Respondents are all mothers who come to Posyandu who have smartphones and have downloaded the “Tanya Only” application, totaling 57 respondents. Data analysis using chi square with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that the average user of the "Tanya Only" application was 33 years old, had a high school education background of 50.9% and had an interest in using the "Tanya Only" application as much as 81.1%. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the low interest of mothers in the use of intrauterine devices (IUD). Interest in the IUD is still low because there are many perceptions that cause negative sides. The research design used a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique using Accidental Sampling amounted to 47 respondents. Data analysis was performed using chi-square. Data processing with SPSS. The results of the study the p-value = 0.19 means that there is a relationship between education and interest in using, p-value = 0.06 means there is a parity relationship with interest in using, p-value = 0.619 means there is no relationship between age and interest in using, p -value = 0.099 means there is no relationship between information sources and interest in using, p-value = 0.143 means there is no relationship between information sources and interest in using. The conclusion from each variable of education, parity, age, source of information and perception, which has a relationship with mother's interest in using is education and parity. The hope from the results of this study is to eliminate negative perceptions about the use of contraceptives by being approached by the relevant officers, especially health workers

Abstract

Anemia in pregnant women can occur due to a doubling of iron requirements due to increased blood volume and fetal growth. Providing nutrition education is an alternative that can provide basic knowledge needs for pregnant women and is more effective by using scrapbook media. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nutrition education using scrapbook media on food planning knowledge and consumption levels of anemic pregnant women in the Harapan Baru Health Center working area. Pre-experiment research with One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling consisting of 18 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires and 24-hour food recall interviews for 3 non-consecutive days. Univariate analysis technique with descriptive and bivariate analysis with Wilcoxon test. The results showed that there was an effect of nutrition education using Scrapbook media on the food planning knowledge of anemic pregnant women (p = 0.000) and there was no effect of nutrition education using Scrapbook media on the consumption levels of anemic pregnant women energy, protein, fat, carbohydrates respectively (p = 0.131; p = 0.257; p = 0.114; p = 0.59). Conclusion: There is an effect of nutrition education using scrapbook media on the food planning knowledge of anemic pregnant women and there is no effect of nutrition education using scrapbook media on the consumption level of anemic pregnant women in the Harapan Baru Health Center working area.

Abstract

Abstract

In Indonesia in 2011, the percentage of pregnant women with anemia with hemoglobin (Hb) levels below 11 g/dl was 30%, and Hb levels below 7 g/dl was 0.5% (1). Based on data from the Karawang District Service, in 2020 there were 8,020 cases of anemic pregnant women. With the COVID-19 pandemic, pregnant women have difficulty getting health services, especially routine checks to determine the condition of pregnancy, checking hemoglobin levels and there is a lack of health education about preventing anemia in pregnancy. So there is a need for an analysis of the condition of pregnant women's hemoglobin levels in the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Therefore, researchers conducted research entitled "The Effect of Ante Natal Care (ANC) on the incidence of anemia in pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic". The research design in this study used a descriptive-analytical method with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all pregnant women who had ANC in 8 midwife practice in the Karawang Regency area, totaling 150 pregnant women. The research sample was obtained from 112 pregnant women using accidental sampling techniques, data collection techniques using secondary data or KIA books for pregnant women, and primary by direct interviews and examination of Hb levels. The results of the study showed that 17.0% of pregnant women had anemia, 25.0% of pregnant women had irregular ANC and there was a relationship between ANC (p=0.007) and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. It is hoped that mothers will routinely carry out pregnancy checks to get enough blood-boosting tablets and pregnant women are expected to comply with taking a minimum of 90 blood-boosting tablets during pregnancy and continue until 40 days of the postpartum period. Midwives and cadres remind pregnant women to carry out pregnancy checks at least 6 times at health services to get Blood Supplement Tablets.
