Abstract

This paper analyzes how the use of hyperbole on social media facebook. This style of language when processed in such a way can be a powerful thing to attract or influence people, make video posts and descriptions, or write statuses on Facebook. Also discussed about facebook monetization learning by utilizing the page (fanspage) by displaying sample images and steps. Facebook monetization is now being used by many people as a source of income. It turns out that the use of hyperbole has a very big influence on Facebook monetization, this is because the more crowded and viral the videos are posted, of course, the more income they get. This paper also shows examples of interrelated facebook monetization steps to support each other.

Abstract

The research to determine the effect of Self Determination on Achievement Motivation, Peer Support on Achievement Motivation, Self Determination and Peer Support together on Achievement Motivation. The sample in this research were students aged 13-15 years who took a special class in Arabic with a total of 110 subjects. The data collection technique used Likert scale distribution as a research instrument. The instrument trial was conducted at the Islamic Boarding School Nurul Huda Singosari with N=30. The results showed the effect of Self Determination on Achievement Motivation with an r of 0.510 with a t-test result of 6.157 which is greater than the t table with a significance level of 5%. Peer Support Variable on Achievement Motivation also has an effect of r = 0.439 and t count of 5.083 > t table (1.984). Self Determination and Peer Support variables together also have an influence on Achievement Motivation, with a value of r = 0.597 and F arithmetic (29.55) > F table (3.15). The results of testing the value of the contribution of Relative Self Determination is 57.3%, Peer Support is 42.7% and the total value of the contribution of the two independent variables to achievement motivation is 35.5% while the remaining 64.5% is contributed by other variables that are not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Various kinds of events with the development of the times in the world of education today that have an impact on the quality of education. First, there are many teachers who find it difficult and complain in designing or designing learning using learning media so that the wrong target occurs. Second, the negative mindset of the teacher that teaching is troublesome, tiring, and difficult. Third, various kinds of student characters that can cause confusion for teachers, where to start educating them. Fourth, the tight competition in the world of education is the impact of globalization and MEA so that it demands quality education and is judged by the output of its graduates. The author provides answers to the problems presented, namely the application of the Kemp model of learning design with details of setting learning objectives, analyzing student characteristics, identifying materials, determining learning, determining pre-tests, determining teaching and learning activities, coordinating supporting facilities, and evaluating to facilitate teachers in designing effective, efficient and quality learning.

Abstract

Limiting social interaction during the Covid-19 pandemic is a challenge for MI Miftahul Huda in implementing the child-friendly madrasa model. The online mode of learning that is carried out, of course, must prioritize the interests and facilitate the fulfillment of children's rights. This research was conducted from April to September 2021 using a case study qualitative approach. The selection of research informants was carried out using purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used by the researcher is using In-depth Interview, Participant Observation and document study. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The process of implementing learning at Mi Miftahul Huda during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out by taking into account the rules and directions from the government, namely the implementation of the online learning process. 2) The innovation of implementing the Child Friendly Madrasah model is carried out by focusing learning outcomes on the cognitive and attitude aspects of students, as well as combining the implementation of limited offline mode learning in the resident prayer room with a very limited duration of learning. 3) The challenges of implementing the Child Friendly Madrasah model at Mi Miftahul Huda include the learning process, facilities and patterns of learning assistance which are still very limited. However, all of these challenges can be solved with the learning innovations that have been carried out.

Abstract

The development of science and technology encourages educational actors to always innovate learning so that students are able to think critically, creatively, innovatively, collaboratively, and communicatively. Increasing teacher competence is certainly needed in carrying out the intended learning innovation. To improve teacher competence in implementing PAIKEM-based learning, this school action research is intended to be carried out. This research was conducted at SDN 01 Sidorejo in November 2021 with the research subjects being all 10 teachers of SD Negeri Wonodadi 01. The technique of collecting data from this school action research is through qualitative data obtained from observations, interviews and document studies. This school action research was carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle includes the following stages: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The results of this school action research showed that in cycle 1 the implementation of activities reached a value of 76.6 and cycle 2 increased to 86, teacher competence in cycle 1 reached a value of 84.5 and in cycle 2 it reached 88.5. The impact of the activity on students has shown success with increasing students' abilities reaching a score of 81.25 and student wellbeing reaching 78.7. So it can be concluded that the improvement of teacher competence in the implementation of PAIKEM-based learning methods can be concluded to be successful.

Abstract

This research is backgrounded by the lack of optimal competence of students in drawing techniques in the subject of Technical Drawing. This study aims to: 1) to find out the learning process of students drawing techniques in the subject of Engineering Drawing using the Blended Learning learning model, 2) to determine the improvement of student competence which is seen from the aspects of psychomotor and affective abilities of class X DPIB A students drawing techniques on the subject of Engineering Drawings during learning. This research was conducted from January to May 2021 at SMK Negeri 1 Pajangan. The subjects of the study were class X DPIB A as many as 36 students. This research procedure uses 2 cycles each cycle consisting of 3 meetings. Each cycle consists of planning, execution, observation, reflection. Data collection uses student observation sheets, teacher observation sheets in the learning process, practice test sheets to assess the competence of assessment students which are compiled based on student product assessment criteria. Student questionnaires are used to obtain student response data to the WhatsApp-based Blended Learning learning model. An indicator of the success of this study is an increase in student learning outcomes, namely at least complete students. The results showed that the use of a WhatsApp-based Blended Learning learning model can improve the technical drawing competence of class X DPIB A students in the Subject of Technical Drawing. Before implementing the WhatsApp-based Blended Learning learning model, only 25% of students were competent with an average score of 65. After the WhatsApp-based Blended Learning learning model was applied to cycle I competent students increased to 72% with an average score of 79 and there was another increase in cycle II of 100% competent students with an average score of 83.

Abstract

As an archipelagic country, Indonesia has peace of culture, tribe, clan and religion. Each ethnic group has its own distinctive characteristics and certain characteristics in a special region. Known for its cultural peace, the Indonesian nation has the 1945 Constitution, Pancasila, and the dynamism and dialectic of national life enshrined in Vinneka Tungal Ika. This diversity proves that the Indonesian nation has a heterogeneous character. The custom of openness is very real throughout religions, and although religious education is not one of religious education, the application of the custom of openness in schools is incorporated into the religious education of all religions and beliefs. add. The custom of openness that must be cultivated. The custom of openness can be instilled in many subjects, including religious education. This matter can also be communicated by practicing speaking and mastering comparisons. In the school area, openness is a meaningful view as well as the subject matter of student education. Schools are shown to create a social system consisting of different counter-frameworks, different areas of the house, customs, and moreover different wishful thinking and willpower. Because of this comparison, clashes and problems in daily life do not arise in the school area. The position of the school is to create an airy action for all students. Efforts that can be tried to establish openness by embedding insights into peace, raising devotion to God Almighty through faith programs in schools, and directing all students how to master various forms.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the career development that exists at UPI Laboratory School High School. Career development in Human Resource Management (MSDM) is very important in improving and increasing the effectiveness of the implementation of existing work in a school institution so that it can realize the goals that have been set following the school's vision and mission. In Human Resource Management at present time it is carried out by developing Information Technology (IT), which is an opportunity and a challenge in achieving goals that have competitiveness in creating jobs. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and document studies. Data analysis in the form of unitization of data, categorization, and interpretation of data as well as a data validation test. This career development can have a positive impact on the change process by carrying out a series of positions, jobs, and positions. Schools provide facilities in development to increase the knowledge and ability of an employee to be more effective. Strong Human Resources can give birth to schools with the adaptability and capacity to update the system. In this case, of course, it must aim to develop an environment that encourages employees to learn and develop better than before.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the tendency of most students who are less active in learning PAI in class. Students are less enthusiastic in participating in learning activities in class, pay less attention to the teacher. This study aims to determine the influence of the application of the inside outside circle learning model in PAI subjects on the learning outcomes of class X students in the even semester of SMA Negeri 1 Genteng. This type of experimental quantitative research, namely quasi experimental design with the type of control group design that uses a quantitative approach. The population includes all students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Genteng, totaling 371 students. The sampling technique applied a probability sampling technique with cluster random sampling (area sampling). The research samples were class X MIPA 1 as the experimental class, and class X MIPA 4 as the control class. Class X MIPA 3 as a research instrument trial class. Research data obtained from tests, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the validity and reliability tests of the student learning outcomes test instrument, which totaled 25 item questions, were declared valid and reliable. The results of the normality test using the Kolmogrov Smirnov test show that the data is normally distributed, and the homogeneity test with the one way ANOVA formula shows that the research data is a homogeneous population. The results of the analysis of simple linear regression tests in this study indicate that there is an influence of the application of the inside outside circle learning model in PAI subjects on the learning outcomes of class X students in the even semester of SMA Negeri 1 Genteng.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of the card sort method on student learning outcomes, which is motivated by the low learning outcomes of class VII students in the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject at MTs Kebunrejo Genteng. This study aims to determine the effect of the Card Sort method on learning outcomes of Al-Qur'an Hadith class VII E at MTs Kebunrejo Genteng. The type of research used is the Pre-Experimental Design type of One Group Pretest-Posttest with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were class VII students of MTs Kebunrejo Genteng with a total sample of 28 students from 189 populations, with the sampling technique using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, tests and documentation. The research data were obtained from the results of a multiple choice written test consisting of 20 items with two categories of Pretest and Posttest. The results of the research obtained from learning the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject using the Card Sort method obtained a t-count value of 17.261 with a t-table value (dk = n-1 = 28-1 = 27) of 2052. With a value it is known that the t-table value ? t-count value (2052 ? 17.261), it can be said that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted with a significance value of Sig. 2 tailed by 0.000. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of using the Card Sort method on student learning outcomes in class VII E at MTs Kebunrejo Genteng Banyuwangi. With a t-test correlation value of 0.674.
