Abstract

This This study aims to develop an interactive multimedia-based E-LKPD that is valid, practical, and effective in teaching Pancasila Education, particularly on the topic of Pancasila values in daily life for fourth grade elementary school students. The background of this research is based on the limited use of interactive learning media that can increase student engagement and the low learning outcomes of students in understanding Pancasila values. This research employed a research and development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects were fourth grade students of SDN 060826 Medan Area. The instruments used included expert validation sheets, teacher observation sheets, and learning outcome tests in the form of pretest and posttest. The results of validation by material experts, media experts, and education practitioners indicated that the developed E-LKPD was valid. The practicality of the media was reflected in its ease of use by teachers and the positive responses of students. The effectiveness of the E-LKPD was shown by the improvement of students’ average scores from 44 in the pretest to 88.6 in the posttest, with an N-Gain score of 0.83, which is categorized as high. It can be concluded that the interactive multimedia-based E-LKPD is feasible to be used as a learning medium in Pancasila Education, especially in the topic of Pancasila values in daily life. This E-LKPD not only helps students to understand Pancasila values more concretely and attractively, but also encourages active participation, independent learning, and the integration of digital technology in the learning process to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a concrete learning media called MagBox (Magnet Learning Box) that is valid, practical, and effective in learning Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) on the topic of magnetic properties in fourth grade elementary school. The background of this research is based on the low student learning outcomes and the limited use of engaging and interactive concrete media in IPAS learning. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects were fourth grade students of SDN 060826 Medan Area in the academic year 2024/2025. Research instruments included expert validation sheets, teacher observations, interviews, and learning achievement tests (pretest and posttest). The validation results by material experts, media experts, and educational practitioners indicated that MagBox is highly feasible with an average percentage above 90%. The practicality of the media was shown by the ease of use for teachers and positive responses from students. The effectiveness of the media was proven by an increase in student learning outcomes, where the average pretest score of 56 improved to 89.4 in the posttest with an N-Gain score of 0.80, which falls into the high category. Therefore, MagBox is declared suitable for use as a learning medium in IPAS, particularly for the topic of magnetic properties. This media not only helps students understand concepts more concretely but also enhances their active participation and learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using wordwalls in improving critical thinking in fifth-grade students in mathematics, particularly in fractions. As a control group, Class VA did not get any media, whereas Class VB was the experimental group that did receive media. The data was gathered by testing and careful observation. The next step in the data analysis process was to administer prerequisite exams and use an Independent Sample T-test to evaluate hypotheses. The average scores significantly increased from 51.08 before therapy to 87.05 after treatment, thanks to the application of wordwalls. Meanwhile, the control class also experienced an increase from 46.88 to 79.16. The t-test yielded a significant value of 0.001.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas III SDN 69 Galesong 1. Upaya perbaikan dilakukan melalui penerapan media kartu kata bergambar dengan tujuan meningkatkan keterampilan menulis siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Pada siklus I, nilai rata-rata siswa hanya mencapai 1.390 dan belum memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Setelah perbaikan pada siklus II, nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 2.511 dan seluruh siswa dinyatakan tuntas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media kartu kata bergambar efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis, sekaligus mampu memotivasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan penerapan teori behaviorisme dalam pembelajaran tematik di SD Medan Timur, dengan menitikberatkan pada penggunaan stimulus-respon, reward, dan punishment, serta tantangan yang dialami oleh guru dalam praktiknya. Teori behaviorisme yang dikembangkan oleh tokoh-tokoh seperti Skinner dan Thorndike menekankan pentingnya hubungan antara stimulus dan respons dalam membangun perilaku belajar. Prinsip ini sangat relevan untuk diterapkan di sekolah dasar, karena siswa masih berada dalam fase perkembangan yang memerlukan bimbingan langsung, pembiasaan, serta motivasi dari luar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi mengenai proses pembelajaran tematik di kelas. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa guru menerapkan teori behaviorisme dengan memberikan stimulus seperti instruksi lisan, pertanyaan, tugas sederhana, dan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran seperti gambar atau video yang sesuai dengan tema. Respons siswa terhadap stimulus ini bervariasi; sebagian besar menunjukkan minat yang tinggi, sementara yang lain memerlukan dorongan tambahan agar lebih fokus dan aktif. Guru juga menerapkan metode drill atau latihan berulang, terutama untuk keterampilan dasar seperti membaca, menulis, dan berhitung. Reward diberikan dalam bentuk pujian, tepukan tangan, stiker bintang, hingga hadiah kecil untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan rasa percaya diri siswa. Di sisi lain, punishment yang diterapkan bersifat mendidik, dengan cara meminta siswa mengulang tugas yang salah, menulis kembali jawaban, atau menerima teguran ringan. Penerapan reward dan punishment ini terbukti efektif dalam mengubah perilaku siswa, seperti meningkatkan kedisiplinan, membiasakan siswa membawa perlengkapan belajar, dan mendorong keberanian siswa untuk menjawab pertanyaan di kelas. Namun, ditemukan beberapa kendala, seperti rasa bosan siswa terhadap latihan berulang, perbedaan respons terhadap reward serta punishment, serta keterbatasan variasi penghargaan yang dapat diberikan. Untuk mengatasinya, guru memvariasikan bentuk stimulus melalui permainan edukatif, memberikan perhatian lebih kepada siswa yang kurang aktif, serta menyesuaikan bentuk reward agar tetap memiliki makna. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teori behaviorisme masih relevan dan efektif untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran tematik di tingkat sekolah dasar. Melalui penerapan stimulus-respon, latihan berulang, serta sistem reward dan punishment yang tepat, guru dapat membentuk kebiasaan belajar, meningkatkan kedisiplinan, serta memperkuat pemahaman siswa secara terukur dan berkesinambungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penerapan media Interacty.me terhadap kemampuan berkomunikasi siswa. Metode yang diterapkan adalah penelitian kuantitatif berjenis eksperimen semu. Sampel yang diambil terdiri dari 63 siswa kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Babat, yang dipilih melaui teknik sampling purposive. Untuk mengumpulkan data, digunakan berbagai instrument, termasuk angket, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi perolehan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan, analisis statistic, uji normaitas, uji homogenitas, uji paired sample t-test dan independent sample t-test. Hasil analisis mengungkapkan adanya peningkatan yang lebih signifikan pada kelas eksperimen daripada kelas kontrol. Hal tersebut didapatkan adanya pengaruh penerapan media interacty.me terhadap kemampuan berkomunikasi siswa dengan diperolehnya nilai rata – rata lebih unggul pada post-angket kelas eksperimen daripada kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji hipotesis, penerapan media interacty.me berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan berkomunikasi siswa.

Abstract

This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection techniques involved observation, interviews, instrument sheets in the form of questionnaires for student and teacher responses, as well as pre-test and post-test questions. The aim of this study was to explore the development process of an animated learning video using the Renderforest application on the topic My Attitude Toward Cultural Diversity and to evaluate its feasibility and effectiveness in supporting the learning process.The research subjects consisted of four expert validators, one Grade IV teacher, and 23 Grade IV students of SDN Wanaherang 02. The product developed in this study is an animated learning video created using Renderforest, which was validated by media experts, language experts, and subject matter experts. Its feasibility was assessed through student response questionnaires, while its effectiveness was measured using pre-test and post-test results.The research findings indicate that the feasibility test results were: media expert 94%, language expert 100%, subject matter expert (lecturer) 96%, and subject matter expert (teacher) 98%. In addition, a limited trial involving 23 Grade IV students showed that the product received a very feasible rating with a score of 98%. The effectiveness test also demonstrated improvement, with pre-test results of 64.7% and post-test results of 92.1%. It can be concluded that the animated learning video developed using the Renderforest application is highly feasible and effective for use in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the formation of character through the example of the Principal and the Citizenship Education Teacher in SMA 1 Subang. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were the Principal and Citizenship Education Teacher at SMA 1 Subang. Data collection using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Checking the validity of the data is done by source triangulation. Data analysis is done qualitatively through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Principal and Citizenship Education Teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Subang formed student character through exemplary speech, personality traits, attitudes and appearance that were in accordance with religious character, discipline, democracy, nationalism, love of the country, peace of mind , care for the environment, and care for the social.

Program studi Manajemen Pendidikan, Program Pascasarjana Universitas PGRI Semarang. Tesis. Pembimbing (1) Dr. Ngasbun Egar, M.Pd, (2) Dr. Rasiman, M.Pd. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh: (1) kepemimpinan transformasioanal terhadap kinerja guru. (2) supervise akademik terhadap kinerja guru, (3) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, (4) kepemimpinan transformasioanal, supervise akademik dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Boja Kabupaten Kendal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi dan menggunakan metode penelitian survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Boja Kabupaten Kendal sebanyak 120 guru yang tersebar di 15 sekolah negeri dengan sampel sejumlah 120 guru. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, Uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis menggunakan program SPSS 25 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, (2) supervisi akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, (3) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, (4) kepemimmpinan transformasional, supervise akademik dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Abstract

This study aims to describe the challenges related to the lack of instructional media at SDN 95/1 Olak, located in Muara Bulian District, Batang Hari Regency, Jambi Province. Based on direct observation and interviews, it was found that the teaching and learning process still heavily relies on conventional methods without the support of visual or interactive media. This condition results in low student comprehension, limited teacher creativity, and a classroom environment that discourages active student participation. A descriptive qualitative method was used to analyze the real conditions in the field. Limited access to technological infrastructure and internet connectivity further hampers the implementation of digital learning. Therefore, support from various stakeholders, including the government and school institutions, is essential to provide appropriate learning media and training for teachers to develop more innovative, engaging, and student-centered learning approaches. The findings highlight the urgent need for collaborative and long-term strategies to ensure equitable access to quality education, especially in remote and underserved areas.
