Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen (E-ISSN : 2615-4978, P-ISSN : 2086-4620) adalah jurnal ilmiah bidang manajemen yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia, yang semula dua kali dalam setahun, menjadi tiga kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the halal awareness variable on Indonesian Muslim consumers on purchasing decisions at Shopee with religiosity as a moderating variable. Design/Methodology/Approach – Using quantitative descriptive methods, this study analyzes responses to questionnaires distributed to 264 respondents from Indonesia. To prove this hypothesis, the data collected was analyzed by partial least squares (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS. Findings – This research shows that the Halal Awareness variable has a significant and significant effect on product purchasing decisions at Shopee with religiosity as a moderating variable. This finding confirms that halal awareness and religiosity factors are very important in encouraging Muslim consumers in Indonesia to make decisions to purchase halal products at Shopee. Practical Implication – In order to improve purchasing decisions in buying halal products in e-commerce, especially Shopee. then the role of the government will be very necessary in socializing and re-promoting the concept of halal lifestyle, especially in buying online products in e-commerce optimally in various platforms, such as social media, seminars, workshops and several other media. Then, business actors in various fields of goods production with online and e-commerce sales media are also required to increase awareness to support and develop halal products by certifying halal products, halal labeling and seeing the importance of halal products to become one of the promising types of products. and sell well in the market and also safe for consumers. Originality/Value – This study is the first to examine the effect of halal awareness on purchasing decisions of Indonesian Muslim consumer products at Shopee with religiosity as a moderating variable. This study succeeded in revealing the strengths and weaknesses of religiosity in influencing halal awareness of product purchasing decisions at Shopee.

Abstract

The presence of social media allows researchers to consider new data collection and triangulation strategies. Positivist researchers take advantage of the internet's presence as a medium for collecting data. Meanwhile, interpretive qualitative researchers have not utilized the potential provided by social media to enrich data collection in order to deepen understanding of a topic being researched. By using the case of the effectiveness of the application of e-procurement in a district, the researcher conducted face-to-face interviews (offline) and also observed discussions on social media and content sharing about the implementation and use of government e-procurement in a district. This study uses an interpretative qualitative paradigm to describe how social media exchanges, uploads, and conversations can be used as a means of collecting data in interpretive qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that social media observation can be used as a research tool to increase understanding of a topic being studied and also as a triangulation medium. This study also proves that the use of social media in interpretive studies can reduce challenges in informant recruitment, access to research sites, and reduce bias in interviews. This research contributes to the understanding of a research topic using data from two environments.Keywords:Social media, interpretif study, e-procurement effectiveness, research paradigm

Abstract

Turnover intention is a subjective perception of employees to quit their current job with the aim of looking for other opportunities. Turnover intention must be considered so that it does not happen to the company. Factors that cause turnover intention to occur are job insecurity and work stress which are still not paid attention to by the company. This study aims to partially examine the effect of job insecurity and job stress on turnover intention of Gojek drivers in Salatiga. This research was conducted on 40 Gojek drivers. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to Gojek drivers in Salatiga. The results of the study found that job insecurity had no effect on turnover intention but job stress had a significant effect on turnover intention. This is because the job insecurity experienced by the driver can be controlled properly so that it helps the driver in dealing with work stress and can minimize turnover intention.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Implementation of Supply Chain Management in the Cake Industry (Case Study at Eti Snack, Kalipucang)". The writing of this research is motivated by several obstacles that are often experienced by companies. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The respondents consisted of the owner and five employees. The results show that: the company has implemented a supply chain management system well, suppliers are the key for the company in the sustainability of the production of various kinds of cakes, accuracy in distribution and quality of raw materials affect cake production which has implications for the quality of consumer value, and distributors act as mediators in success. the company sells products mainly for pastries. For all of this, the company is expected to continuously improve its capabilities so that it has a sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze marketing strategy for competitive advantage. The method used in this research is SWOT analysis to examine alternatives of strategies to be applied. The results of SWOT analysis in Kerta Cafe is aggressive strategy, the right alternative strategy is SO strategy that allows Kerta Cafe to use all of its strengths maximally to make the most of opportunities.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of competence, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at Tarakan Hospital, North Kalimantan Province. The type of research that will be used in this research is to use quantitative research, namely the survey method. The theories used as references in this research are competency theory (Maulana, A, 2020), work discipline (Rivai, V, 2014), work environment (Sedarmayanti, 2017) and performance theory (Gomes, 2010). To get a representative sample, according to Hair et al (2006), the question items are multiplied by 5, so the number of respondents used is 135 respondents. The method used is descriptive statistics, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression coefficients and hypothesis testing. Research Results 1) Competence has a significant influence on performance, meaning that competence contributes to performance, the better competence, the better performance; 2) Work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on performance, meaning that work discipline contributes to performance, 3) the work environment has a significant influence on performance, then the work environment contributes to performance, the better the work environment, and will improve performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the speed of target adjustment and the company's leverage. Mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 to 2020 are the objects of this research, especially in terms of examining the factors that affect the speed of adjustment to the target leverage. This study uses a sample of 34 mining companies in conducting observations. This study uses a dynamic approach that takes into account the possible deviations between the actual leverage ratio and the company's targeted leverage ratio. The results of the study show that 1) the speed of leverage adjustment made by mining companies in Indonesia is still influenced by adjustments to the costs borne by the company, the adjustment time, and the process of making adjustments, even though leverage adjustment is very necessary in achieving company profitability. 2) Profitability has a significant effect on speed adjustment. This is because profitability is the main source of funding for the company. So it can be said that leverage adjustment requires an increase in profitability. 3) Firm size has a negative effect on the speed of adjustment. Consideration of the costs that will be faced by the company if making adjustments, is a reason for companies not to immediately make adjustments. 4) Company growth has a positive effect on speed adjustment. Companies with high growth, it is easier to change the composition of their capital structure by changing the composition of new capital 5) Distance has a negative effect on the speed of adjustment. The further the deviation (distance) between the target leverage and the actual leverage, the slower the adjustment made by the company.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the learning process in most universities is carried out online. The online learning process depends on the facilities used by lecturers who are assisted by Academic Staff as hosts and online participants, namely students. Some of the problems that often occur are poor signal, unclear sound or other unexpected disturbances. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the online learning process that has been carried out so far. This research was conducted at XYZ College which organizes 9 study programs, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The respondents were all online participating students, namely assessing the level of satisfaction in participating in online learning. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale of 1-4 which is very good, good, not good and not good. Each study program takes 2 courses without practicum and one carrying out practicum, then the average is taken for analysis. The results of the research show that the implementation of online lectures during the Covid 19 pandemic was carried out very satisfactorily, lecturers have worked hard to keep up with technological developments in learning methods and techniques and students have tried hard to be able to understand, take advantage of discussion opportunities and do assignments and exams very well. As a suggestion, it is necessary to further investigate the satisfaction of lecturers and education staff in carrying out their duties during the Covid 19 pandemic as input for institutions to develop the competence of lecturers and staff as well as the completeness of infrastructure facilities.

Abstract

Cultural acculturation with a touch of technology is one of the phenomena driving changes in human life causing the emergence of electronic commerce. One of the most popular e-commerce sites is Shopee. Shopee has many users although in terms of their satisfaction, other e-commerces come first. Buyers will be satisfied after the purchase depending on the performance offered in relation to the buyer's expectations. So, the factor that affects e-satisfaction is e-service quality through purchase decisions. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Using purposive sampling and quota sampling techniques due to the unknown population, the researchers obtained 143 respondents as the samples. The measuring instrument used was an open and closed questionnaire with a total of 26 statements and distributed via Google Form. The data analysis technique used path analysis and SPSS version 23 software. The research result shows that E-service quality has a significant indirect effect on E-satisfaction through commerce consumer purchasing decisions. The managerial efforts to improve e-service quality and customer satisfaction as an online buyer through purchasing decisions are identifying Shopee consumers more deeply from consumer behavior, improving Shopee features, and increasing purchasing decisions because it can potentially support the effect of service quality on Shopee customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The service quality of the Wedhatama Cooperative (KOPTAMA) is centered on efforts to fulfill the needs and desires of members and the provision of delivery to meet the expectations of members. Service quality depends on the ability of the service provider to consistently meet the expectations of members. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on cooperative member satisfaction and its implications for member participation as debtors of the Wredatama Ngada Pension Cooperative. This study uses explanatory study methods (descriptive verification). The dimensions used in this study are Service Quality (SERVQUAL) (X) which consists of the variables Tangible (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4), and Empathy (X5) which are associated with Member satisfaction variables. (Y) and Member Participation variable (Z) using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results show that there is significance influence between service quality variables (Tangible (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) , and Empathy (X5) on member satisfaction and the effect of member satisfaction on member participation by 48.40%, while the remaining 51.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
