The An Nisa is intended for experts, academics, practitioners, state administrators, and NGOs. The aim of this journal is to provide a venue for academicians, researchers and practitioners for publishing the original research articles or review articles. Verbal Violence in ChildrenThe article describes verbal abuse in children. This is a result from review of related literature on verbal abuse against children. Everyone must understand the forms of verbal abuse against children, the influence factor, its impact on the child's growth and development, and the preventing efforts. AbstrakArtikel ini menjelaskan pelecehan verbal pada anak-anak. Ini adalah hasil dari tinjauan literatur terkait tentang pelecehan verbal terhadap anak-anak. Setiap orang harus memahami bentuk-bentuk pelecehan verbal terhadap anak-anak, faktor pengaruhnya, dampaknya pada pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak, dan upaya pencegahannya.

Abstract

Pengembangan pembelajaran bahasa Arab berbasiskan kecerdasan musikal pada siswa Institut Parahkma Indonesia dilakukan dengan mengadopsi lagu-lagu populer bagi siswa untuk dijadikan referensi dalam menghafal materi pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Peluang Pengembangan pembelajaran bahasa Arab berbasis kecerdasan musik pada siswa Institut Parahkma Indonesia adalah penggunaan media musik sebagai terapi pembelajaran yang telah digunakan sejak awal, kolaborasi kelembagaan yang memiliki kepedulian untuk belajar bahasa Arab, serta melibatkan siswa dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran strategi. Kendalanya adalah bahwa bahasa Arab menjadi bahasa asing kedua setelah bahasa Inggris, kualitas bahasa Arab masih buruk, pasif atau aktif, dan kecerdasan musik sering kontra produktif dengan tujuan pembelajaran.The development of Arabic language learning based on musical intelligence in Indonesian Parahkma Institute students was carried out by adopting popular songs for students to further serve as a reference in memorizing Arabic learning materials. Opportunities The development of Arabic language learning based on musical intelligence in Indonesian Parahkma Institute students is the use of music media as learning therapy has been used since the beginning, institutional collaboration that has a concern for learning Arabic, as well as involving students in developing learning strategies. The obstacle is that Arabic becomes the second foreign language after English, the quality of the Arabic language is still poor, passive or active, and musical intelligence is often counter productive with learning goals.

Abstract

This article shows that the constitution or the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia can not be regarded as children's constitution which adopts the principles of child protection under the Convention on the Rights of the Child. It also shows that Indonesia is not serious about the theme of child protection discourse such as Ecuador, Egypt, Finland and South Africa in protecting, fulfilling and respecting and explicitly specifying the rights of children in its constitution. Based on the argument above, it is very urgent for Indonesia to do constitutionalism the rights of the child. Based on the principles that adopted by the convention on the right of the child as a solution as an effort to save and protect the rights of the child from negligence and neglect of the State to protect and fulfill the human rights and constitutional rights of the child. The effort of constitutionalism is also considered as a strengthening effort in the formation of legislation in the future as well as the basis or test stone of the Constitutional Court in handling the future judicial review of the Law which violates the norm on the protection of children's rights under the Constitution. In addition, it is urgent for constitutionalism and incorporates the idea of constitutional complaints in the Constitutional Court through the Constitution. Thus, as a basis for constitutional protection of the child if the State has neglect to protect the human rights and constitutional rights of the child by conducting constitutional complaint in the Constitutional Court, in order for the State to fulfill its constitutional obligations which have been regulated under the constitution.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan proses dan hasil dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan TK PAUD Anak Bangsa Kota Palembang Provinsi Sumatera Selatan melalui penerapan media bulletin board. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan dengan model Kemmis dan Taggart, yang meliputi perencanaan, tindakan dan observasi, refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah TK PAUD Anak Bangsa yang berjumlah 16 orang anak. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang terdiri dari delapan pertemuan pada setiap siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kualitatif dan analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan membaca permulaan anak mengalami peningkatan setelah diterapkan media bulletin board. Skor kemampuan membaca permulaan anak pada pra siklus sebesar 44, siklus I sebesar 62, dan siklus II sebesar 65,125. Hasil tersebut memberikan implisasi bahwa kemampuan membaca permulaan dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan media bulletin board.Research action aims to describe the process and results in improving the ability to read the beginning of TK PAUD Anak Bangsa of Palembang City South Sumatera Province through the application of Media bulletin board. The research methods used are research actions with the Kemmis and Taggart models, which include planning, action and observation, reflection. The subject of this research is TK PAUD Anak Bangsa, a total of 16 children. Research is conducted in two cycles consisting of eight meetings on each cycle. Data collection techniques are conducted through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study are qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that the ability to read children's beginnings improved after the media bulletin board was applied. Scores of children's start reading on the pre-cycle of 44, cycle I by 62, and cycle II by 65.125. The results gave implisation that the ability to read the start can be increased through the application of Media bulletin board.

Woman is one a human resource which is potential to be involved in development of environment. Amount of resident of Indonesia has plentyof woman gender to, despitefully woman represent environmental manager is suitable arrange natural resources and environment. Lack of knowledge of environment is one of the factor thatcause involvement of woman in development become minim. Conductingwomanparticipation is important to continue to improve woman clan self-capacities so that they can have self-confidence. Consequently woman clan can follow to participate and also act in all development in Indonesia which included in development of environment.

Abstract

The Dual Role of Women in the HomeThis study focuses on the Dual Role of Women in the Household, the concept is pure literature, with an approach to Islamic law, which suggests several propositions related to women's dual roles namely domestic and public where women are equal (linear) with men in terms of humanity. There is no privilege for one another. God created from the same essence, women have a spirit similar to the spirit of men. In the Qur'an and the Bible which deals with matters of social life in general, it has placed women and men equally. Whether it's from the rights and obligations relating to households where they have the rights and obligations of each Muslim to free women from the obligation to provide for their families or bear other necessities of life. Because all the necessities of life are the obligations of the husband. Likewise, Islam does not forbid a woman from earning a living as long as it is in accordance with Islamic law. AbstrakKajian ini fokus pada Peran Ganda Wanita dalam Rumah Tangga, konsepnya bersifat kepustakaan murni, dengan pendekatan hukum Islam, yakni mengemukakan beberapa dalil yang terkait dengan peran ganda wanita yakni domestik dan publik di mana wanita adalah sama (linier) dengan laki-laki dari sisi kemanusiannya. Tidak ada keistimewaan bagi satu atas yang lain. Allah menciptakan dari hakekat yang sama, wanita memiliki ruh yang sejenis dengan ruh pria. Dalam Al-Qur’an dan Khitabnya yang berkaitan dengan masalah kehidupan bermasyarakat secara garis besarnya telah menempatkan antara wanita dengan laki-laki secara seimbang. Baik itu dari hak dan kewajibannya yang berhubungan dengan rumah tangga di mana mereka memilki hak dan kewajiban masing-masing Islam membebaskan perempuan dari kewajiban memberi nafkah kepada keluarganya atau menanggung keperluan hidup lainnya. Sebab semua kebutuhan hidup menjadi kewajiban suami. Demikian pula Islam tidak melarang seseorang wanita untuk mencari nafkah asalkan sesuai dengan syariat Islam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of female traders' income on household income in Majene Central Market, West Sulawesi. To determine the effect of female traders' income on household income in Majene Central Market, West Sulawesi, a simple linear regression test was conducted. The results showed that the income of female traders had a positive and significant effect on household income in Majene Central Sulawesi, West Sulawesi.

Abstract

Saat ini industri dunia telah memasuki tahap revolusi industri 4.0 (RI 4.0). RI 4.0 adalah nama otomatisasi terbaru dan tren pertukaran data dalam teknologi pabrik. Istilah ini mencakup sistem cyber-fisik, internet untuk semuanya, komputasi awan, dan komputasi kognitif. Kehadiran Revolusi Industri 4.0 dengan peluang kerja yang besar dianggap sebagai peluang besar untuk meningkatkan pendapatan perempuan. Era ekonomi digital telah meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan literasi digital terutama bagi perempuan di Indonesia. Ini didukung oleh kehadiran empat unicorn yang telah berhasil mengubah ekonomi dan membuka akses ke pengusaha termasuk wanita. Pengusaha yang sebelumnya tidak memiliki akses ke pasar menjadi sangat mudah terhubung ke pasar. Perkembangan ini telah sangat membantu perempuan untuk terlibat aktif dalam inklusi keuangan. Keberadaan perusahaan unicorn di Indonesia telah memudahkan perempuan untuk dapat menjalankan dua hal, yaitu menjaga keluarga dan mencari uang pada saat yang bersamaan. Salah satu efek positif dari perubahan teknologi adalah meningkatnya inklusi keuangan bagi perempuan. Revolusi industri keempat menuju ekonomi dan teknologi digital membuat industri sains, teknologi, teknik dan matematika (STEM) memiliki prospek yang menjanjikan. Salah satu masalah utama adalah bahwa industri STEM dianggap memiliki lingkungan yang tidak ramah bagi perempuan, tetapi perempuan memiliki potensi yang belum dijelajahi dalam industri STEM, jika lebih dari itu kita akan melihat perusahaan teknologi hangat, konstruksi yang lebih ramah. Semoga peran perempuan dalam industri STEM di Indonesia meningkat.At present the world industry has entered the stage of the industrial revolution 4.0 (RI 4.0). RI 4.0 is the name of the latest automation and data exchange trends in factory technology. This term encompasses cyber-physical systems, the internet for everything, cloud computing and cognitive computing. The presence of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution with large employment opportunities is considered a great opportunity to increase women's incomes. The era of the digital economy has increased financial literacy and digital literacy especially for women in Indonesia. This is supported by the presence of four unicorns who have succeeded in transforming the economy and opening access to entrepreneurs including women. Entrepreneurs who previously did not have access to the market became very easily connected to the market. This development has greatly helped women become actively involved in financial inclusion. The existence of a unicorn company in Indonesia has made it easier for women to be able to run two things, namely looking after the family and looking for money at the same time. One of the positive effects of technological change is the increasing financial inclusion for women. The fourth industrial revolution towards the digital economy and technology makes the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) industries have promising prospects. One of the main issues is that the STEM industry is considered to have an inhospitable environment for women, but women have unexplored potential in the STEM industry, if more then we will see warm technology companies, more friendly construction. Hopefully the role of women in the STEM industry in Indonesia increases.

Abstract

This paper examines the portrait of women in the realm of politics in Indonesia, using qualitative descriptive, then the analysis of the results showed that the involvement of women in the realm of politics in Indonesia, recorded significant gains the names of women who contribute in political activity both before and after Indonesia became independent from the era of the Kingdom until it formed into independent and sovereign. A physical struggle against colonizers have capture names such as Cut Nyak Dien, Martha Tiahahu, Yolanda Maramis and so on. In the emerging national movement name Rasuna Said and Trine. While RA Kartini, Dewi Sartika and had carved their names as people who fought for the rights of women to acquire education and position in the realm of political equals with men. The new order era and the era of reform has broadened the way for women to be actively engaged in all aspects of life including politics.Various forms of political struggle was the Group of women, such as Parliament, the Cabinet, political parties, NGOs, and so on. In Indonesia it is generally the involvement of women in politics is quite high and significant proven in the election of regional heads in unison 2018 women win many politicians both at the level of the Governor and Governor or mayor.

Abstract

This research basically is a part of gender difference in language, but for specifically, this research more emphasize to present a brief overview of second language learning and then discuss the subject of gender differences related to the second language learning.Learning language especially second language is not easy. It needed and involve many things to achieve the success.To master the language.The motivation, intelligence, and learning style are the subjects that can influence the learners to achieve their goal in learning. Through this research, the researcher want to know whether  the motivation, intelligence and learning style can influence the second language learning or cannot, and whether there are gender differences  in second language learning or there are not. The findings of this research prove motivation, intelligence and learning style influence the ability the second language.
