Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pengendalian internal pada siklus akuisisi dan pembayaran perusahaan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi kasus, didukung oleh wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi laporan keuangan dan bukti transaksi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan mengacu pada kerangka pengendalian internal COSO. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian internal dalam siklus akuisisi dan pembayaran sudah menerapkan praktik yang relatif memadai seperti otorisasi ganda, pencocokan dokumen sumber, dan audit internal tahunan. Namun demikian, terdapat kelemahan signifikan pada pemisahan fungsi (segregation of duties), keteraturan rekonsiliasi utang usaha, dan disiplin pengarsipan dokumen. Kondisi ini meningkatkan risiko salah saji material dan potensi fraud, meskipun perusahaan telah memiliki struktur organisasi serta kode etik yang mendukung budaya integritas. Analisis juga memperlihatkan bahwa kelemahan dalam penilaian risiko dan aktivitas pengendalian dapat menghambat efektivitas operasional dan menurunkan akurasi laporan keuangan. Implikasi teoritis dari penelitian ini memperkuat bukti bahwa penerapan lima komponen COSO mampu meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan keandalan sistem akuntansi. Dari sisi kebijakan, perusahaan perlu segera memperbaiki area segregasi tugas, memperketat rekonsiliasi berkala, dan meningkatkan sistem pengarsipan dokumen agar efektivitas pengendalian internal lebih optimal. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada evaluasi mendalam terhadap desain pengendalian internal perusahaan dengan menekankan kelemahan praktis dalam pemisahan fungsi dan rekonsiliasi utang usaha, yang jarang dikaji secara spesifik pada studi sebelumnya.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Active Learning-integrated teaching module for Science and Social Studies (IPAS) to enhance the learning outcomes of fourth-grade elementary school students. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) study using the ADDIE development model, which includes five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of the study are fourth-grade students in Magetan District. The research instruments include expert validation questionnaires, teacher and student response questionnaires, implementation observation sheets, and learning outcome tests (pre-test and post-test). The results show that the developed teaching module received an average validation score of 89% (highly feasible) from subject matter experts, media experts, and practitioner teachers. The practicality of the module, based on teacher (87%) and student (85%) responses, falls within the practical to very practical category, indicating that the module is easy to use in the learning process. The effectiveness of the module was also demonstrated by a significant improvement in students' average learning outcomes, from 66.4 (pre-test) to 83.7 (post-test), with paired t-test results showing a significant difference (p < 0.05) and an N-Gain score of 0.56, which is considered effective. Therefore, the Active Learning-integrated IPAS teaching module developed in this study is proven to be valid, practical, and effective in improving elementary school students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

This observation discusses the challenges faced in teaching Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) to fourth-grade students at SDN 56/1 Desa Aro. The main focus of this observation is the limited availability of learning media such as projectors and practical teaching aids, as well as the less conducive classroom atmosphere caused by students’ low interest and attention. The purpose of this observation is to analyze the main factors of these problems and their impact on students’ motivation and learning outcomes. The methods used include observation, interviews with the homeroom teacher, and documentation during the learning process. The results show that the lack of learning media makes it difficult for teachers to deliver material in an engaging way, causing students to become easily bored. In addition, the unsupportive learning environment also affects students’ enthusiasm and concentration. Based on these observations, efforts are needed to improve learning facilities and develop innovative teaching strategies to create a more active and enjoyable classroom atmosphere.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the use of learning media can improve the concentration and learning activeness of third-grade students at SDN 56/1 Desa Aro in the IPAS subject. The problem identified was that students often lost focus and were less active during lessons due to the teacher's one-way or lecture-based teaching method. The research was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the teacher and 16 students. The results showed that before using varied learning media, students often lost attention and were unfocused during the learning process. However, after the teacher began using media such as PowerPoint presentations with images, videos, and animation features, students became more focused, engaged, and enthusiastic about learning. This media helped students better understand concrete materials, such as.

Abstract

Bahasa Indonesia: Pada dasarnya, pernikahan tidak hanya menyatukan dua orang yang berbeda jenis kelamin tetapi juga menyatukan dua keluarga besar sekaligus sebagai bentuk silahturrahmi. Salah satu tradisi yang menarik perhatian dalam masyarakat adat Nagari Salo, Kecamatan Baso, Kabupaten Agam adalah kewajiban bamalam atau bermalam di rumah mertua setelah Walimatul 'ursy (resepsi pernikahan). Tradisi ini diawali dengan datangnya menantu perempuan ke bamalam yang dilaksanakan pada hari ketujuh setelah baralek atau walimatul 'ursy. Menantu perempuan akan datang pada sore hari di hari ketujuh setelah walimatul 'ursy dengan membawa hidangan yang berisi berbagai macam makanan seperti rendang, gulai ikan mas, pinyaram, satu piring nasi, telur goreng, ketan, lapek bugih dan masih banyak lagi. Kemudian semua makanan yang akan dibawa bamalam disusun dalam wadah besar dan kemudian ditutup dengan kain. Ini disebut “datang babuah tangan”. Setelah itu, menantu perempuan bersama kerabatnya, biasanya etek, mak uwo, uni, yang berjumlah sekitar lima hingga tujuh orang, datang ke rumah keluarga mempelai pria. Tradisi ini mengharuskan suami dan istri untuk tidur terpisah, istri atau menantu perempuan akan menginap di rumah mertuanya, sementara suami menginap di rumah mertuanya selama satu hari satu malam. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi lebih dalam bagaimana pelaksanaan tradisi bamalam ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation and product quality on repurchase intention at the UMKM Berkah Opak Chips in Sibiru-Biru District. This research was motivated by the low interest in purchasing Berkah Opak Chips in Sibiru-Biru District. The study sample involved 73 respondents, and data were collected using a questionnaire with 22 statements. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. Based on the results, product innovation partially significantly influenced repurchase intention, with a calculated t-value of 7.365 and a significance level of 0.000. Similarly, product quality also partially significantly influenced repurchase intention, with a calculated t-value of 2.984 and a significance level of 0.004. Furthermore, product innovation and product quality simultaneously significantly influenced repurchase intention, as indicated by a calculated F-value of 84.039 and a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.698 indicates that these two variables contribute 69,8% to explaining the variation in repurchase intention. Therefore, it can be concluded that product innovation and product quality significantly influence repurchase intention at the UMKM Berkah Opak Chips in Sibiru-Biru District.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using series picture media on changes in the state of matter to improve the conceptual understanding of various changes in the state of matter among fourth-grade students at SDN 121/I Muaro Singoan. This research used a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects were 19 fourth-grade students. The research instrument used was a student worksheet (LKS) containing series pictures that included melting candles, freezing water, boiling water, condensing clouds, and melting soap, with columns to identify the types of changes. Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively by calculating the percentage of learning completeness. The results showed a significant improvement in understanding. In the pretest, only 26.3% of students were able to correctly identify various changes in the state of matter, while in the post-test, this increased to 84.2%. The conclusion of this study is that series picture media on changes in the state of matter is effective in improving the conceptual understanding of changes in the state of matter for fourth-grade students at SDN 121/I Muaro Singoan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Free Cash Flow (FCF), Market to Book Ratio (MBR), and Firm Size on the Cost of Equity (CoE) in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2024. Cost of Equity is a key component of a company's capital structure, representing the expected return demanded by investors as compensation for risk. Amid global economic uncertainty and the increase of Bank Indonesia's benchmark interest rate in 2024, companies are required to manage their capital structure efficiently. This research uses a quantitative approach with secondary data derived from companies' annual financial reports. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, resulting in 171 manufacturing companies. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The dependent variable, Cost of Equity, is measured using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM), while the independent variables are Free Cash Flow, Market to Book Ratio, and Firm Size. The results show that Free Cash Flow has a negative effect on Cost of Equity, Market to Book Ratio has a negative effect, and Firm Size has a negative effect on Cost of Equity. Simultaneously, these three independent variables significantly influence Cost of Equity. These findings suggest that manufacturing firms need to consider their cash flow availability, market valuation, and scale of operations when making strategic decisions regarding their capital structure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, dan Kinerja Manajemen terhadap Loyalitas Organisasi pada Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan sejarah, Fakultas ilmu sosial, Universitas Negeri Medan. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Loyalitas (variabel terikat), sedangkan variabel bebasnya adalah Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, dan Kinerja Manajemen. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan kinerja manajemen berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap loyalitas organisasi pada Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan sejarah, Fakultas ilmu sosial, Universitas Negeri medan.

Abstract

Di era modern saat ini, mahasiswa dituntut untuk berusaha beradaptasi dengan keadaan saat ini yaitu pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media online yaitu private zoom meeting yang dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam belajar di masa wabah Covid-19 seperti saat itu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan media cyber counseling melalui aplikasi zoom pada siswa SMP 34 Medan di masa wabah Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ada dampak negatif terhadap aplikasi zoom ini yaitu siswa kurang memahami materi yang disampaikan guru, tidak percaya diri dengan kemampuannya, tidak mampu mengatur waktu untuk mengerjakan tugas dengan kegiatan lain, siswa merasa jenuh dan bosan karena belajar online di rumah, kurangnya perhatian dan dorongan motivasi belajar dari orang tua, dan kendala sinyal, handphone serta kuota internet.
