el-Hikmah: Jurnal Kajian dan Penelitian Pendidikan Islam (e-ISSN 2527-4651, p-ISSN 2086-3594) adalah jurnal ilmiah peer-review dan open access yang dikelola dan diterbitkan oleh Prodi Pendidikan Agama Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN ) Mataram. Jurnal ini terbit secara berkala dua kali setahun, yakni pada bulan Juni dan Desember. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menjadi platform jurnal akses terbuka yang menerbitkan dan menyebarkan gagasan kajian dan penelitian tentang Pendidikan Islam. Fokusnya adalah mempublikasikan kajian dan penelitian asli (penelitian kualitatif, penelitian tindakan kelas, penelitian pengembangan/desain), analisis perpustakaan, dan book review tentang kajian pendidikan Islam, bagaimana peserta didik belajar PAI, dan bagaimana PAI diajarkan di tingkat sekolah dasar, menengah, dan perguruan tinggi. Ruang lingkup (scope) kajian el-Hikmah meliputi: Nilai-nilai dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran PAI Skup ini berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai seperti keyakinan, sikap, emosi yang berpengaruh/berhubungan dengan pengajaran dan pembelajaran PAI. Pengembangan kompetensi guru/calon guru PAI Skup ini untuk mendukung kompetensi guru/calon guru PAI dalam mengembangkan nilai-nilai, dan pengetahuan konten teknologi/pedagogis.

Abstract

A leader is someone who has a great responsibility in the organization for social life, being a leader must have a good relationship in cultural life so that it can be used as an example by its members. In Islam itself it is conveyed to the Ummah to become a leader in accordance with the existing Shari'a in the teachings of Islam, which subsequently leads to Islamic Leadership. Islamic leadership is a balance of leadership with the concept of the world and the hereafter, the task of leadership is not only a task that is held only for members, but also in the presence of Allah SWT. Allah has sent an Apostle who can be an example for Muslims to carry out Islamic Leadership as the Prophet Muhammad. Islamic leadership prioritizes the values ??put forward by Islam and also everything that is done because it expects God's blessing. Islamic leadership is more than part of the goals taken while in organizational leadership in general, support the strengthening of the establishment of Islamic order in the organization. Islamic leadership supports absolute leadership or leadership that is authorized, this leadership has a distinct characteristic of leadership in general.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an insight into how the implementation of the 4P approach relies on psychological theory as an effort to develop talent and creativity in Islamic education in order to produce creative students. The focus of the 4P approach is applied in learning in the form of personal, motivational, process, and product as a basic foothold aimed at training and developing talent and creative power. In the perspective of Islamic education, humans are the most perfect creation of Allah. So the teacher is a guide, motivator, and controller in learning and the ultimate goal of Islamic education is our human beings. For this reason, creating a perfect human being must begin by developing his talents and creativity to become creative people using one of the 4P approaches.

Abstract

One of the fundamental activities in teacher professional development is the development of teacher skills, especially in conducting classroom action research. For the teachers who are members of the MGMP PAI West Lombok Regency, the teacher's ability to conduct classroom action research is still low. For that, we need an effort that can be used as an alternative to improve this capability, one of the efforts is through training activities. The research subjects were teachers of Islamic Religious Education at MGMP PAI at SMK West Lombok Regency. This research was conducted in two cycles. Methods of data using observation and documentation techniques. data validation used in this action research is democratic validation, process, and dialogue. Data analysis was carried out by comparing the results in the initial conditions, the results of cycle I, the results of cycle II. From the results of the research and training conducted during these two cycles, there was a change in the preparation of classroom actions for teachers who are members of the MGMP PAI, West Lombok Regency.

Abstract

There are two crucial things essence in the learning process. They are teachers and students. The teachers are the main actors in teaching, and students are the main actors in learning. Basically learning is a process of change, from not knowing to know, less good to be good through interaction between individuals and the environment. In school learning, the process is a continuous series of activities, planed, integrated which gives overall characteristics in the learning process. Skill and ways of teaching teachers in managing the learning process are called learning strategies. A teacher must design learning with the right strategy so that the material presented to students can be delivered maximally and please them. Whether or not the use of a particular strategy in learning depends on the goals, material, character of learners and teachers. So there is no specific strategy that is best and suitable for all learning situations and conditions. But it is the strategies that fit the learning needs. The characteristics of primary school children should be a special consideration in designing of learning strategies.

Abstract

Education is a conscious effort in creating conditions and situations that support the learning process, potential development and personality formation. Ideally educators and learners have the ability to maintain adab and understand their respective rights and obligations. But in recent years there have been cases involving educators and learners, who have harmed the world of education and obscured the positions and roles of educators and learners. The focus of the study in this qualitative research is limited around islamic perspectives towards educators and learners. Based on some literature, it is known that in Islam there are four subjects categorized as educators. The main task of educators is to bring the hearts of students to Allah SWT through various learning methods. The learner is someone who intends to develop his potesi through the guidance and education process of the adults around him, sehigga he becomes someone who is well-known, faith-fearing and noble, improves his quality of life and performs his duties as a man and caliph. Related to that, educators and learners have several conditions and characteristics that are fused in their personality and realized in each of their deeds.

Abstract

This research is a literature review related to the history of the Qur'an, from history to history and bookkeeping. This study aims to examine the importance of the history of the Qur'an in Islamic education. Apart from being the main source of Muslim diversity, the Qur'an also contains education. In reality, it is not only the contents of the Qur'an that contain education but from the history of decline to the bookkeeping, there are educational values ??that can be learned and can be applied. For example, the history of the Golden Islamic civilization is not from the Qur'an. The advances that have occurred are supported by a high understanding of the Qur'an. To produce civilization or thoughts that are directed to the benefit of humans. With the Koran breathing, the development of education and even Islamic civilization can reach its peak.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic in SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim Sleman. This research uses qualitative research with the type of case study. Research to analyze the online learning process during pandemic Covid-19 in SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim Sleman. Data and data sources in this study have basic data and supporting data. The technique for data retrieval in this study is using interviews, then observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques conducted with data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions (verification). The results of the research of SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim in assisting teachers to prepare online-based learning, by providing subsidies in the form of Internet quota to each teacher, the school gives this help to see online learning requires Internet data, besides the school also provides the account of the school institution. Various distance learning media used is 1) WhatsApp, 2) Zoom Meeting, 3) Google Form, 4) Youtube

Abstract

Salah satu metode pendidikan yang diterapkan dalam pendidikan Islam adalah pemberian sanksi dan hadiah kepada peserta didik, atau yang lebih dikenal dengan metode reward dan punishment.Tulisan ini mencoba memaparkan konsep reward dan punishment dalam al-Qur’an. Intisari dari metode tersebut adalah memberikan efek jera kepada peserta didik dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar bagi peserta didik. Maka, dengan demikian apabila konsep yang telah diajarkan dalam al-Qur’an diikuti dengan baik dapat dikatakan akan mengahasilkan peserta didik yang baik pula.

Abstract

Sima'an Al-Qur'an is mutual listening and listening to the readings between two or more people, if one person reads then the other listens. This activity is very useful for one's memorization, before attending sima'an, one will prepare juz-juz to be read by adding hours for muraja'ah. Like the Sima'an Al-Qur'an activity which is held at the Ulin-Nuha Mosque every Kliwon Friday by IAIN Ponorogo students. The formulation of the research problem is, how are the students' intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation in participating in Sima'an Al-Qur'an activities at the Ulin-Nuha Mosque, State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Ponorogo? To answer this question, the researcher uses a qualitative approach (case study), using analytical methods through reduction, display and conclusion. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation, while the researcher was the key instrument. From the results of this study it was found that: (a) Intrinsic motivation of students to follow Sima'an Al-Qur'an every Kliwon Friday at the Ulin-Nuha mosque IAIN Ponorogo because it is to improve academic achievement related to Al-based courses al-Quran and the quality of memorization that is their duty as a memorizer of the Koran. (b) Extrinsic motivation is the encouragement from family and colleagues related to the ability to maintain memorization, the process of academic competition and the existence of learning scholarships.
