Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a long-term metabolic disorder caused by insulin function insufficiency, with many etiologies characterized by hyperglycemia accompanied by problems with carbohydrate, lipid, and protein metabolism. More than 90% of DM patients experience neuropathy complications and 50% experience peripheral neuropathy. DM patients with peripheral neuropathy experience decreased peripheral nerve perfusion so that neurovascular care is needed. Objective: This study was conducted to provide an overview of neurovascular care in improving peripheral perfusion in DM patients. Method: This study used a descriptive case study design using the nursing process. This study focuses on improving peripheral perfusion in DM patients with Neurovascular Care interventions to 2 respondens. The intervention carried out on two respondents according to the evidence base was foot exercises with diaball, foot spa, and ROM for 3 x 8 hours. The research instrument used is The Michigan Neuropathy Screening Instrument (MNSI) in assessing the complications of peripheral neuropathy which focuses on data on decreased peripheral perfusion and monofilaments to measure foot sensitivity. Results: Nursing activities start from assessing the patient's circulation needs and continue to data analysis. The data analyzed showed that >80% of the major and minor data listed in the guidelines for raising nursing diagnoses, namely the Indonesia Nursing Diagnose Standards (SDKI). From the data obtained, the diagnosis that can be raised is that peripheral perfusion nursing is ineffective with peripheral perfusion nursing outcomes with increased expectations. On the last day of the nursing evaluation, there was an increase in peripheral perfusion from a decreasing level to a moderate level in the respondents. Conclusions: Neurovascular Treatment can be applied to improve peripheral perfusion in DM patients.

Stroke is a disease of the blood vessels of the brain that can occur due to blockage or rupture of blood vessels in the brain, causing cell death. Stroke requires comprehensive care so that the family plays an important role in helping the patient recover after the acute phase has passed. Therefore, providing optimal discharge planning by health workers greatly helps patients and families in providing care at home. Objective to analyze the factors of knowledge, facilities and infrastructure and work stress on nurses' compliance in providing discharge planning. This study used a cross-section design with a sample of 80 nurses. Data collection using a questionnaire included independent variables in the form of knowledge, facilities and infrastructure and work stress and dependent variables in the form of nurse compliance. This questionnaire has been previously tested by researchers to 30 respondents. Data were analyzed using logistic regression with a p value ≤ 0.05. The results showed that there was an influence between knowledge (0.004), facilities and infrastructure (0.015), and work stress (0.017) on nurse compliance in implementing discharge planning in stroke patients. The factors of knowledge, facilities and infrastructure and work stress have a significant influence on nurse compliance in implementing discharge planning in stroke patients. Therefore, nursing managers should facilitate the provision of health education regarding discharge planning to nurses and routinely carry out nursing supervision to increase nurse compliance.

Tuberculosis (TB) infection is one of the diseases whose spread is influenced by environmental and behavioral factors. One of the psychological impacts felt by pulmonary TB patients is stress. Stress that the patient experiences over a long period of time and is not overcome will affect the patient's quality of life. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of quality of life of pulmonary tuberculosis patients who experience stress with the disease. The research design used in this study is correlation analytic. The population of this study was 62 and a sample of 54 respondents with a sampling technique that is consecutive sampling. Stress levels were measured using the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS 42) questionnaire. The quality of life of the respondents was measured by the St. George Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) questionnaire. The research data was compiled using Microsoft Excel and then reviewed for completeness. The complete data was coded or underwent the coding process. Data on stress levels and quality of life for tuberculosis (TB) patients were categorical with a nominal scale, so the statistical test used was the Chi-Square Test. The results of analysis using Chi Square test obtained p-value of 0.000 or <0.05. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between the level of stress with the quality of life of patients with pulmonary TB in the working area of the State Health Center II.

Patients on bed rest in the ICU who experience pressure sores cause problems with skin and tissue integrity. As a result, the skin becomes dry, the wound becomes red and causes infection. This data raises nursing problems, namely disruption of skin and tissue integrity. The intervention of providing massage using Virgin Coconut Oil is a non-pharmacological therapy that is applied with the aim of preventing and reducing the incidence of pressure sores in patients who have been on bed rest for a long time. The aim of this research is to search for and analyze articles on the implementation of massage with Virgin Coconut Oil on bed rest patients with pressure ulcers in the ICU. This research method uses a literature review method through a data search base via search engines such as the Biomedic Database PubMed Google Scholar and Science Direct with the keywords namely ICU patients OR ICU Patients AND Virgin Coconut Oil OR VCO OR coconut oil AND pressure ulcer OR pressure sore were reviewed according to the PRISMA flow diagram. A total of 37 articles were found from searches using predetermined keywords then adjusted to the journal inclusion criteria. We found 6 journals that met the inclusion criteria and continued with review. The review process is carried out by analyzing the interventions carried out, the research methods used and the research results. The results of the review showed that pressure sores measured on the Braden scale by using Virgin Coconut Oil massage decreased compared to before. So, the results of this review can be a basis for health workers, especially nurses, to apply massage with Virgin Coconut Oil to bed rest patients to prevent pressure sores.

Various efforts have been made by the government to achieve the target of reducing maternal and infant mortality rates in Indonesia, but these efforts have not provided maximum results. MMR and IMR are still far from the expectations achieved, this is influenced and driven by various medical and non-medical factors such as lack of support from husbands and families, customs that are still strongly embedded in society and gender factors that still dominate, one of the breakthrough efforts made by the Jeumpa Health Center is the "Kamoe Sajan Gata" innovation, namely accompanying and providing care to high-risk pregnant women from pregnancy to the end of the postpartum period by actively involving cross-sectors as policy makers. Objective to determine the performance of the implementation of the "Kamoe Sajan Gata" innovation on reducing maternal mortality rates in the Jeumpa Health Center work area, Bireuen Regency. This type of research is qualitative with a phenomenology study design. The population of this study were high-risk pregnant women in the Jeumpa Health Center area and across sectors. Research informants 17 people from the elements of the Acting Health Office, Head of Health Center, cross-sector, pregnant women and village midwives, The informant selection technique is purposive sampling. Review of aspects of standards, targets and objectives of the Innovation program policy has been carried out quite well, review of aspects of human resources is not yet fully available, review of aspects of implementer characteristics, review of aspects of communication between implementers and review of aspects of implementer attitudes are very good, and review of environmental aspects, support from all parties is very good while economic support is still very lacking. The performance of the implementation of the Innovation program policy "Kamoe Sajan Gata" has a great influence on efforts to reduce MMR and IMR.
