Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen
Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen (E-ISSN : 2615-4978, P-ISSN : 2086-4620) adalah jurnal ilmiah bidang manajemen yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia, yang semula dua kali dalam setahun, menjadi tiga kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. Theoretically, cooperatives have characteristics that have the potential to become advantages as business entities that can play an important role in community economic empowerment. Cooperatives have ideal values and principles as a business entity. Cooperatives also have potential advantages that can make them efficient, a strong bargaining position, a more certain market, so that cooperatives have a better competitive advantage compared to their own businesses. However, the fact is that there are cooperatives that are successful and many that are not. One of the employee cooperatives which is quite large and is known as a successful employee cooperative is the employee cooperative of PT. Biofarma (K2BF). The strategic business units made by K2BF are proven to provide direct and indirect economic benefits to its members. In addition, K2BF can also play a good role as a strategic partner of PT. Biofarma that provides mutual benefits. The success of K2BF in improving the welfare of its members and the role of K2BF as a strategic partner of the company is interesting to study as a best practice.

This study aims to find out how the analysis of the influence of MSME marketing strategies based on product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions according to an economic perspective in maintaining business during the Covid-19 period in Yook Majalengka's Consumer Goods Salad food. This study uses a survey method with a descriptive analysis approach and verification. The data collection technique used is using a questionnaire. The population of this research is the many consumers of Salad Yook Majalengka. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents with the sampling technique used was incidental sampling. The measurement scale in this study uses a Likert scale. Data analysis used is classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and statistical F test. Hypothesis testing in this study used a partial hypothesis test with t test. Based on the results of this study indicate that: Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, Price has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions and Promotion has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions.

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of vermicompost for earthworm breeders in Kebonsari sub-district, Madiun district. This research is qualitative with the Grounded Research method. The population in this study were earthworm breeders in the Kebonsari sub-district, Madiun district, amounting to 5 people. Sampling was done through interview techniques. The analysis used is a SWOT matrix analysis, IE matrix, and the QSPM matrix. The results of the IFAS analysis is that it is classified as strong and able to take advantage of its business strengths and overcome its weaknesses. EFAS analysis indicates that the marketing of vermicompost is below average in its efforts to carry out strategies that take advantage of external opportunities and avoid threats. The results of the IE matrix show that vermicompost is in cell 5 (Growth Strategy/Stability Strategy) with concentration through horizontal integration. The results of the SWOT analysis obtained 5 alternative SO strategies, 6 WO strategies, 2 ST strategies and 4 WT strategies. The results of the QSPM matrix analysis show that earthworm breeders should use a market penetration strategy to market their vermicompost.

The mining sector has assets to support the company's operations in order to make a profit. This requires large capital so that accurate calculations are needed so as not to have an impact on financial performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of capital structure on ROE which is a reflection of the company's financial performance. The research population is mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period by analyzing published financial reports. The sample used purposive sampling method in order to obtain data that matched the desired criteria. The results showed that partially, the DER variable had a negative effect on ROE while the DAR variable had a positive effect on ROE and the CAPEX variable had no effect on ROE. The results of the study simultaneously show that DAR, DER and CAPEX have a positive effect on ROE

Work-overload on employees is generally caused by the irrelevant basic education they already have, so that many of them work not according to competence. Of the 98 employees, 22 of them have not attended the training. Some of the employees, still work more than the working hours every month. This has a bad impact on performance which causes employees to come late every month. The purpose of this study is to determine whether work-overload has a positive effect on employee performance. This study took the locus of the Class IIA Palembang Women's Correctional Institution. The population used is all employees as many as 98 people. Using a sampling technique, the total sampling because the population is less than 100 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire given to each employee online. Data analysis used multiple linear regression test with SPSS 26. The results showed that variable X had a positive effect on variable Y, with an R square value of 70.3%. This study found the regression equation Y = 11.261 + 0.863X, which means that this regression equation is directly proportional because the value of the coefficient b has a positive value.

Employee training and development is one of the most important activities in an organization. Training opportunities help employees enrich their knowledge and improve performance. It is therefore important to provide training opportunities for employees and strengthen these practices, but this is not one of the priorities of some organizations. The main objective of this research paper is to evaluate employee training and development practices in organizations and to recommend adjustments for their increased use. Various information was collected from the results of documentation and observation studies using qualitative methods. Analysis of this information reveals that employees have a good attitude towards training as it improves their performance, but they are not satisfied with the company's current training practices. The role of training and development is currently decentralized and empowers managers to provide training to employees, but in reality no guidelines or policies exist to guide training and even training documentation is not properly maintained. Based on these results, training is recommended as a centrally coordinated activity that strengthens existing training mechanisms and provides development opportunities to employees to enrich their knowledge and experience.

Stock return is the result of profit or loss received by investors for their investment activities within a predetermined term. Investors expect to get a return on their investment activities that is greater than the capital that has been issued because in essence investment activities are carried out to increase investors' assets. Microeconomic factors that can cause stock price fluctuations that will have an impact on the company's stock return include Economic Value Added (EVA), market value added (MVA), and dividend yield which is measured by taking into account the cost of capital. This study aims to examine the effect of EVA, MVA, and dividend yield on the stock returns of Kompas 100 index companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2020. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using STATA version 16. The research sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique and obtained from 32 companies that match the criteria. The results showed partially that EVA had a significant negative effect on stock returns, MVA did not affect stock returns, and dividend yields had a significant positive effect on stock returns. These results illustrate that microeconomic factors can be used by investors in analyzing the fundamentals of a company before making transactions on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

This article reviews several factors that influence rebudgeting in local government, these factors include remaining over budget calculations, local revenue, and balancing funds. This article aims as a hypothesis that builds the influence between variables so that it can be used in further research. Rebudgeting in local government is a common thing in a budget period, taking into account several supporting circumstances. This article shows that the remaining over budget calculations, local revenue and balancing funds have an effect in rebudgeting on local government.

BMW is currently the leader in selling premium class cars in Indonesia. This illustrates that BMW cars can be an indicator that they are still a secondary choice desired by consumers in buying premium cars. The focus of this paper is to analyze the influence of brand image, brand hate and brand love on the decision to buy a car. The respondents of this research will be direct buyers and users of BMW in West Java, with age criteria above 21 years. To measure the decision to buy a BMW car analysis variable including product quality, perceived value, fairness of price and brand image, where brand image is suspected variable with the most dominant variable influencing customer buying decisions. Methods of data analysis to be carried out using reliability tests and validity tests. This paper is the basis of research that will be carried out related to purchasing decisions and brand image where this will help the implementation of research to be more planned and structured.

Literature review aims to explore and evaluate previous research that has focused on the role of Human Resources in planning and career development in nonprofit organization. Several frameworks are explored and discussed. In this article, there is some evidence that shows that non-profit organizations have planning and career development that aims to achieve organizational goals, especially in the social aspect. This article has been reviewed based on research findings, methodology, country studied, and year of publication. The largest contribution of these 40 main research articles came from the United States (45%) and the highest published by researchers in 2017 (27.5%) with empirical study research methods (42%), The largest source of articles was obtained from the Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly (22.5%). This article describes descriptive analysis and qualitative thematic analysis to describe the analysis of the role of Human Resources in career planning and development in non-profit organizations in order to increase workforce loyalty and minimize turnover.
