Abstract

Diabetes is already considered an epidemic and by 2025, it is estimated that around 380 million people, or 7.3% of the adult population in the world will be affected by this disease Diabetes Atlas 2012 (International Diabetes Federation) lists that the estimated population of Indonesia over 20-79 years is 7.6 million people and the assumption of DM prevalence is 5.14%. Indonesia ranks 8th largest in the number of people with diabetes mellitus. The order above is China (92.3 million), India (63.0 million), the United States (24.1 million), Brazil (13.6 million), the Russian Federation (12.7 million), and Mexico (10.6 million). Problems faced by elderly Posyandu participants In the working area of the Kerinjing Health Center, Kerinjing Village, Ogan Ilir Regency, Palembang.: Never received information about Diabetes Mellitus and non-pharmacological management, especially the combination of self-surrender exercises with deep breath relaxation to lower blood sugar in the elderly with Diabetes Mellitus, Never been taught self-surrender exercises and deep breath relaxation in lowering blood sugar levels in the elderly Diabetes Mellitus At the Elderly Posyandu, the working area of the Kerinjing Health Center is Kerinjing Village, Ogan Ilir Regency, Palembang. The approach methods used to achieve the Output Target are determined, namely; Education (Counseling), Demonstration of Self-Resignation Training, and Deep Breath Relaxation in Lowering Blood Sugar Levels of Diabetes Mellitus Elderly. The application of the Combination of Self-Resignation Exercises and Deep Breath Relaxation is carried out routinely in the elderly with Diabetes Mellitus there is a decrease in Blood Sugar levels by involving cadres and elderly families who control the implementation of the exercise.

Abstract

This study aim to determin the effect ofintelectual capital and good corporate governanc on the financial performance of Islamic commercial bank. This type of research is a quantitative research with secondary data sources used. This study uses data from the annual financial reports of Islam commercial banks for 2017-2021. The research sample is Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2017-2021. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique in order to obtain eight Islamic Commercial Banks. Processing techniques and data analysis using Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test. The program used for calculations uses SPSS version 25 which then interpres the results from SPSS. The results of the study show that the intellectual capital variable has a significan efect on financial performance. Meanwhile, the variables of institutional ownership andmanagerial ownership have no significant effect the financial performance of Islamic Commercial Bank.

Abstract

Karangbayat Village is one of the villages in Sumberbaru District that has prepared itself to go to one of the DRPPA (Women Friendly and Child Care Villages) in the Jember Regency. In 2023, the Karangbayat Regional Government will start preparing for the reactivation of the Child Task Force and the Gender Mainstreaming Working Group. Departing from the phenomena that have been explained, the Jember University service team carried out service to Karangbayat Village, Sumberbaru District, Jember Regency in the form of socialization about Women-Friendly and Child Care Villages. Through this socialization, it is hoped that Karangbayat Village in 2024 can realize a Women-Friendly and Child Care Village. In the implementation of community service activities for the Madurese ethnic community in Karangbayat Village, Sumberbaru District, Jember Regency, several methods of implementation and assistance will be applied. The stages that will be carried out are the preparation stage, the implementation of assistance, and evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to test and find out how the effect of the implementation of Green Accounting, Profitability, and Media Exposure on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRDi) both directly and indirectly. The population of this study is LQ45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. The samples used in this study used the purposive sampling method. Based on the sample criteria determined, the number of samples obtained was 25 LQ45 index companies. To answer the problem in this study, the data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the help of the E-Views 12 application. The results of this study show that: 1) Green Accounting has a partial effect on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, 2) Profitability does not have a partial effect on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, 3) Media Exposure has a partial effect on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure and 4), Profitability and Media Exposure simultaneously has an influence on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure.

Abstract

Taxes are a source of state revenue to finance all government spending in general. The Indonesian state views taxation as the role and obligation of citizens in financing development. The goal is to increase awareness and a sense of responsibility in society. Taxes are used to regulate or implement government policies in the economic field. To make it easier for the public to fulfill their tax obligations as taxpayers, DJP has also improved its services by establishing a program for reporting and paying taxes. This program is an online program that is used by the majority of Indonesian people, the Director General of Taxes launched an update, namely access to electronic Annual SPT reporting via e-filling. E-filling is expected to be effective and appropriate as a means of electronic tax reporting that can fulfill tax obligations. As for the report that will be raised in this discussion, the author takes the title "Education on Annual Tax Return Preparation with the E-Filling Mechanism at LMATS Consulting"

Abstract

The aim of this article is sharia-based accountability. The type of research used is library research or literature review. Library research is a form of research carried out by collecting various references which are the main sources for this article published in journals and other written articles. The results of this research show the sharia-based accountability carried out by MCF Syariah. There are three types of accountability carried out, namely accountability towards God, humans and nature. The activities carried out by the company are based on the worship of God.

Abstract

Based on Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Operating Expenses Against Operating Income (BOPO), the purpose of this study is to determine if there were any differences in financial performance before and after the Bank Indonesian Sharia merger. Descriptive research is used in this study, which examines the financial state of a company over time.Based on the level of explanation, this research also falls into the category of comparative research. Data that was used in the form of two years: one year prior to the merger and one year after it, came from financial reports from Bank Syariah Indonesia. Based on the average Return On Assets (ROA) reported prior to the merger, the findings of this study can be seen increase to 1.61 percent after the merger. Based on Return On Equity (ROE), the financial statements prior to the merger showed an increase of 13.71%, from an average of 10.01%. In light of the Net Interest Edge (NIM) that the budget summaries previously do a consolidation that is with a normal of 4.19% expanded later converged to 6.04%. Based on Operating Expenses vs. Operating Income (BOPO), the average of 85.63 percent in the financial statements before the merger decreased to 80.46 percent after the merger. Because there is an increase in ROA, ROE, and NIM as well as a decrease in BOPO, this study concludes that the hypothesis cannot be proven because the obtained results are not from the test but the average (mean).

Abstract

Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) is a new creative financing product from Indonesia and the first in the world. which provides a blessing impact all the time. The purpose of this writing is to ensure that Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) can make a maximum contribution to the development of philanthropy-based fintech in Indonesia. This type of research is a literature study using a qualitative approach. The data source for this research is secondary data. The data collection method uses literature study, where data is obtained from several references related to the main research theme. The results of this research are that Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS ) can make a substantial contribution to the development of the philanthropy-based Financial Technology (Fintech) sector in Indonesia. CWLS's contribution is not only seen in increasing financial efficiency, but also in creating a business model that prioritizes philanthropic values, encouraging fintech development in Indonesia and opening up new opportunities for inclusive and sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

This research was aimed at finding out the role of mathematical geometry in the process of making delicious Roti Canai. This research uses a literature review method or what is usually called library research which uses library materials such as books, magazines, documents, and journal articles. The results of this research show that there is a role of mathematical geometry in making Roti Canai, which includes a circular shape (π), structure, weight, and temperature measurement. From all the involvement of geometry in the process of making Roti Canai, delicious Roti Canai is created. So, it is concluded that the role of geometry is very important in the process of making Roti Canai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operating Expenses and Operating Income (BOPO), and Net Core Operating Margin (NCOM) on the Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR) partially and simultaneously. This study used a quantitative approach. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements published on the official website of each Sharia Commercial Bank for the 2017-2021 period. The sample in this study amounted to 10 Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia selected by purposive sampling method. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, and multiple linear regression tests with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) had a partial positive and insignificant effect on the Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR). In part, BOPO has a negative and significant effect on the Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR). Partially, the Net Core Operating Margin (NCOM) has a positive and significant effect on the Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR). Simultaneously, the variables Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operating Cost and Operating Income (BOPO), and Net Core Operating Margin (NCOM) have a significant effect on the Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR) and the value of the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.608 or 60.8%.
