Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Manajemen Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Kelompok Karya Ilmiah Remaja (KIR) di SMAN 2 Palangka Raya. Sumber data pada penelitian ini yaitu: Kepala Sekolah, Waka. Bidang Kesiswaan, Koordinator KIR, Guru, dan Pelatih KIR. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kelompok ilmiah remaja, yaitu: membentuk tim KIR yang terdiri dari: Kepala Sekolah, Waka. Bidang Kesiswaan, Koordinator KIR, Guru pembina, dan Pelatih KIR, (2) Pengorganisasian kegiatan ekstrakurikuler KIR sesuai dengan rencana karena setiap anggota sudah mengetahui peran masing-masing dari setiap tugas yang diberikan, (3) Pengawasan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler KIR dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah beserta dengan orang tua siswa, dan (4) Penilaiaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler KIR yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah dengan melihat tingkat keberhasilan dan prestasi siswa dari setiap perlombaan yang telah diikuti. Abstract: This qualitative research with a descriptive approach aims to describe the Management of Extracurricular Activities of the Youth Scientific Work Group (KIR) at SMAN 2 Palangka Raya. Sources of data in this study are: Principal, Vice Principal of Student Affairs, KIR Coordinator, Teachers, and KIR Trainers. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Validation of this research data using triangulation technique. The results showed that: (1) Planning for extracurricular activities for youth scientific groups, namely: forming a KIR team consisting of: Principal, Waka. Student Affairs, KIR Coordinators, Guiding Teachers, and KIR Trainers, (2) Organizing KIR extracurricular activities according to the plan because each member already knows the respective roles of each assigned task, (3) Supervision of KIR extracurricular activities is carried out by the school along with with students' parents, and (4) Assessing KIR extracurricular activities carried out by the school by looking at the level of success and student achievement of each competition that has been followed.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan Manajemen Pembelajaran Dalam Jaringan (Daring) Pada Masa Covid-19 di SMAN 2 Palangka Raya. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran daring meliputi: mendata kondisi siswa, melakukan IHT, sosialisasi perangkat pembelajaran, sosialisasi penggunaan aplikasi pembelajaran dan sosialisasi kepada orang tua siswa, serta perencanaan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring sudah berjalan dengan baik menggunakan berbagai aplikasi pembelajaran daring, (3) Pengawasan pembelajaran daring dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah dan pengawas pembina dari Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, (4) Evaluasi pembelajaran daring dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah sebagai penanggung jawab dengan memantau setiap kegiatan yang sedang berjalan dan melakukan supervisi agar sesuai dengan rencana, dan (5) Faktor pendukung meliputi: tersedianya fasilitas seperti: laptop, gadget, komputer, jaringan internet, dan kuota yang dapat mendukung pembelajaran daring; sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah tidak stabilnya jaringan internet. Abstract: This study aims to describe Online Learning Management during the Covid-19 Period at SMAN 2 Palangka Raya. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Validation of this research data using triangulation technique. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Online learning planning includes: recording student conditions, conducting IHT, socialization of learning tools, socialization of the use of learning applications and socialization to parents of students, as well as planning for the preparation of learning tools, (2) The implementation of online learning has been running properly using various online learning applications, (3) Supervision of online learning is carried out by the school and supervisory supervisors from the Central Kalimantan Provincial Education Office, (4) Evaluation of online learning is carried out by the principal as the person in charge by monitoring every ongoing activity and conducting supervision so that it is in accordance with the plan, and (5) supporting factors include: the availability of facilities such as: laptops, gadgets, computers, internet networks, and quotas that can support online learning; while the inhibiting factor is the unstable internet network.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan Pelaksanaan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter di masa pandemik covid 19 pada SMKN-1 Palangka Raya mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Metode Penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati. Dalam rangka memperoleh data yang sahih (terpercaya) Teknik pengumpulan antara lain, teknik wawancara, observasi dan analisis studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian dalam perencanaan  sekolah sudah sudah cukup baik penguatan Pendidikan karakter terintegrasi dengan mata pelajaran serta melalukan sosialiasi, pelaksanaan  sistem  daring pada pembelajaran cukup baik, namun kurang efektif pada kegiatan kokurikuler dan ektrakurikuler untuk penguatan Pendidikan karakter, dalam evaluasi sudah cukup baik untuk mengukur ketercapaian pembelajaran dan penguatan pendidikan karakter di Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Abstract: This study aims to describe the Implementation of Strengthening Character Education during the Covid 19 pandemic at SMKN-1 Palangka Raya starting from planning, implementation and evaluation. This research method is to use a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. In order to obtain valid (reliable) data collection techniques include interview techniques, observation and analysis of document studies. The results of research in school planning are good enough to strengthen character education integrated with subjects and carry out socialization, the implementation of online systems in learning is quite good, but less effective in co-curricular and extracurricular activities to strengthen character education, in evaluation it is good enough to measure learning achievement and strengthening character education during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitan ini adalah melakukan benchmarking untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi profesi pendidikan dengan studi kasus di Ikatan Guru Raudhatul Athfal (IGRA) Kabupaten Sumedang ke IGTKI Pekalongan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Benchmarking ini dilakukan melalui competitive benchmarking, dalam hal kualitas output. Tahapan benchmarking yang dilaksanakan oleh IGRA Kabupaten Sumedang yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pengumpulan data, tahap analisis data dan tahap adaptasi. Indikator evaluasi diri sangat penting sehingga tujuan yang diharapkan untuk meningkatkan mutu tercapai. Dari hasil evaluasi diri ditentukan bahwa hal yang perlu dilakukan benchmarking oleh IGRA Sumedang adalah tentang pengelolaan keuangan, manajemen kepemimpinan dan sumber daya manusia. Benchmarking yang telah dilaksanakan PD IGRA Kabupaten Sumedang mendapatkan hasil dengan terwujudnya gedung sekretariat dalam jangka waktu kurang lebih 3 tahun, etos kerja pengurus semakin meningkat, kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana organisasi serta transparasi dan akuntabel laporan keuangan. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to conduct benchmarking to improve the performance of educational professional organizations with a case study at the Raudhatul Athfal Teachers Association (IGRA) Sumedang Regency to ITGKI Pekalongan. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Benchmarking is done through competitive benchmarking, in terms of output quality. The benchmarking stages carried out by IGRA Sumedang Regency are the planning stage, the data collection stage, the data analysis stage and the adaptation stage. Self-evaluation indicators are very important so that the expected goals to improve quality are achieved. From the results of the self-evaluation, it was determined that the things that need to be done by Benchmarking by IGRA Sumedang were about financial management, leadership management and human resources. The benchmarking that has been carried out by PD IGRA Sumedang Regency has resulted in the realization of a secretariat building within a period of approximately 3 years, the work ethic of the management has increased, the completeness of organizational facilities and infrastructure as well as transparency and accountability of financial reports.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Implementasi Manajemen Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) di UPBJJ-UT Palangka Raya. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Sumber data meliputi: Kepala UPBJJ-UT Palangka Raya, KASUBAG, Koordinator Regijan, Koordinator BBLBA, dan Mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan PJJ dilakukan dengan mempersiapkan sarana dan prasarana, kurikulum, sumber daya manusia, anggaran; (2) Pengorganisasian PJJ sudah berjalan dengan baik, semua sudah terprogram dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab masing-masing; (3) Pelaksanaan PJJ sudah berjalan dengan baik dengan adanya kalender akademik dan SOP yang ditetapkan, (4) Pengawasan PJJ meliputi: pegawasan harian, mingguan, bulanan, tahunan dan pengawasan internal UT pusat, (5) Evaluasi PJJ yang dijalankan sudah terlaksana dengan baik dengan ketercapaian program, sasaran kualitas, tingkat kepuasan mahasiwa; dan (6) Kendala dalam pelaksanaan PJJ meliputi jaringan internet yang belum merata di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, sedangkan faktor pendukung adanya perwakilan UPJJJ pada setiap daerah kabupaten di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Abstract: This study aims to describe the Implementation of Distance Learning Management (PJJ) at UPBJJ-UT Palangka Raya. This research is a case study qualitative research. Data sources include: Head of UPBJJ-UT Palangka Raya, KASUBAG, Regijan Coordinator, BBLBA Coordinator, and Students. The results of this study indicate that: (1) PJJ planning is carried out by preparing facilities and infrastructure, curriculum, human resources, budget; (2) PJJ organization has been running well, all have been programmed with their respective duties and responsibilities; (3) PJJ implementation has been going well with the academic calendar and SOPs set, (4) PJJ supervision includes: daily, weekly, monthly, annual and central UT internal supervision, (5) PJJ evaluation that has been carried out has been carried out well with program achievement, quality targets, student satisfaction levels; and (6) Obstacles in implementing PJJ include the internet network that is not evenly distributed in Central Kalimantan Province, while the supporting factors are the presence of UPJJJ representatives in each district in Central Kalimantan Province.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Manajemen Pelayanan Publik di Unit Layanan Terpadu (ULT) Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumberdata ditetapkan dengan tenik purposive sampling, meliputi: Penanggung jawab ULT, Koordinator ULT, dan Pegawai ULT. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui tahapan: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi dan member check. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Manajemen Pelayanan Publik di ULT LPMP Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah terlaksana dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil survei kepuasan pelanggan bulan januari-maret 2020, tingkat kepuasan masyarakat berada pada kategori baik dengan rerata 3,63 yang menandakan bahwa pelayanan sudah sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat. Abstract: This study aims to describe the Public Service Management in the Integrated Service Unit (ULT) of the Education Quality Assurance Institute (LPMP) of Central Kalimantan Province. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources were determined by purposive sampling technique, including: ULT Person in Charge, ULT Coordinator, and ULT Employee. Data collection techniques through: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis through stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Validation of data using triangulation and member check techniques. The results of this study indicate that Public Service Management at ULT LPMP Central Kalimantan Province is well implemented. Based on the results of the customer satisfaction survey in January-March 2020, the level of community satisfaction is in the good category with an average of 3.63 which indicates that the service is in accordance with community expectations.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Manajemen Hubungan Sekolah dan Masyarakat (Humas) dalam Program Praktik Kerja Industri (Prakerin) Jurusan Perhotelan di SMKN 3 Palangka Raya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan rancangan studi kasus. Sumber data penelitian meliputi: Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang Humas, dan Ketua Program Keahlian Perhotelan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data penelitian menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen Humas dalam pelaksanaan Program Prakerin yang dilaksanakan melalui tahapan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi, berjalan dengan baik dalam mencapai tujuan yaitu meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dan lulusan yang sesuai kebutuhan Dudi bidang perhotelan. Abstract: This study aims to describe the Management of School and Community Relations (Humas) in the Industrial Work Practice Program (Prakerin) in Hospitality Departemen at SMKN 3 Palangka Raya. The research uses a qualitative approach and case study design. Sources of research data include: Principal, Deputy Principal for Public Relations, and Chair of the Hospitality Expertise Program. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Validation of research data using triangulation technique. The results showed that the management of Public Relations in the implementation of the Prakerin Program which was carried out through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating, went well in achieving the goal of increasing the competence of students and graduates according to Dudi's needs in the hospitality sector.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Manajemen Laboratorium Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMKN 2 Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Sumber data meliputi: Kepala Sekolah, Waka. bidang Sarana dan prasarana, Ketua Program Keahlian dan Kepala Laboratorium. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pola interaktif data, meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan laboratorium otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran yang dilaksanakan dengan mendasarkan pada prinsip dasar manajemen dan mengacu pada standar pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan menjadikan laboratorium berfungsi secara efektif dalam mendukung proses dan hasil belajar siswa secara optimal. Abstract: This study aims to describe the Automation and Office Management Laboratory at SMKN 2 Palangka Raya. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Data sources include: Principal, Deputy Principal for Infrastructure, Head of Expertise Program and Head of Laboratory. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis used an interactive pattern of data, including: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Validation of data using triangulation of sources and methods. The results of this study showed that the Automation and Office Management Laboratory which is carried out based on the basic principles of management and refers to the management standards of educational facilities and infrastructure makes the laboratory function effectively in supporting the process and student learning outcomes optimally.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Pengelolaan UKS di MTsN 1 Palangka Raya. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus, sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari: Kepala Sekolah, Ketua Pengelola UKS, dan Anggota Tim Pengelola UKS. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui tahapan: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Pengabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan UKS dilakukan melalui tahapan: penentuan tim pelaksana, penyusunan rencana kegiatan tahunan, penyusunan rencana kerja yang mengacu pada program UKS, dan penyusunan anggaran; (2) Pelaksanaan UKS secara umum telah terlaksana dengan baik walaupun dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat beberapa hal yang belum optimal; (3) Pengawasan UKS dilakukan pihak sekolah bekerjasama dengan stakeholder sekolah; dan (4) Faktor pendukung meliputi: komitmen warga sekolah, dukungan dari stakeholder sekolah, dan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana UKS yang standar; Sedangkan faktor kendala yang dihadapi adalah terkait dengan masih ditemukannya perilaku dari sebagian siswa yang kurang disiplin dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan sekolah. Abstract: This study aims to describe the UKS Management at MTsN 1 Palangka Raya. Through a qualitative approach with a case study design, the data sources in this study consisted of: Principal, the Head of the UKS Management, and the members of the UKS Team Management. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis goes through the stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. Validation of data using source triangulation technique. The results showed that: (1) UKS planning is carried out through the following stages: determination of the implementing team, preparation of annual activity plans, preparation of work plans that refer to the UKS program, and budgeting; (2) The implementation of UKS in general has been carried out well, although in its implementation there are still some things that are not optimal; (3) UKS supervision is carried out by the school in collaboration with school stakeholders; and (4) supporting factors include: commitment from school residents, support from school stakeholders, and the availability of standard UKS facilities and infrastructure; While the constraint factors faced are related to the behavior of some students who are not disciplined in maintaining the cleanliness of the school environment.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Manajemen Perpustakaan Sekolah Terakreditasi. Penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus ini dilaksanakan di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya. Melalui teknik purposive sampling ditetapkan sumber data dalam penelitian ini, meliputi: Kepala Sekolah, Kepala Perpustakaan, Tenaga Perpustakaan, Tenaga Administrasi Perpustakaan dan Siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pola interaktif data, meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Pengabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan sekolah yang dikelola dengan menerapkan fungsi-fungsi manajemen yang baik, mampu menjadikan perpustakaan sekolah SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya sebagai sekolah pertama di Kota Palangka Raya yang berhasil meraih akreditasi tingkat nasional serta berbagai raihan prestasi di tingkat provinsi maupun nasional. Abstract: This study aims to describe the Accredited School Library Management. This qualitative research with a case study design was carried out at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya. Through purposive sampling technique, the data sources in this study were determined, including: Principals, Heads of Libraries, Library Staff, Library Administration Staff and Students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis used an interactive pattern of data, including: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. Validation of data using source triangulation technique. The results showed that the school library, which was managed by implementing good management functions, was able to make the Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya high school library the first school in Palangka Raya City to achieve national level accreditation and various achievements at the provincial and national levels.
