Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya prestasi atlet pencak silat Arak Kabau Gadang Kabupaten Pasaman. Peneliti menduga bahwa rendahnya prestasi tersebut dikarenakan rendahnya tingkat kondisi fisik atlet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kondis fisik atlet pencak silat Arak Kabau Gadang Kabupaten Pasaman. Jenis penlitian ini adalah deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan oktober 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet pencak silat Arak Kabau Gadang Kabupaten Pasaman yang berjumlah sebanyak 47 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Purposive Sampling, yaitu sebanyak 16 orang. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bleep Test untuk mengukur daya tahan aerobik, 2) Lari 30 Meter untuk mengukur kecepatan, 3) Push Up untuk mengukur Kekuatan otot lengan, 4) The Hexagonal Obstacle Test untuk mengukur kelincahan, dan 5) Vertical Jump untuk mengukur kelentukan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah distribusi frekuensi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) tingkat daya tahan arobik atlet berada pada kategori sedang, 2) tingkat kecepatan atlet berada pada kategori kurang, 3) tingkat kekuatan otot lengan atlet berada pada kategori sedang, 4) tingkat kelincahan atlet berada pada kategori kurang, 5) tingkat daya ledak otot tungkai atlet berada pada kategori kurang sekali. peneliti menyarankan hendaknya atlet melakukan latihan secara kontinu baik secara terstruktur maupun latihan secara mandiri serta perlu adanya latihan-latihan khusus cabang olahraga pencak silat.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dimensi yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan free throw atlet bola basket. Metode yang digunakan dalam menggambarkan masalah dalam tulisan ini adalah hasil penelitian terdahulu yang saling kait-mengait. Jenis kajian literatur yang digunakan adalah Theoritical review, yaitu review khusus yang mana berisi paparan teori-teori atau konsep dengan terpusat pada suatu topik dan membandingkan teori atau konsep ini berdasarkan asumsi-asumsi, pemahaman logik, dan lingkup eksplanasinya. Artikel ini ditulis berdasarkan tinjauan pustaka yang merangkum temuan utama dari jurnal akademis dari sektor olahraga baik secara nasional maupun internasional, temuan terdahulu ini menyatakan bahwa koordinasi mata tangan, kelentukan pergelangan tangan, kekuatan otot lengan, kepercayaan diri dan kecerdasan emosional dapat mendukung keberhasilah atlet saat melakukan free throw bola basket. Hasil dari studi literatur review ini dapat diketahui dimensi pendukung untuk meningkatkan kemampuan free throw bola basket yaitu kemampuan koordinasi mata tangan, kelentukan pergelangan tangan, kekuatan otot lengan, kepercayaan diri dan kecerdasan emosional merupakan faktor penentu dari keberhasilan tembakan free throw.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besarnya hubungan koordinasi mata-tangan, fleksibilitas pergelangan tangan dan motivasi terhadap ketepatan pukulan forehand tenis meja. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan terhadap mahasiswa PKO FIK UNIMED. Sampel sebanyak 24 orang diambil dengan cara acak dari populasi. Analisis data yaitu dengan teknik korelasi dimana variabelnya adalah koordinasi mata-tangan, fleksibilitas pergelangan tangan dan motivasi terhadap ketepatan pukulan forehand tenis meja. Terdapat empat hipotesis yang ditemukan dalam peneltian ini dimana hasil dari pengujian hipotesis menujukkan bahwa : (H1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara koordinasi mata tangan dengan ketepatan pukulan forehand tenis meja; (H2) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara fleksibilitas pergelangan tangan dengan ketepatan pukulan forehand tenis meja; (H3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi latihan dengan ketepatan pukulan forehand tenis meja; (H4) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara koordinasi mata, fleksibilitas pergelangan tangan dan motivasi latihan terhadap ketepatan pukulan forehand tenis meja. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara koordinasi mata tangan, fleksibilitas pergelangan tangan dan motivasi latihan terhadap ketepatan pukulan forehand tenis meja.

This study aims to determine the effect of yoga practice on the accuracy of concentration in archery in athletes of UKM Panahan Umika Bekasi. This yoga practice has a great impact both in terms of individual character and in terms of health. The population of this study was 28 people consisting of boys and girls, while the sample consisted of 18 male athletes with a sampling technique, namely positive sampling. The results of this study show the effect of yoga practice on archery accuracy. These results were obtained based on the t-test with details (tcount 4.94> ttable 1.74).

This study aims to determine how much influence Fartlek training has on the VO2Max results of Baturaja pencak silat athletes and to compile an interesting and fun training program. In this study, the population was 60 male athletes of pencak silat Baturaja. The number of samples of this study was 60 male athletes using random sampling techniques and divided by ordinal pairing techniques into 30 athletes as the experimental class and 30 athletes as the control class. The experimental class was given Fartlek practice and the control class was not given treatment. The data collection technique used the preliminary test and the final test. The statistics used to analyze the data in the hypothetical research with the t-test statistic, the results show that tcount = 42.559> ttable = 1.771. Thus, fartlek training has an effect on increasing VO2Max for male athletes in pencak silat t.apak Suci Baturaja

Dribbling is a basic technique that basketball players must have. The low ability of dribbling when playing basketball, so that players often lose the ball when competing is a problem studied in this study. One form of training that must be given in strengthening dribbling skills is ballhandling training. By providing this training, it is hoped that players will be able to play well, especially keeping the ball under control because of their good dribbling skills. This study aims to determine the effect of ballhandling training on dribbling skills. The sample used is students of one of the high school in Payakumbuh participating in basketball extracurricular activities totaling 10 people. After the pre-test was carried out, all samples were treated with ballhandling exercises. The research implementation consisted of 16 meetings. The results showed that ballhandling training in basketball training had a major effect on increasing dribbling ability (thit = 11.21> ttab = 2.26). For this reason, for further research, researchers should use ballhandling exercises using smaller balls in early childhood so that the fundamentals in playing basketball can be more strongly implanted.

The problem that arises in this study is the lack of basic technical skills for basketball athletes Junior Men's Galaxy Club, Padang Panjang City. This study aims to explain the effect of the commando training method on the basic technical skills of basketball in junior male athletes of the Galaxy club, Padang Panjang City. This type of research is a quasi-experimental method, with a population of 33 athletes. The sample was drawn using purposive sampling technique, in order to obtain a sample of 15 junior athletes. The instruments used were the dribbling test, ranzig-zag, passing and under basketball tests. Data were analyzed using parametric statistics through the t-test formula at 0.05α significance. The results showed: there was an effect of the command training method on the basic technique of basketball for junior male athletes of the Galaxy City Padang Panjang club, (t-hit 11.07> t-tab 2.145). The commando training method can be given to athletes to improve the basic technical skills of basketball, the command method emphasizes that the trainer is more skilled in providing training programs so that they can have good basic technical skills.

To find out the technical ability of football for U-17 football players, a precise and permanent test is needed. However, in the field, the forms used by the teaching staff and trainers who use standardized tests or those that already have standards have not been maximized to measure the skill level. The population of this study was 103 people in the U-17 group, which were taken from officially registered football coaching at the PSSI Padang City Association (Askot) and the Padang City SSB League Agency who were still active. Data were collected by implementing passing tests, long passing tests, shooting tests and heading tests. The data analysis technique uses the product moment correlation technique to find validity and reliability using the alpha correlation coefficient formula. To determine the football technique scoring norms, use the Scale 5 formula. Based on the results of data analysis obtained; (1) Level of validity: the passing test is 0.53 (moderate), the long passing test is 0.50 (moderate), the shooting test is 0.53 (moderate) and the heading test is 0.53 (moderate). (2) Reliability level: passing test of 0.194 (acceptable), long passing test of 0.174 (acceptable), shooting test of 0.368 (acceptable) and heading test of 0.014 (unacceptable).

Based on the results of research observations, it turns out that the basic skills of combatants are still low. The low basic technical skills of this fighter is thought to be due to the use of training methods by the coach in coaching. This study aims to reveal the effect of the Play Sequence Method and the Exercise Series Method in Drajat Sport on the Basic Technique Skills of Derajat Fighting Martial Arts. This research method is quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental). The population of this study was 263 people, while the sample was determined by purposive sampling, namely: fighter kurata III. The test used is a quick punch skill test, inner circle punch, outer ring punch and side kick skill test, back kick, inner circle kick which aims to determine the basic technical skills skills of Tarung Derajat martial arts fighters, while the data analysis used is the t-test. . The results of the study showed that: (1) the playing circuit method in the Drajat Sport gave a significant influence on the basic technical skills of the fighters from an average of 54.52 in the pre test to 56.10 in the post test (22.72> 1.729 th) (2) The Exercise Series Method in Sport Drajat has a significant effect on basic technical skills of fighters from an average of 54.59 in the pre test to 56.79 in the post test (th 4.06> tt 1.729). (3) The playing sequence method in Drajat Sport is more effective than the Drajat Sport series method to improve the basic technical skills of Tarung Derajat martial arts fighters (th 8.92> tt 1.734).

The problem in this research is the low montong dollyo chagi ability of athletes of Taekwondo Dojang Head of Sub-District VII Koto Sungai Sariak, Padang Pariaman Regency. This study aims to determine how much the variable contribution of leg muscle explosive power to the ability of montong dollyo chagi. The population in this study were athletes of Taekwondo Dojang Head VII Koto Sungai Sariak, Padang Pariaman Regency, the sample was drawn using purposive sampling technique, so that 11 people were obtained as a sample. The data were collected using a standing board jump test for the explosive power of the leg muscles, and the dollyo chagi kick test with a dollyo chagi speed test with a test time of 10 seconds. The data analysis was processed using the product moment correlation technique. Based on the product moment correlation calculation, the results showed that there was a significant relationship between leg muscle explosive power and the athlete's montong dollyo chagi ability with a contribution of 63.68%.
