Abstract

Time management is an important skill for nursing students to face complex challenges in their academic and clinical environments. However, although the importance of time management has been widely recognized, there is not yet an adequate understanding of the dynamics of time management in nursing students, especially in the Indonesian academic environment. This study aims to describe the picture of nursing students' time management and to explore factors that may influence their time management. Descriptive research methods were used using the Self-Regulated in Online Learning Questionnaire (SOL-Q) to collect data from 300 nursing students at Padjadjaran University. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data analysis used univariate tests. The research results showed that the majority of nursing students had a high level of time management, namely 201 people (67%). However, some students reported a low level of time management, namely 99 people (33%). Factors that influence time management include a busy curriculum load, the demands of clinical practice, and balance between personal and academic life. Factors influencing time management included a dense curriculum, demands of clinical practice, and the balance between personal and academic life. Interventions tailored to address time management challenges should be developed to support students in optimizing their academic and personal responsibilities. The implication of this research is the importance of developing appropriate interventions to help students who experience difficulties in managing their time.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the possibility of women mussel fishermen in Tanjung Tiram District, Batubara Regency reporting musculoskeletal diseases. This study aims to determine work attitudes and possible complaints of musculoskeletal problems in women mussel peelers in Tanjung Tiram District, Coal Regency. The number of samples in this study was 45 women shellfish peeler respondents. This type of research uses case investigation methods and is quantitative. Data was collected through document analysis, in-depth interviews with six informants using NBM and REBA techniques, and observation. Using unibivariate and bivariate analysis tests. It is known that complaints fall into the low and medium categories based on the results of calculations carried out using the NBM method. Medium category work attitude, standing category work attitude, and high category hunched work attitude are the results of calculating sitting work attitude using the REBA strategy. The waist, neck, wrists, shoulders and calves are the areas of the body of workers most commonly affected by musculoskeletal diseases. Risk factors for bone disorder complaints include length of work, age, gender, work attitude, length of work, and anthropometry. Company owners and employees are required to rest and stretch when their bodies ache to reduce potential complaints.

Abstract

Rewards are given to encourage someone to act more actively to increase or improve their performance. Rewards are the most important management tool to achieve the desired goals of a business. The International Labor Organization Statistics (ILOSTAT) releases data on labor productivity in Indonesia with growth rates, namely in 2014 (3.31%), 2015 (4.10%), 2016 (3.71%), 2017 (1, 97%), in 2018 (3.05%), and in 2019 (93.68%). From this data, progress in labor productivity in Indonesia tends to be low in percentage and fluctuates every year. In Takoma itself, the performance of workers is hampered by weather and seasonal factors. Therefore, workers are not productive at work. The success of a business is closely related to the quality of the human resources it has, because human resources have an important role as actors, movers and determinants of organizational work results based on the company's operational activities, both in quality and quantity. In this case, social disparities often occur within the organization which results in a lack of effectiveness in the performance of workers. Basically, companies expect capable human resources, but the most important thing is the desire to work hard and achieve optimal work results. On the island of Sumatra, one of the honeys that can be found is honey in Takoma, which is located in Pamatang Sidamanik District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province. The Pamatang Sidamanik area is the best place to produce tea, coffee and honey. Takoma is an abbreviation of Taro, Coffee, Honey which is made in Sait Buttu Saribu Village. The aim of this research is to determine the role of rewards in increasing the productivity of honey workers in Sait Buttu Saribu Village. This research uses a quantitative methodology with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were honey workers in Sait Buttu Saribu Village, totaling 16 respondents. From the total population obtained, the sample that the researcher took was the total of that population, because the researcher used a total sampling technique. Primary data collected directly by researchers through questionnaires from previous research. The results of the bivariate statistical test using Chi Square show that the average p-value is 0.000 (<0.05), meaning that there is a significant relationship between the reward variable and the worker productivity variable. It is hoped that business owners will pay attention and provide more rewards to increase worker productivity.

This research aims to find out how the Pamatang Sidamanik Community Health Center implements K3 standards. This research uses a quantitative methodology with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were community health center officers in Pamatang Sidamanik, totaling 40 respondents. From the total population obtained, the sample that the researcher took was the total of that population, because the researcher used a total sampling technique. Primary data collected directly by researchers through questionnaires from previous research. The Ministry of Health Regulatory Indicator is a questionnaire used by researchers. The results of the bivariate statistical test using Chi Square show that the average p-value is 0.000 (<0.05), so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, this means that the implementation of K3 standards at the Pamatang Sidamanik health center is running optimally. The implementation of the K3 program in community health centers greatly influences both the quality and accreditation of community health centers. Researchers hope that the agencies studied will continue to evaluate the implementation of K3 and continue to run optimally. Suggestions for every health facility, especially the Pamatang Sidamanik health center, to increase the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health.
