Abstract

AbstractThis PKPM activity will be carried out for the Muhammadiyah Youth Force in Binjai City in general, specifically for PRM Kartini. The purpose of this activity is to provide rhetoric and fardhu kifayah training for AMM as part of the regeneration activities carried out among AMM, where AMM has the function and role as a Pioneer, Implementation and Refinement of the Muhammadiyah Association. The activity that will be carried out is to provide a theory of rhetoric and fardhu kifayah in 2 (two) meetings in 1 (one) month, then the implementation of practice in 2 (two) meetings in 1 (one) month. The PKPM activity is divided into two activities, so the specific objectives of the PKPM activity are divided into two, namely: 1) rhetorical activity, training participants from the AMM can assist the PRM in implementing activities on the branch as a moderator or protocol in routine recitation activities of the Muhammadiyah Branch, activities recitation in the month of Ramadan, 2) the implementation of fardhu kifayah at the Muhammadiyah Branch, training participants from the AMM can help PRM in carrying out fardhu kifayah activities in the branch. While other objectives are expected AMM can play an active role in each Muhammadiyah Branch, and can become a successor cadre of society. Keywords: Fardhu Kifayah, Rhetoric, Branches, AMM

Abstract

The young generation becomes the hope of the nation and religion. If the young generation does not have good morals, they certainly cannot be leaders in the future. This is what happened at this time, many young people whose lives were only faltering without remembering their self-awareness and responsibility to become a moral and educated young generation.In realizing moral youth it takes a process that is committed to fostering especially to teach young people the importance of instilling Islamic values in themselves. If you don't have good morals, surely the young man will be destroyed and perish. Why can this be so, because we see the character of today's youth very weak and helpless because they are manipulated by the use of drugs.We see, especially throughout the city of Medan sub-district, how many millions of young people have their future destroyed due to the use of narcotics. This problem is a dilemma that must be able to be opposed by a useful science and fostering a religious attitude that can make the generation of teenage mosques to be smart in fighting drugs.Thus, religious attitudes are very important to be applied to adolescent mosques that are fostered through Muhammadiyah youth by helping to overcome the problem of drug abuse. This is the hope of all of us, how to be able to guide Muhammadiyah youth with Islamic values so that the young generation of the nation can stay away from actions that damage their future.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is carried out in order to provide knowledge to sympathizers and residents  jamaah shalat jumat masjid taqwa al-huda  about the minimum number of branch members Muhammadiyah seroja and also procedures berwudhuk and shalat which have not been  sunnah. The form of the activity is through Coaching Jamaah manis (masjid taqwa al-huda neutral, include investigators ) at the Branch Manager Muhammadiyah Seroja by method   ASII (Member of Intensive Islamic Studies). Coaching program    jamaah manis this will produce a community that understands about Muhammadiyah and can join members   persyarikatan ranting seroja PCM Medan Denai. The problem faced by Branch Managers so far is the lack of members when conducting routine recitation. So, in this service the future re-generation will continue the struggle Muhammadiyah, to educate the thinking of Muslim societies, and continue the future muhammadiyah, so that  muhammadiyah forward especially in  PRM Seroja progress. Keywords: Coaching Jamaah, Member, Muhammadiyah

Abstract

Program Kemitraan   Masyarakat   bertujuan   untuk   memenuhi   catur dharma perguruan tinggi Muhammadiyah.  Program ini juga untuk membantu Peguyuban  dalam  mengatasi  masalah  yang selama  ini terjadi.  Permasalahan yang ada yaitu ketidakmampuan anggota peguyuban TK Amanah dalam mengembangkan  program  pelibatan  orang tua dalam  menunjang  pendidikan anak. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai dengan melakukan kegiatan pengembangan ini adalah nantinya peguyuban TK Amanah dapat mengembangkan program-program secara mandiri sesuai dengan kebutuhan pendidikan anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan program ini adalah dengan diskusi, Tanya jawab dan praktek langsung. Kegiatan pengembangan ini dilakukan   dalam  tida  tahap  yaitu  tahap  persiapan,  tahap pelaksanaan.  Dan tahap  evaluasi. Pada akhir program ini diharapkan anggota peguyuban dapat membuat program pengembangan kegiatan sendiri dengan kualitas yang baik.

Abstract

One of the efforts in improving public health is by promoting health promotion in the school environment and forming health cadres that can be utilized within the school environment (UKS) and the community. Basic Life Support is a skill needed to deal with emergency cases that often occur in the community, one example is sudden cardiac arrest. This case requires immediate treatment and delays in handling will result in death. It is unfortunate, our society is still very unfamiliar with this skill so that in many cases it cannot be helped because they only hope for medical assistance to come, even though it should be handled until the arrival of the medical team so that victims can be saved. The method of approach taken is through a participatory approach. The Proposing Team and partners together develop a plan of activities, methods, goals, objectives and targets that must be achieved. This activity began with the development of Muhammadiyah youth as school health cadres. The training activities were carried out in the form of health seminars, Muhammadiyah cadre character seminars and Basic Life Support workshops for Muhammadiyah high school students. Keywords: Basic Life Support, school, muhammadiyah

Abstract

As a person who is in love with the Muhammadiyah organization, we must understand some of the Muhammadiyah movements that are the pioneers of the revival of the ummah. First, Muhammadiyah is the movement of Islam. Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah was built by KH Ahmad Dahlan as concrete results from the study and deepening (tadabbur) of the Alquranul Karim. This factor is actually the most important factor that drives the establishment of Muhammadiyah.From the founding background of Muhammadiyah as above, it is clear that the actual birth of Muhammadiyah was none other than inspired, motivated, and encouraged by the teachings of the Koran because it also had no other motives except solely to realize the principles of Islamic teachings. Everything that Muhammadiyah does, both in the fields of education and teaching, community, household, economy, and so on cannot be separated from efforts to realize and implement Islamic teachings. Strictly speaking, the Muhammadiyah movement wants to try to present the face of Islam in a real, concrete and tangible form, which can be experienced, felt, and enjoyed by the ummah as rahmatan lil’alamin.Thus, Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah are movements of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar which are based on the Qur'an and the Sunnah.

Abstract

Salat is a provision fardu (pillars of Islam) that have been determined time for those who believe. Both al-Qur'an and as-sunnah (hadith) have set the times of the prayer. From a number of methods and procedures for arranging the prayer time schedule is to use astronomical software called Winhisab compiled by the Indonesian Ministry of Religion. Utilization of this software is very easy and very helpful for Muslims in determining prayer times and in arranging prayer times for one year. Therefore this software is highly recommended to be studied and popularized in the Muslim community.

Abstract

Potensi yang menjadi dasar berkembangnya Dusun Bali Desa Sidodadi Ramunia Kecamatan Beringin Kabupaten Deli Serdang adalah area pertanian, peternakan dan umkm sebagai usaha sampingan maupun usaha utama bagi masyarakat desa. Sumber daya alam yang melimpah membuat sumber penghasilan masyarakat desa tidak terlalu rendah, hanya saja sumber daya manusia  yang menjadi sedikit halangan untuk peningkatan desa tersebut. Para pelaku UMKM  jamu tradisional masih kurang berinovasi tentang olahan jamu. Jamu yang dibuat dari bahan-bahan tumbuhan seperti akar-akaran, daun-daunan, dan kulit batang. Jenis jamu tradisional yang sering ditemukan yaitu beras kencur, kunyit asam, dan temulawak. Jamu menggunakan pemanis asli yaitu gula jawa atau gula pasir, karena jika menggunakan pemanis buatan akan merusak esensi dari manfaat jamu bagi kesehatan. Jamu tradisional biasanya berbentuk cair dan dimasukkan kedalam botol-botol yang memiliki kekurangan yaitu tidak tahan lama. Setelah melakukan sosialisasi maka ibu-ibu yang sebelumnya hanya mengetahui tentang jamu tradisional sekarang lebih memahami cara berinovasi mempelajari olahan jamu bubuk yang lebih praktis. Kata Kunci : Jamu tradisional, inovasi, jamu cair, jamu bubuk, UMKM

Abstract

An understanding of the curriculum for educators and education personnel is absolutely necessary, because the curriculum serves as a guide in the implementation of the learning process. The concept of developing 2013 Curriculum Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is important to be understood by teachers because it will affect the learning process that is done especially for students. PKM Development of 2013 PAUD Curriculum for teachers of LPPTKA-BKPRMI is done to improve teacher competency, so that teachers have the ability, especially in preparing learning plans at TKA / TPA where they are assigned. The level of teacher education, which is generally only graduates of Public Secondary Schools or Non-PAUD Graduates, causes limited ability in developing the 2013 PAUD Curriculum. Implementation of the PKM Development of the 2013 PAUD Curriculum in collaboration with the Institute for the Development and Development of Al-Qur'an Kindergarten (LPPTKA) under the auspices of the Indonesian Mosque Youth Youth Communication Board (BKPRMI) of Medan City. The purpose of this PKM is to help teachers prepare themselves for school accreditation programs. The 2013 PAUD Curriculum Development Materials include the Nature of 2013 Curriculum, 2013 Curriculum Study, 2013 Curriculum Development, Preparation of Learning Implementation Plans (RPP), PAUD Learning Methods, Assessment of Learning Outcomes for Early Childhood, School Administration, and Socialization of Accreditation (PNF-PAUD).

Abstract

Budaya organisasi merupakan sistem penyebaran kepercayaan dan nilai-nilai yang berkembang dalam suatu organisasi dan mengarahkan perilaku anggota-anggotanya. Budaya organisasi dapat menjadi instrumen keunggulan kompetitif yang utama, yaitu bila budaya organisasi mendukung strategi organisasi, dan bila budaya organisasi dapat menjawab atau mengatasi tantangan lingkungan dengan cepat dan tepat. Unsur - unsur ini menjadi dasar untuk mengawasi perilaku karyawan, cara mereka berfikir, kerja sama dan berinterkasi dengan lingkungannya. Jika budaya organisasi baik, maka akan dapat meningkatkan prestasi kerja karyawan dan akan dapat menyumbangkan keberhasilan kepada organisasi. Kondisi yang ada saat ini masih belum meratanya sosialisasi dan pemahaman pegawaii atas budaya organisasi yang diterapkan. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat yang diterapkan pada pegawai Universitas Pembangunan Pancabudi Medan menunjukkan bahwa telah terlaksananya pemahaman pegawai tentang budaya organisasi yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas kerjanya dengan memberi anggota identitas organisasional, menjadikan organisasi diakui sebagai organisasi yang inovatif dengan mengembangkan produk baru.
