Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiental marketing terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada restoran The Westlake Resto. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen The Westlake Resto. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan survei kuesioner  berjumlah 100 kuisioner. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik simple random sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel ini dilakukan di lokasi penelitian secara acak tanpa memperhatikan tingkatan  atau kriteria yang  ada. Analisis data yang digunakan  adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa experiental marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sedangkan koefisien determinasi Adjusted R square menunjukkan nilai sebesar 52,3% dan jumlah kepuasan pelanggan yang terjadi dapat dijelaskan dengan menggunakan variabel sense, feel, think, act, dan relate. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 47,7% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor penyebab lainnya di luar penelitian ini.AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of experiential marketing on customer satisfaction at The Westlake Resto restaurant. The population and sample in this study are consumers of The Westlake Resto. Collecting research data using a questionnaire survey totaling 100 questionnaires. The technique used is simple random sampling technique, namely this sampling technique is carried out at research locations randomly without regard to the level or existing criteria. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. While the coefficient of determination Adjusted R square shows a value of 52.3% and the amount of customer satisfaction that occurs can be explained using the variables sense, feel, think, act, and relate. While the remaining 47.7% can be explained by other causal factors outside of this study.

Abstract

The phenomenon is very significant growth in tourism has been able to create business opportunities so high, but it still not fully captured well by the majority of higher education institutions in particular tourism. In fact their educational programs are still oriented in learning programs for development through academic curriculum that prepares graduates only in accordance with the needs of industry. Most graduates oriented as job seekers, but not as the creator of the workplace (job creators). It is necessary for the implementation of innovative educational development program that is able to change the mindset and creativity of graduates integrated focus on aspects of entrepreneurship. Needs and challenges for students who have the competence and dare to create business opportunities that are relevant to the development of a highly competitive global business. Relevant education programs for students expected to be able to understand the business opportunities in entrepreneurship. The education program should be directed by a model of entrepreneurial opportunities through an integrated approach and an internship program in abroad more professional and international perspective. The internship program with overseas by working practices more effective and more facilitated with infrastructure which more adequate. By coaching and mentoring through effective and professional in the international scale indeed. Entrepreneurial education program with the apprenticeship starts from: academic learning, social learning, mental switching, cross cultural learning, and the development of the motivation for the students to have a serious intent in entrepreneurship, or graduates capable more critical thinking to face the highly prospective business opportunities in tourism this time.

Abstract

This study aims to identify local wisdom in Green Village Gedangsari, Gunungkidul Regency. This research uses qualitative method with combined data collection technique, there are observation, interview, and documentation. Some invention that have been identified as the findings of this research are (1) Tourism development in Green Village Gedangsari; (2) Some of the taboos that local people believe; (3) Local culinary; (4) The place of the sacred; (5) Nyadran and Rosulan Traditions; and (6) 4G development plan by Gedangsari community. These findings have the potential to increase tourist attraction in the Green Village Gedangsari region.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to find out the tourism development communication management carried out by the Hegarmukti Tourism Village in developing this Tourism Village and to find out the factors that are obstacles in the process of developing the Hegarmukti Tourism Village. The concept used in this research is the concept of communication management, which consists of, 1) Planning, 2) Organizing, 3) actuating, and 4) controlling, and there is also the concept of cultural tourism destinations, which is the basis for researching this research. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the selection of informants was determined using purposive sampling techniques, data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman and researchers using source triangulation. This research proves that the communication management stages of tourism development in the Hegarmukti tourist village have been carried out by the tourist village manager, and involve the surrounding community to empower the community. Hegarmukti Tourism Village is rich in natural and cultural tourist destinations. With full support from Pokdarwis and BUMDes, we are now implementing tourism development communication management to redevelop the Hegarmukti Tourism Village, so that it can attract tourist visits to the Hegarmukti Tourism Village. There are also several obstacles or obstacles in developing the Hegarmukti Tourism Village, so effective and appropriate solutions are needed to overcome these factors.Keywords: Communication Management; Development; Tourism; Tourism VillageAbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen komunikasi pembangunan pariwisata yang dilakukan oleh Desa Wisata Hegarmukti dalam mengembangkan Desa Wisata ini dan mengetahui faktor yang menjadi penghambat dalam proses pengembangan Desa Wisata Hegarmukti. Konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsep manajemen komunikasi yaitu terdiri dari, 1) Perencanaan, 2) Pengorganisasian, 3) Penggerakan, dan 4) Pengawasan, serta terdapat juga konsep destinasi wisata budaya, yang menjadi dasar dalam meneliti penelitian ini. adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, pemilihan informan ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, teknik analisis data menggunakan dari Miles dan Huberman dan peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Peelitian ini membuktikan bahwa tahapan manajemen komunikasi pembangunan pariwisata di desa wisata hegarmukti sudah dilakukan oleh pengelola desa wisata, dan melibatkan masyarakat sekitar untuk perdayaan masyarakat. Desa Wisata Hegarmukti kaya akan destinasi wisata alam dan budayanya. Dengan dukungan penuh dari pokdarwis, dan BUMDes, kini melaksanakan sebuah manajemen komunikasi pembangunan pariwisata guna mengembangkan kembali Desa Wisata Hegarmukti, sehingga dapat menarik kunjungan wisatawan ke Desa Wisata Hegarmukti. Abstract

Promthep Cape is one of the well known nature tourist attractions in Phuket, Thailand. One of its attractions offers the beauty of nature that tourists can enjoy, especially during sunset. Another attraction is the existence of a temple of which tourists can use to make offerings to Lord Brahma. Regardles these and many more interesting attractions, Prompthep Cape is still laking of information regarding the explanation of those attractions. Most visitors could not get the narratives about the history, the culture, and other required narratives of Promthep Cape as a popular nature tourism. This will lead to the decrease of tourism experience when visiting Prompthep Cape. One source of information that tourists can get is from a tour guide who accompanies them when visiting Promthep Cape. This study tries to answer the question why a tour guide is needed to improve the experience of tourists visiting Promthep Cape, and what are the roles of the tour guide in improving the tourism experience visiting Prompthep Cape. The method used is descriptive qualitative by utilizing primary data from observations and interviews, as well as secondary data in the form of related documents. The data is then reduced, interpreted, and analyzed. Results show that a tour guide has 4 roles in improving the experience of tourists visiting Promthep Cape, namely: 1) to increase the tourist knowledge of the destination, 2) to give more meaning in traveling, 3) to provide a sense of security and comfort to tourists, and 4) to act as a translator for foreign tourists, especially those with language limitations.

Abstract

AbstractThe community-based tourism development model emphasizes the active participation of the community as owner of tourist destinations and emphasizes the distribution of tourism benefits to local communities. The community has full constraints on the management and development of tourism in its area. Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) is a forum for people who want to be actively involved in tourism development. The implementation of the community-based tourism development model is expected to be able to realize sustainable tourism that pays attention to environmental, socio-cultural and economic sustainability. This research aims to examine how the existence of a community-based tourism mode; is applied at The Girpasang tourist attraction to move towards sustainable tourism. This research approach uses qualitative research methods to describe the application of the community-based tourism development model at the Girpasang tourist attraction. The result of this research revealed that the community has implemented the principles of community-based tourism development, but further strategies are still needed to realize sustainable tourism.  Then the researcher provides recommendations for further research, namely regarding strategies to increase the number of tourist visits and optimize community capacity to develop tourism in their area.Keywords: Community-Based Tourism; Community Participation; Sustainable Tourism AbstrakModel pengembangan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat menekankan kepada partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat sebagai pemilik destinasi wisata untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan pariwisata yang ada di daerahnya. Masyarakat juga harus menerima pembagian manfaat yang adil dari kegiatan pariwisata. Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) menjadi wadah bagi masyarakat yang ingin terlibat aktif dalam pengembangan pariwisata. Penerapan model pengembangan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat diharapkan mampu mewujudkan adanya keberlanjutan pariwisata yang memperhatikan kelestarian lingkungan, sosial budaya, dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana eksistensi model pengembangan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat yang diterapkan di objek wisata Girpasang untuk menuju pariwisata yang berkelanjutan. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif untuk menggambarkan penerapan model pengembangan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat di objek wisata Girpasang. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa masyarakat sudah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip pengembangan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat namun masih diperlukan strategi lebih lanjut untuk mewujudkan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Kemudian, peneliti memberikan rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya yaitu mengenai strategi untuk meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan dan pengoptimalan kapasitas masyarakat untuk mengembangkan pariwisata di daerahnya.Kata Kunci: Pariwisata Berbasis Masyarakat; Partisipasi Masyarakat; Pariwisata Berkelanjutan

Abstract

AbstractTaro Village is one of the tourism villages in Bali which has experienced rapid development from a village with a large tourist attraction, to become a tourism village that is able to organize and manage its own tourism industry. Taro Village also has many attractions which have become tourist magnets and have proven to be able to survive in the face of pandemic conditions. The aim of this research is to analyze the position of tourism development in the Taro Tourism Village. The research uses a qualitative approach. Primary data was obtained from observations, documentation and interviews with informants, while secondary data was obtained from literature studies. Data analysis uses Tourism Area Life Cycle analysis, then narrated descriptively. The research results show that tourism development in the Taro Tourism Village is in the involvement phase leading to the development phase. This can be seen from the suitability between each indicator, namely (1) control from local communities, (2) increase in the number of tourists, (3) tourism promotion and (4) local community initiatives to develop tourism.AbstrakDesa Taro merupakan salah satu desa wisata di Bali yang mengalami perkembangan pesat dari desa tempat suatu objek wisata besar, menjadi desa wisata yang mampu mengatur dan mengelola kepariwisataannya sendiri. Desa Taro juga memiliki banyak daya tarik wisata yang menjadi magnet wisatawan dan terbukti mampu bertahan dalam menghadapi kondisi pandemi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis posisi perkembangan pariwisata di Desa Wisata Taro. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data primer didapatkan dari hasil observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara kepada informan, sementara data sekunder didapatkan dari studi literature. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Tourism Area Life Cycle, kemudian dinarasikan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perkembangan kepariwisataan di Desa Wisata Taro berada pada fase Keterlibatan (involvement) menuju ke fase Pengembangan (development). Hal ini dilihat dari kesesuaian antara masing-masing indikatornya yaitu (1) adanya kontrol dari masyarakat lokal, (2) Peningkatan jumlah wisatawan, (3) adanya promosi wisata dan (4) Inisiatif masyarakat lokal untuk membangun pariwisata.

Abstract

One of the most favorite tourist attraction in Yogyakarta is Malioboro. Revitalization of Malioboro has been realized by arranging three main areas, which are Alun-Alun Utara, Malioboro, and Abu Bakar Ali Parking Park. The hard work of the Government of Yogyakarta and its related parties in the early stages of this arrangement and revitalization has shown its results. Now the three areas of revitalization has been well ordered and expected to have a positive effect to increase the number of visitors in Yogyakarta. Improving the quality of public facilities, public infrastructure, and tourism facilities should be in line with the increasing satisfaction of tourists visiting the region, because the satisfaction of tourists is one of the benchmarks of the success of a tourist attraction. For that, research need to be done to measure the level of customer satisfaction on the revitalization of Malioboro area. This study aims to (1) find out the quality of public facilities, public infrastructure, and tourism facilities; (2) to know the level of satisfaction of tourists visiting in Malioboro area after revitalization. This research is descriptive research by conducting survey. Sampling method is using Accidental Sampling Method with the number of samples of 100 respondents who visited Malioboro area. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Then the method of data analysis using Importance Performance Analysis method. The researchers hope this research can give input for local government especially Technical Implemetation Unit of Malioboro Area Management in Yogyakarta Tourism and Culture Departement, in order to improve the quality of tourist attraction in Malioboro area.

Abstract

AbstractNatural resources in the agricultural sector in Bulo District are quite abundant, but they have not been utilized properly. Therefore, there is a need for a special study regarding the implementation of the Bulo District Agrotourism Area based on 3 TBL. This research examines the Agrotourism Area model and how it is implemented to advance the region by implementing the TBL concept in Agrotourism Areas, especially in Bulo District, Polewali Mandar Regency. This TBL concept applies 3 main things, among others [1]: a) A planetary concept that focuses on utilizing the potential that exists in Bulo District to be developed into a sustainable program; b) People concept which focuses on social needs to support improving community welfare; and c) Profit Concept, namely focusing on agrotourism areas to generate profits. The results show that Bulo District has undergone a process towards implementing the TBL concept and after analyzing it using spatial analysis, the results were obtained for an area that has the potential to be used as an Agrotourism Area for Bulo District. Several points that have the potential to be used as agrotourism areas in Bulo District by paying attention to aspects of accessibility, plantation areas, and having large areas are Bulo Botanical Gardens, Ihing Durian Gardens, Uhai Sibali Peak, Senayan Hill, and Lemo Nipi Hill. AbstrakSumberdaya alam dibidang pertanian di Kecamatan Bulo cukup melimpah, hanya saja belum termanfaatkan dengan baik. Olehnya perlu ada kajian khusus tentang Model dan Implementasi Kawasan Agrowisata Kecamatan Bulo dengan mengintegrasikan penggunaan Agriculture Geospatial Information (AGI). Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang model Kawasan agrowisata dan bagaimana implementasinya untuk memajukan daerah dengan mengusung penerapan konsep TBL pada Kawasan Agrowisata khususnya di Kecamatan Bulo Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Konsep TBL ini menerapkan 3 hal pokok utama antara lain [1]: a) Konsep planet yang fokus dengan memanfaatkan potensi yang ada di Kecamatan Bulo untuk dikembangkan menjadi suatu program yang berkelanjutan; b) Konsep People yang fokus pada kebutuhan sosial untuk mendukung peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat; dan c) Konsep Profit yaitu fokus terhadap kawasan agrowisata menghasilkan keuntungan. Hasil menunjukan bahwa Kecamatan Bulo telah mengalami proses menuju penerapan konsep TBL dan setelah dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis spasial maka diperoleh hasil sebuah area Kawasan yang berpotensi untuk dijadikan Kawasan Agrowisata Kecamatan Bulo. Beberapa titik yang berpotensi untuk dijadikan kawasan agrowisata di Kecamatan Bulo dengan memperhatikan aspek aksesibilitas, area perkebunan, dan memiliki area yang luas adalah Kebun Raya Bulo, Kebun Durian Ihing, Puncak Uhai Sibali, Bukit Senayan, dan Bukit Lemo Nipi.

Abstract

LANGENASTRAN Village is one of the areas in Yogyakarta City. Langenastran is known as a street and at the same time a strategic village in building tourism and culture, lies in the territory within the Kraton Yogyakarta. Strategic location and also a very rich cultural heritage should be able to attract tourists to come. But it was still less tourists who visit. This is caused by the management of tourism in Langenastran not maximal because of the absence of good governance. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a community service in order to help the community in Langenastran in order to have better selling and governance value. The method used is the method of mentoring and simulation methods. Stages implemented in community service include: conducting meetings in the form of internal team meetings and meetings to coordinate the implementation of activities; met some community leaders to discuss Langenastran Village in the future and how to develop Langenastran will include how to make tour packages, attractions and good organizational structure.
