Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari metode maxex trainingdan plyometricserta kecepatan terhadap power tendangan lurus depan dalampencak silat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada atlet mahasiswa di pengprov IPSI sumatera selatan, penelitian ini menggunakan treatment by level 2 x 2. Sampel terdiri dari 32atlet. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis varians dua jalur (ANAVA) dan selanjutnya dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey pada tingkat signifikansi α = .05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1). Hasil power tendangan dalam pencak silat pada perlakuan metode maxex training (A 1 ) lebih tinggi dari nilai metode plyometric (A 2 ) pada atlet mahasiswa di pengprov IPSI sumsel. (2). terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara metode latihan (A) dan kecepatan (B)terhadappower tendangan lurus depandalampencak silatdi pengprov IPSI sumsel. (3). Hasil power tendangan lurus depan dalam pencak silat pada perlakuanmetode maxex training kecepatan tinggi (A 1 B 1 ) lebih tinggi dari nilai metode plyometrickecepatan tinggi (A 2 B 1 ) di pengprov IPSI sumsel. (4).Hasil power tendangan lurus depan dalam pencak silat pada perlakuanmetode maxex trainingkecepatan rendah (A 1 B 2 ) lebih rendah dari nilai metode plyometrickecepatanrendah (A 2 B 2 ) di pengprov IPSI sumsel.Catatan kunci : Metodemaxex trainingdanplyometric,kecepatan, power tendangan lurus depan

Abstract

Pengaruh model pembelajaran Teaching Games For Understanding untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar lay up shoot bola basket ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Teaching Games For Understanding untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar lay up shoot bola basket pada siswa kelas XI IPS 1 di SMA Negeri 1 Riau Silip. Metode Penelitian ini yang digunakan adlah metode eksperimen (pretest dan postest design). Variabel penelitian adalah variabel bebas yaitu model pembelajaran Teaching Games For Understanding sedangkan variabel terikat yaitu hasil lay up shoot. populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Riau Silip yang berjumlah 115 orang, sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa pada kelas XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Riau Silip yang berjumlah 32 orang. Sehingga disebut penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan lembar Observasi sesuai dengan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji t.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Teaching Games For Understanding untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar lay up shoot bola basket pada siswa kelas XI Ips 1 SMA Negeri 1 Riau Silip.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of yoga practice on the accuracy of concentration in archery in athletes of UKM Panahan Umika Bekasi. This yoga practice has a great impact both in terms of individual character and in terms of health. The population of this study was 28 people consisting of boys and girls, while the sample consisted of 18 male athletes with a sampling technique, namely positive sampling. The results of this study show the effect of yoga practice on archery accuracy. These results were obtained based on the t-test with details (tcount 4.94> ttable 1.74).

Abstract

This study aims to improve the physical fitness of students at SMAN 18 Palembang. This type of research is included in the experimental research category. The sample in this study were 30 female students at SMAN 18 Palembang. Data obtained through the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) in numerical units. While the data analysis used different test techniques (t-test). The results of data analysis show that Mixed Impact Aerobic exercise has a significant effect on improving the Physical Fitness of students at SMAN 18 Palembang where tcount ﹥ t table = 3.58> 1.699.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 membuat perubahan yang sangat signifikkan, setiap universitas melakukan sistem online / daring (dalam jaringan). Aplikasi yang banyak juga banyak digunakan saat daring (dalam jaringan) adalah google meet. Selain tidak berbayar pengguna dapat menggunakannya dalam waktu yang lama. Pengabdian ini dilakukan kepada mahasiswa untuk memberikan wawasan yang luas pada penelitian pengembangan Borg and Gall, diharapkan dapat mengaktualisasikan kemampuannya untuk meningkatkan produktifitas dalam tugas akhir skripsi pada penelitian pengembangan. Penelitian pengembangan merupakan salah satu jenis penelitian yang dapat menjadi penghubung atau pemutus kesenjangan antara penelitian dasar dengan penelitian terapan. Model ini bersifat kualitatif survey dengan metode lecturing, yaitu menyampaikan ide dan gagasan serta wawasan yang dimiliki masing-masing pemateri kepada para peserta webinar. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara melalui Google Form dan Whatsapp kepada 14 belas mahasiswa Universitas Riau yang melakukan Kuliah Metodologi Penelitian. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa antusias mengikuti pembelajaran daring (dalam jaringan) serta ingin melaksanakan penelitian pengembangan.

Abstract

This training aims for teachers to be able to compose scientific papers, conduct citations and can increase teachers' awareness and understanding of the importance of writing scientific papers. The method of implementing activities in the form of training, workshops, mentoring, practicum and evaluation as well as follow-up. While the activities were carried out at SMA N 1 Tanjung Sakti Pumu, Lahat Regency. The target of this training is teachers at SMA N 1 Tanjung Sakti Pumu, Lahat Regency, which consists of 50 participants. The results of this training are increasing knowledge and being able to write scientific papers independently, increasing teacher awareness and understanding of the importance of writing scientific papers. Writing scientific papers appropriately and according to standards will certainly be able to improve teacher assessment and quality.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine students' perceptions of the volleyball basic technique learning model through a play approach based on (1) Perceptions of learning knowledge of basic volleyball techniques, (2) Perceptions of teacher teaching styles, (3) Perceptions of the media used are easy to use, (4) Perceptions about the interest in learning basic volleyball techniques, (5) Perceptions about the need to develop a volleyball basic technique learning model through a play approach were obtained. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The results of this study indicate that (1) Perceptions of basic volleyball technique learning knowledge obtained a value of 95% in the very good category, (2) Perceptions of the teacher's teaching style obtained a value of 73.13% in the good category, (3) Perception of the media which is used easy to use obtained a value of 85% with a very good category, (4) Perceptions about the interest in learning the basic techniques of volleyball obtained a value of 95% with a very good category, (5) Perceptions about the need to develop a volleyball basic technique learning model through the playing approach obtained the value is 100% in the very good category, which means that students agree if the development of a volleyball basic technique learning model through a playing approach is developed. The results of this study indicate that students' perceptions of the development of a volleyball basic technique learning model through a play approach in junior high schools in Palembang are positive, for that it is necessary to develop a volleyball basic technique learning model through a play approach.Keywords: Student perceptions, basic techniques, volleyball, playing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results and analyze table tennis service skills in students who take table tennis extracurricular at SMP Negeri 19 Palembang. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The research sample was 15 students who took part in table tennis extracurricular activities. The results of this study are the forehand service skills of students with good classification as many as (3) people (20%), moderate classification (9) people (60%), poor classification as many as (3) people (20%). While the backhand service skills are very good classification students as many as (1) people (7%), good classification as many as (4) people (27%), moderate classification (8) people (53%), poor classification as many as (2) people ( 13%). Thus, it can be concluded that the results of the forehand and backhand service level of table tennis students who participate in table tennis extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 19 Palembang can be categorized as moderate with an average forehand service of 5.5, while the average result of backhand serving is 4, 8.

Abstract

The problem in this research is how the management of coaching club exsimble jakabaring Palembang. This study aims to determine the management of Club exsimble Jakabaring Palembang development. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study, using a survey method that is to collect as much data as possible about the achievements of Club Exsimble Jakabaring Palembang which is a supporter in this research. The informants in this study were 3 trainers and 15 athletes. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction methods, data presentation, and data verification. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been stated above, the researcher can draw conclusions regarding the coaching of soccer achievements at the Exsimble club that the coaching carried out for both athletes and coaches has been directed and has been carried out in accordance with the stages of achievement sports coaching. This is evident from the achievements of athletes at Club Exsimble who excel at the city and provincial levels. In addition, support from the All-Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) of Palembang City also contributed to the progress of football in Palembang City, especially at Club Exsimble, both in terms of management organization, athletes, coaches, as well as facilities and infrastructure as well as support from parents.

Abstract

Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi menuntut guru untuk memahami siswa secara terus menerus membangun kesadaran tentang kekuatan dan kelemahan murid, mengamati, menilai kebugaran, minat, dan preferensi belajarnya. Selain itu guru juga harus menggunakan semua preferensi tentang bagaimana siswa mendemonstrasikan preferensi belajarnya (terkait isi, proses, produk dan lingkungan belajar). Sehingga ketika guru terus belajar tentang keberagaman potensi muridnya, maka pembelajaran yang profesional, efektif, dan efektif akan terwujud. pembelajaran berdiferensiasi adalah menciptakan kelas yang memiliki keragaman dengan memberikan kesempatan bagi siswa untuk meraih konten,memproses ide dan meningkatkan hasil belajar setiap siswa agar dapat belajar lebih efektif lagi. Dengan demikian, inti dari pembelajaran berdiferensiasi adalah pembelajaran yang memfasilitasi semua perbedaan yang dimiliki siswa secara terbuka dengan kebutuhan-kebutuhan yang akan dicapai oleh siswa. tujuan dari kegitan PkM ini adalah untuk melatih Guru Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) dapat membuat modul pembelajaran pembelajaran berdifrensiasi.
