Abstract

PT. Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) Unit Dieng merupakan perusahaan pembangkit listrik tenaga panas bumi (PLTP) yang berada di kab. Bajarnegara, Jawa Tengah. Merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang energi, perusahaan tersebut adalah perusahaan besar di Indonesia yang didirikan antara PT. Pertamina (Persero) dan PT. PLN (Persero). Perusahaan tersebut juga merupakan badan usaha milik negara (BUMN) karena menghibahkan sahamnya sebesar 67% kepada negara Indonesia dan sisanya sebesar 33% dihibahkan ke PT. PLN (Persero). Adupun permasalahan yang ditemukan adalah tingkat efektifitas KSB WKTB Pump jika dihitung dengan menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) adalah 45.33 % nilai terebut masuk dalam kategori rendah karena < 85% dan faktor penyebabnya adalah waktu breakdown dan setup mesin yang lama, dan pipe line terkena scalling sehingga mengurangi debit brine. Penerapan metode Fishbone diharapkan dapat memudahkan kegiatan maintenance dengan menganalisis faktor – faktor penyebab rendahnya efektifitas KSB WKTB Pump diantaranya: Faktor metode terdiri dari komponen tidak sesuai spesifikasi, parit tidak efektif, preventive maintenance tidak efektif, terjadi pengikisan komponen, terjadi scalling. Faktor manusia terdiri dari predictive maintenance tidak ada, maintenance kurang maksimal, pengoperasian tidak sesuai SOP. Faktor lingkungan karena scalling. Faktor material karena komponen kurang baik. Penerapan Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan efektifitas KSB WKTB Pump. Kata Kunci : KSB WKTB Pump, Efektifitas, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan upaya perbaikan dalam menurunkan cacat produk Garnish-Assembly Tailgate pada proses painting menggunakan pendekatan metode DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Berdasarkan diagram Pareto, cacat yang mendominasi pada produk GarnishAssembly Tailgate adalah cacat butsu dan hajiki. Langkah perbaikan dilakukan menggunakan FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) dapat menurunkan jumlah cacat produk ini, yang ditunjukkan dengan penurunan nilai DPMO (Defects per Million Opportunities) sebesar 31,91% serta peningkatan nilai sigma dari 2,90 menjadi 3,10. Kata Kunci: DMAIC, DPMO, Six Sigma, FMEA

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan maka PT. Shin-Etsu Polymer Indonesia melalui departemen produksi melalui perbaikan-perbaikan dengan mengoptimalkan semua hal yang berpengaruh terhadap mutu produk. Namun untuk bisa mengurangi kecacatan pada produk ini khususnya cacat burr (kelebihan) perlu dilakukan analisa. Atas dasar itulah dipilih topik analisa cacat untuk mengoptimalkan mutu. Dalam mengumpulkan dan pengolahan data digunakan Desain Eksperimen Taguchi dengan mengunakan Orthogonal Array L 827 suatu matriks keseimbangan dari faktor dan tingkatan faktor. Hasil dari analisa variansi (anova) dapat diketahui faktor-faktor yang berarti (significant) terhadap cacat. Setelah melakukan pengumpulan data, pengolahan data (dengan metode Taguchi). Maka variabel injection pressure adalah faktor yang berpengaruh dalam proses produksi (perhitungan rata-rata dan rasio S/N). Setelah penulis melakukan perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode Taguchi Loss Function dapat diketahui bahwa dengan menggunakan kondisi optimum (cacat/rejection dikurangi) maka pabrik akan lebih untung dari sebelumnya, hal ini dapat dilihat dari jumlah kerugian rata-rata yang menurun.pada setting awal Rp.56,37 menjadi Rp. 36,86 dengan setting kondisi optimum. Apabila dalam proses produksi menggunakan setting kondisi optimum maka jumlah rejection rata-rata tidak akan melebihi batas standar rejection yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan yaitu :13%. Dengan setting kondisi optimum hasil dari hasil pengolahan data yaitu A1 B1 C2 D2 E2 F1 G1 terjadi perbaikan mutu produk. Dengan demikian presentasi cacat dapat dikurangi. Kata Kunci : Optimasi, Analisa Cacat, Faktor yang Berpengaruh.

Abstract

Company CV. Surya Baja Mandiri is a service company in the form of a privately owned workshop that produces spare parts products, especially automotive, most of whose products are ordered directly from abroad, namely Japan, for example for the production of Stripper Bushing. To fulfill quality orders and on time according to the order schedule (Due Date) in order to maintain the satisfaction of the company that is the producer and still get efficient results for the company, a production schedule for the supply of materials that is truly effective is needed. To determine a production schedule and supply of materials that are truly effective, the author begins by doing a forecast using the company's past demand data starting from May 2020 to April 2020 which is an average of 8000 pcs per month. The Holt forecasting method was chosen because it gives the smallest MSE value of 28113.96 compared to the Brown forecasting method 741098966 and the Trend Linear forecasting method 2381480.62

Abstract

The number of frequencies of damage to aluminum machines at PT. XYZ in one year by 39 times. This frequency is large enough that it is necessary to carry out effective maintenance activities to reduce the amount of damage. Reliability Centered Maintenance is one of the methods used to determine how to maintain machine components that fail according to the criticality level of a component. The results of the analysis of the Reliability Centered Maintenance method at the FMEA stage found 1 component that has a high critical level with the highest RPN value of 144, namely the loader component. The selection of actions to be carried out by conditional directed or scheduled on-condition tasks is because these components will function properly if component replacement or repair is carried out. The minimum maintenance cost for loader components obtained from the calculation is Rp. 11,961,496,-

Abstract

There are many factors that affect productivity including the number of hours worked, quality of work, morale, work discipline, efficiency and effectiveness of work. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work discipline and responsibility on work productivity at PT. Kawai Piano Indonesia. The population of this study were all employees of PT. Kawai Piano Indonesia, with an error rate of 5% with a sample of 100 employees. The quantitative research method uses linear regression with SPSS 25. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% indicate that: (1) There is a simultaneous influence of discipline in company discipline and discipline in work responsibilities on work productivity at PT. Kawai Piano Indonesia. This is evidenced in the ANOVA table, the value of f-count > f-table (60.688 > 3.09) is obtained. (2) There is the ability of the independent variable, namely discipline in company regulations and discipline in responsibility at work in explaining variations in changes in the productivity dependent variable, which is 54.7%, while the remaining 45.3% is explained by other factors.

Abstract

This research was conducted on companies engaged in the automotive sector. Many automotive component products are produced by this company, one of which is the case assembly front with water pump and oil pump. There are several elements that can be observed in the assembly process of the case assembly front with water pump and oil pump, starting from the number of man power, SOP (Standard Operational Procedure), assembled components, and so on. In the assembly process, there are several things that become obstacles, both in terms of product quality or from the constraints of the machines used. The case assembly front with water pump and oil pump has its own standard time or cycle time to meet customer demands. The production process for the case assembly front with water pump and oil pump still creates NG products which cannot be forwarded to the next process. The suggestion to increase the number of workers in the 004 line assembly, which is to 4 workers, can cause productivity to decrease from 0.85% to 0.81%. However, production capacity increased by 27% from the previous.

Abstract

The setup process at the time of brand change (Brand Changeover) that often occurs in machines has an impact on small performance values ​​and the potential for delays in the distribution schedule so that in these conditions stock outs occur in the market and cannot meet consumer needs according to the schedule that has been set. So that it is necessary to pay attention and observe the brand transfer activities on the maker and packer machines so that these activities are more efficient. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the brand change process that occurs in the SPM area takes a long time. With the process of separating external and internal activities with the SMED method, and paralleling internal activities in a process, it is expected to be able to improve production performance. The average time required for the protos machine to make a brand change is 85,078 minutes and the Focke engine is 179,105 minutes. The SMED method and separating external and internal activities can reduce 27.834% Brand Change time for Protos machines and 42.243% Brand Change time for Focke machines. From the implementation of this method for 7 weeks, it can be seen that the reduction in Brand change time can increase the machine's Link Up uptime performance by 6.48%.

Abstract

Layout is one of the most important things in a company in designing the needs and facilities that support a business and production process. The purpose of this study was to make a facility layout plan for the trolley assembly practicum at the Production and Manufacturing Systems Laboratory, Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang. The method used in this study uses the blocplan algorithm analysis method. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, making part drawings and operation process charts are used to obtain an accurate and unambiguous description of the geometric features of a component and obtain an overview of the plant layout requirements obtained based on the needs of raw materials, machines, and the efficiency of each operating process and examination, while activity relationship chart analysis, blocplan algorithm analysis and area allocation diagram analysis were used to determine a detailed description or layout template for factory facilities in the hope of optimizing productivity and reducing company losses.

Abstract

The problem with the company is the increase in non-conformance findings in the internal ISO audit report which is very significant, namely as many as 20 findings related to clause 7.2 of controlling information documents within a period of 6 months. Therefore, the main problem raised in this analysis is how to reduce the findings of non-conformities in the results of internal audit and document management at PT. Dinar Makmur uses fishbone diagrams, PLAN – DO – CHECK – ACTION (PDCA) cycles and provides training for employees to employee evaluations until the findings of the company's internal audit results decline. After that, a calculation of the improvements that have been made is carried out by adding up the clause findings obtained after the audit and divided by the number of sections/departments multiplied by the number of points audited. So the results of the increase in the value of the audit as much as 12% success rate from before the repair. After improvements were made, there was a decrease in findings in the previous period January-June 2018 as many as 40 findings and in the July-December 2018 period as many as 30 findings, and the difference in the decline that has been achieved is 10 findings.
