained, so it can be concluded that the Ha hypothesis is accepted and H0 is rejected, so that the use of e-comic flipbook media does not affect the learning outcomes of science on Indonesian diversity material for class IV SDN 03 Sungai Raya.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning activeness of fourth-grade students at SD Inpres 1 Tatura through the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model integrated with Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) and Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, each consisting of three meetings. The subjects of this study were 26 students from diverse cultural backgrounds. The instruments used included observation sheets, project assessment rubrics, and learning achievement tests. The results showed an increase in students’ learning activeness from 42% in the pre-cycle, to 69% in the first cycle, and 85% in the second cycle. Thus, the implementation of PjBL integrated with CRT and TPACK proved effective in improving students’ learning activeness.
