This research aims to improve students' learning outcomes in pre-work subjects of vegetable food processing by applying demonstration methods. The subject of this study is students of grade VII-B MTs Negeri 2 Gunungkidul year 2019/2020. The study used a class action method, carried out in two cycles. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle. Students' study results in cycle I averaged 67 with a complete 60%. In cycle II there was an increase in learning outcomes with an average score of 78 with a completeness of 80%. This research shows that the application of demonstration methods can improve the learning outcomes of students at MTs Negeri 2 Gunungkidul.

This research aims to find out the level of motivation of students and the influence of motivation on PAI learning achievement in schools on MIN 3 Bantul students. This research is a quantitative study using product moment correlation statistics technique. The analytical technique used is an associative hypothesis. The variables studied include learning motivations that are divided into sub variables namely personal needs, school assignments, as well as the environment and people around. While dependent variables (bound variables) are learning achievements that include: academic achievement, non-academic achievement, social achievement and discipline-related achievements. The results showed that learning motivation affects PAI students' learning achievement of MIN 3 Bantul by 51.4%. This means that learning motivation is one of the determining factors of PAI's learning achievements. While 48.6% of PAI students' learning achievement of MIN 3 Bantul students is influenced by internal factors such as IQ, perseverance; and external factors such as family issues, friendships etc.). This indicates that motivation is both a driver and a direction in learning activities.

This research aims to improve the motivation and learning outcomes of students in civil servant subjects. The subject of the study was grade II student MI Yappi Wiyoko Gunungkidul in the 2019/2020 school year. The results of the implementation of the group investigation model are obtained through observation sheets and questionnaires. The results showed that the average grade increase in students' motivation from cycle I was 74 to 83 in cycle II. While the initial test results compared to the final test results experienced a significant increase of 13% from the average initial test score of 69 to 82 after the action of cycle I and cycle II.

This research aims to improve students' learning outcomes in Math subjects using subtraction plus one method. This research uses class action research methods including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection activities. The study subjects are grade III-A MIN 6 Gunungkidul students in the 2019/2020 school year. Data is taken through observations, documentation, and tests. The results of the analysis showed an increase in each cycle. In cycle II, students scored above KKM as many as 19 students or about 83.6% with an average score of 83.6. Subtraction Plus One method can improve the math learning results of students in grade III-A MIN 6 Gunungkidul.

This research aims to improve students' motivation and learning achievement in mathematics subjects through the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) approach. The study used class action methods including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subject of the study was grade IV student MI Yappi Bansari in the 2019/2020 school year. The results of the implementation of PMRI approach are obtained through tests and questionnaires. The results showed that the increase in the replay score in cycle I averaged the student's replay score at a percentage of 72%. In the improvement of Cycle II learning there was a significant increase of 83%. Indonesia's Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) approach can improve math learning achievement and can be applied to grade IV elementary school/ MI.

This research aims to improve the ability to calculate the multiplication of grade III-C students in MIN Yogyakarta II. This research uses class action research methods including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection activities. easy to understand mathematics. The right media choices can be a bridge to the difficulty of primary school students in understanding this lesson. learning activities should be able to provide students with a real experience. Students are actively conducting explorations, experiments, testing, discussions or other activities that emphasize students being active in learning by utilizing the surrounding environment. The results showed that Students can see and feel directly in observing, converting the form of multiplication into a form of division, solving everyday problems involving multiplication and converting the multiplication form into a form of division.

This research aims to improve the competence of MI teacher Muhammadiyah Grubug in compiling syllabus and RPP. This research is an action study through academic supervision activities. The subject of the study was MI teacher Muhammadiyah Grubug. The research was conducted in two cycles covering observation and discussion activities. The results showed that in cycle I the improvement in teacher competency reached 22% and increased to 67% in cycle II. Academic supervision activities can significantly improve the ability of MI Muhammadiyah Grubug teachers in compiling syllabuses and RPP.

This research aims to analyze the influence of certified teacher performance on student learning achievement in MI Ma'had Islamy Kotagede Yogyakarta. This research is a field research (research feed) with a quantitative approach. The data collection method uses document questionnaires. The results showed that the performance of MI Ma'had Islamy certified teachers can be categorized very well, the learning achievement of MI Ma'had Islamy students is also in the good category, while the author's hypothesis is rejected. There is no significant influence between the performance of certified teachers on the learning achievement of students in MI Ma'had Islamy. The government certification program has an impact on the performance of MI ma'had Islamy teachers but has no effect on students' learning achievement.

This research aims to measure customer satisfaction towards ISO 9001:2008 quality management service. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods. The data sources used are student questionnaires and parents of MIN Jejeran and MIN Tempel students. The research model used is SERVQUAL using 5 dimensions namely (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy). The results of the study at MIN Jejeran showed an average performance level of 3.90 (satisfied) and expectations of 4.60 (important) and an average gap value of -0.70 (satisfied category, due to gap of < -1) with a conformity rate of 84.71%. MIN Jejeran customer satisfaction level belongs to the satisfactory category. While the results of the study at MIN Tempel showed an average performance level of 3.65 (satisfied) and expectations of 4.64 (important), and an average gap value of -0.99 (satisfied category, due to gap of < -1) with a conformity rate of 78.55%. The level of customer satisfaction towards MIN Tempel service is satisfactory.

This research aims to describe the application of hots-based cooperative learning models in improving mathematics learning outcomes in the smallest multiples and largest federal factors. This research uses a method of action research. The subject of the study was students of grade 4-C MI Negeri 2 Sleman in the first semester of the 2019/2020 school year. The results showed an increase in cycle 1 of 34.3%, and a 75% increase in cycle 2. Increased cycle 1 to cycle 2 by 75%. High-level cooperative learning based thinking skills can improve learning outcomes in the smallest multiples of fellowship and the largest communion factor.
