Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using Real- Time Feedback Assistance in improving writing skills among students. The research employs an experimental design with a pretest-posttest on two groups. The measurement tools used is a writing skills assessment rubric. Data analysis results show a significant difference between the writing skills scores of students in the experimental group (M= 82, SE=4.68 ) and the control group (M= 74 , SE= 6.94 ) after the intervention. These findings indicate that the use of real- time AI feedback assistance has a positive impact on improving students ' writing skills, making it an effective approach to enhance writing skills.

Abstract

This research discusses the philosophical and sociological background behind the integration of religion and science, which have often been viewed as opposing entities. Using a literature review method, the study finds that this integration is driven by postmodernist thought as a response to the failure of modernism, which overly emphasizes positivism and empiricism. Philosophically, the integration is based on a holistic ontological view of reality, pluralistic epistemology, and axiology that promotes values beneficial for both worldly and spiritual life. Sociologically, it arises in response to modernization, secularization, a crisis of meaning, and society’s need for comprehensive education. In conclusion, the integration of religion and science is not merely an academic approach but a philosophical and social necessity for building an intellectually and spiritually balanced society.

Abstract

Revitalisasi Pendidikan Kejuruan diperlukan untuk memvitalkan kembali SMK. Kualitas pembelajaran tentunya perlu ditingkatkan untuk melengkapi siswa ketika lulus menjadi lebih produktif, inovatif, memiliki kompetensi keahlian siap pakai yang dibutuhkan perusahaan dan industri serta mampu menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan sendiri. Dalam implementasinya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah menjadi landasan untuk mewujudkan tujuan revitalisasi ini dengan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran bersama di sekolah. Keterampilan kepala sekolah dalam kepemimpinan seperti kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan instruksional, kepemimpinan teknologi, inovatif, dan partisipatif diharapkan mampu memberdayakan sivitas di sekolah menuju peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. The revitalization of vocational education is necessary to revive vocational schools. The quality of learning must be improved so that students can become more productive, innovative, and possess the skills needed by companies and industries after graduation, as well as be able to create their own jobs. In its implementation, the leadership of school principals serves as the foundation for achieving the goals of this revitalization by improving the quality of education within schools. The leadership skills of school principals, such as transformational leadership, instructional leadership, technological leadership, innovative leadership, and participatory leadership, are expected to empower the school community to enhance the quality of education.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of geospatial technology-based Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) training as an effort to improve the professional competence of high school geography teachers. This study uses an ex post facto method, with a qualitative descriptive approach and data collection techniques through field observation, documentation, and pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that training in the use of geospatial technology based on Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) has a significant effect on improving teachers' professional competencies, including a comprehensive understanding of the integrative concepts of pedagogy, content, and technology, an increase in the use of geospatial platforms such as Google Earth, Inarisk, and Inageoportal, and the ability to link learning materials with the use of spatial data. This activity is a strategic step in encouraging teachers to become more professional and prepared to face the challenges of the 21st century.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) berbasis teknologi geospasial sebagai upaya peningkatan kompetensi profesionalitas kepada guru geografi tingkat sekolah menengah atas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ex post facto, dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi lapangan, dokumentasi dan pemberian kuesioner pre-test dan post-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi geospasial berbasis Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru, meliputi memahami secara utuh konsep integratif antara pedagogi, konten, dan teknologi, menunjukkan peningkatan dalam penggunaan platform geospasial seperti Google Earth, Inarisk, dan Inageoportal, serta mampu mengaitkan materi pembelajaran dengan penggunaan data spasial. Kegiatan ini menjadi langkah strategis dalam mendorong guru menuju profesionalisme dan kesiapan menghadapi tantangan abad ke-21

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to describe and analyze the relationship between self-regulation and competency in professional education courses on teaching readiness of Informatics Engineering Education students, class of 2021, at the State University of Malang. This study used a quantitative descriptive correlational approach with partial and simultaneous regression analysis techniques. The study population was 59 Teaching Assistant students selected through saturated sampling. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between self-regulation and teaching readiness (r = …, p 0.05), as well as between competency in professional education courses and teaching readiness (r = …, p 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables contributed significantly to teaching readiness. These findings indicate that both aspects are important indicators in shaping the professional readiness of prospective informatics teachers.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis hubungan antara self-regulation dan kompetensi mata kuliah profesi kependidikan terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Informatika angkatan 2021 di Universitas Negeri Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif korelasional dengan teknik analisis regresi parsial dan simultan. Populasi penelitian adalah 59 mahasiswa Asistensi Mengajar yang diambil secara sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara self-regulation dan kesiapan mengajar (r = …, p 0.05), serta antara kompetensi mata kuliah profesi kependidikan dan kesiapan mengajar (r = …, p 0.05). Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kesiapan mengajar. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua aspek tersebut merupakan indikator penting dalam membentuk kesiapan profesional calon guru informatika.

Abstract

Abstract: This study addresses the limited implementation of contextual and culturally responsive learning in Indonesian language instruction, particularly in observation report texts. It aims to develop digital teaching materials integrated into the Sekolahku platform by incorporating local wisdom in line with the Merdeka Curriculum. Using the ADDIE model, data were collected through needs analysis, expert validation, and student trials. Results show high feasibility, with validation scores above 90% and student responses reaching 94.5% (very good). The findings indicate that integrating local culture and multimodal features enhances engagement, critical thinking, and contextual understanding, making the materials valid, practical, and effective for meaningful learning. Abstrak: Pembelajaran teks laporan hasil observasi masih cenderung tekstual dan kurang kontekstual sehingga belum mendukung pembelajaran bermakna sesuai Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan materi ajar digital berbasis platform Sekolahku bermuatan kearifan lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE melalui tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Data didapatkan melalui wawancara beberapa narasumber, validasi ahli, dan uji coba kelompok kecil. Hasil menunjukkan kelayakan sangat baik dengan validasi materi 98,01%, bahasa 95,03%, media 90%, dan respons siswa 94,5%. Integrasi kearifan lokal dan fitur multimodal terbukti meningkatkan keterlibatan, pemahaman kontekstual, dan berpikir kritis siswa secara signifikan.

Abstract

This review scrutinises the transformation of the fragmented Early Childhood Education (ECE) curriculum in Southern Africa. A systematic review approach guided by the PRISMA framework was employed to cross-examine 48 sources purposively selected from targeted databases (Scopus, Web of Science, DOAJ, AJOL and Scielo, SA). Thematic analysis was employed to identify trends and gaps linked to cultural pedagogy and curriculum transformation in ECE across Southern Africa. Based on the results, it was drawn that Ubuntugogy and chat theory formed the theoretical underpinning of cultural pedagogy in the ECE space. It was also revealed that curriculum fragmentation and pedagogical marginalisation were influenced by the historical, structural, and institutional factors. The results acknowledged the significance of language, storytelling, music, and play in nurturing culturally grounded ECE. In addition, the reviewed sources argued for inclusive curriculum frameworks, integration of cultural pedagogy into ECE policies and a paradigm shift towards child-centred and community-based learning. Lastly, the selected sources emphasised the challenges and opportunities in redefining fragmented ECE curriculum across Southern Africa. Based on the results from the review, it was concluded that cultural pedagogy not only brings back pride to indigenous epistemologies but also transforms ECE as a space for social justice, equity, and identity formation. Hence, the need to reimagine ECE not only as an effective vehicle for sharing learning experiences, but also as a profound reflection of diverse cultural heritage across the region.

Abstract

Abstract: The "Black Rose" suicide phenomenon at Cangar Bridge, Malang, 2026, is analysed through Roland Barthes's semiotic framework. Objects left at the scene a motorcycle, sandals, cigarettes, a lighter, and a registration document function as sign systems operating across denotation, connotation, and myth. Using qualitative-interpretive and social semiotic approaches, this study reveals how digital framing constructs an "aesthetic death" narrative, amplifying the Werther Effect through FOMO mechanisms. These objects become "silent witnesses" whose meanings are algorithmically amplified across platforms. The "Black Rose" label constitutes second-order Barthesian myth production that romanticises mental health crises, with implications for digital regulation, media literacy, and responsible reporting. Abstrak: Fenomena bunuh diri "Mawar Hitam" di Jembatan Cangar, Malang, 2026, dianalisis menggunakan kerangka semiotika Roland Barthes. Benda-benda yang ditinggalkan seperti sepeda motor, sandal, rokok, korek api, dan STNK berfungsi sebagai sistem tanda yang beroperasi dalam denotasi, konotasi, dan mitos. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif-interpretatif dan analisis semiotika sosial, penelitian ini mengungkap bagaimana pembingkaian digital membangun narasi "kematian estetis" yang memperkuat Efek Werther melalui mekanisme FOMO. Benda-benda tersebut menjadi "saksi bisu" yang maknanya diperkuat algoritma platform digital. Label "Mawar Hitam" merupakan produksi mitos tingkat kedua Barthes yang meromantisasi krisis kesehatan mental, dengan implikasi pada regulasi digital, literasi media, dan protokol pemberitaan yang bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the implementation of technology-based learning media with a deep learning approach in the Independent Curriculum in grade III, specifically on the elements of plane figures. This study used a qualitative case study method with one teacher and 28 students as subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed through reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results show that digital media such as Canva, Quizizz, Wordwall, and interactive videos can increase student engagement and conceptual understanding. Constraints include limited infrastructure and teacher competency. This study concludes that the integration of digital media with a deep learning approach is effective in improving the quality of mathematics learning in elementary schools. Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dengan pendekatan deep learning pada Kurikulum Merdeka di kelas III, khususnya pada materi unsur bangun datar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dengan subjek satu guru dan 28 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis dengan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa media digital seperti Canva, Quizizz, Wordwall, dan video interaktif mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman konsep siswa. Kendala meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur dan kompetensi guru. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi media digital dengan pendekatan deep learning efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the quality of the Even Semester Final Examination questions for Islamic Religious Education and Character Building subjects for class XII Accounting at SMKN 3 Pontianak based on validity, reliability, difficulty level, discriminating power, and distractor effectiveness. The study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. Data in the form of 40 multiple-choice questions and answer sheets from 49 students were analyzed using Anates version 4.0.9. The results showed that the quality of the instrument did not fully meet the criteria for a good test. Only 15% of the items were categorized as good, while most still needed revision. This finding demonstrates the importance of periodic item analysis to improve the quality of learning evaluation instruments.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kualitas butir soal Ulangan Akhir Semester Genap mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti kelas XII Akuntansi SMKN 3 Pontianak berdasarkan validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda, dan efektivitas pengecoh. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Data berupa 40 soal pilihan ganda dan lembar jawaban 49 peserta didik dianalisis menggunakan Anates versi 4.0.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas instrumen belum sepenuhnya memenuhi kriteria tes yang baik. Hanya 15% butir soal berkategori baik, sedangkan sebagian besar masih memerlukan revisi. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya analisis butir soal secara berkala untuk meningkatkan kualitas instrumen evaluasi pembelajaran.
