Abstract

Social responsibility (CSR) is generally defined as how companies meet the expectations of shareholders and stakeholders while balancing social, environmental and economic objectives. The interest of several companies to develop the educational community through CSR activities is very important for the education community. Especially since the Law on PT. 40 of 2007, CSR is getting stronger. PTs that do business or manage natural resources in this area must be responsible for their social and environmental behavior (Article 74:1). Therefore, as part of efforts to achieve transparency and accountability of the government, it is necessary to find an appropriate mechanism to oblige the government to maintain fiscal balance. Data collection in a prescribed legal manner. The results of the study indicate that efforts to create synergies between CSR and the education community are a strategic step for companies, whose benefits are directly felt by the communities in which they are founded. The company's sensitivity to education continues to pay off. The company also has a social responsibility to help solve social, economic and environmental problems facing society.

Pierre Savorgnan De Brazza is the first European to have arrived in the current Congolese Cuvette. It was after the Franceville stage in Gabon that De Brazza took the road to the Congo via the Plateaux which he now knows well to reach the Congo River. From this trip, the elders retain the revelation of the name of the Sovereign Teke, King Makoko whose treaty with De Brazza, later allowed the foundation of Brazzaville. This study is about De Brazza a life, a story. This sends us back to the man, his life and his story.

Abstract

The types of guarantee institutions known in the Indonesian legal system can be classified according to their type, nature, purpose and management. Late payment will result in a claim for the guaranteed goods. Execution is an attempt by the ruling party to seek justice through res judicata. Bank guarantees, which are individual guarantees, and trustees, which are physical guarantee institutions, have different implementation methods at the time of default. This study tries to explain the problem of comparing legal situations with bank guarantees and trustees in a normative and juridical way. The results show that The authority to enforce bank guarantees on assets belonging to debtors in default refers to Articles 1131 and 1132 of the Civil Code. According to Articles 1131 and 1132 of the Civil Code, the goods belonging to the debtor (the guarantor) are generally collateral for the debtor's debt, and the proceeds from the sale of the collateral are charged to the recipient of the guarantee.

Abstract

The study aimed to identify organizational justice and its relationship to organizational commitment of academics in Palestinian universities. The descriptive analytical approach was used, and a questionnaire was developed for the purpose of the study. The population consisted of all academics (826) at the universities of Hebron and Jerusalem, from which a random sample of 130 employees was taken. The results indicate that academics enjoy their vacations freely, that top administration delegates them some responsibilities, that university administration evaluates academics fairly and equally and assigns them work requirements and tasks that commensurate with their level of scientific expertise, and that academics receive promotions without delay. The administration takes into account the academics’ personal considerations when making career decisions and treats them with respect and dignity when decisions need to be made about their employment. Academics are satisfied with their jobs, and the work climate is appropriate at the universities. Universities provide health insurance for academics and their families, and academics’ loyalty to the university will never waver. Academics participate in departmental decision-making. However, the findings suggest that the role of academic oversight on academic performance at Palestinian universities be activated, including the positive monitoring role of the Palestinian Ministry of Higher Education. Monitoring includes positive oversight of performance and advancement of various university programs to ensure that they address the needs of the Palestinian society. The positive interventions of senior management in universities have a significant impact on motivating and guiding academics. Therefore, the researchers recommend activating and strengthening the positive management role of university administration while staying away from negative interventions. Such intervention would improve academics’ performance, encourage creativity and innovation and enhance knowledge of academics.
