Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen (E-ISSN : 2615-4978, P-ISSN : 2086-4620) adalah jurnal ilmiah bidang manajemen yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia, yang semula dua kali dalam setahun, menjadi tiga kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. Jurnal ini mempublikasikan hasil penelitian berkaitan tentang konsep, teori, paradigma dan metodologi ilmu manajemen sesuai visi Program Studi Magister Manajemen Ikopin yaitu Unggul dalam menghasilkan lulusan magister manajemen yang berkualitas di bidang perkoperasian dan kewirausahaan untuk menghadapi persaingan global pada tahun 2027. Abstract

This research is motivated by the level of compliance of taxpayers who are not fully in accordance with reporting their taxes. Of course this is caused by several psychological factors and one of them, where these psychological factors include subjective norms, attitudes and behavioral control. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of tax understanding moderation on the effect of the theory of planned behavior on taxpayer compliance. The object of this research is Pamekasan SMEs registered at the Pamekasan Tax Office. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between the independent variables on taxpayer compliance but for the behavioral control variable the effect was not significant positive and for tax understanding showed insignificant results as a moderator between the relationship between subjective norms and attitudes towards taxpayer compliance but significant as a moderator between the control relationship behavior towards taxpayer compliance

Abstract

Higher education competition is currently highly competition in Indonesia. Both state universities and private universities are competing to get students. Various methods are used to attract prospective students, one of them is Telkom University. This study aims to see the influence of Word of Mouth and World Class University on student decision to select the university. With a total sample of 130 respondents who are new students at Telkom University year academic 2022/2023 and data analysis was carried out with PLS-SEM. The results of the study show that the World of Mouth influences the decision for student  to select the university , then world class university also influences the decision of student to select the university

Abstract

This research aims to determine and examine the effect of Decentralization and Environmental Uncertainty on Managerial Performance with the Management Accounting System as Intervening Variables in STARKES Accredited Hospitals in Bandung. The research method used is a combination method: sequential explanatory design. This study uses primary data consisting of questionnaires and interviews. The total population of this study is 11 hospitals. This research is hypothesis testing research. The research model was analyzed using PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis. The analysis results show that the management accounting system can mediate the effect of decentralization on managerial performance, where the company is more decentralized and supported by a high management accounting system, which will produce an adequate managerial performance. In addition, the management accounting system can mediate the effect of environmental Uncertainty on managerial performance. The higher the environmental Uncertainty and supported by the high use of MAS (Management Accounting System), the more adequate managerial performance.

Abstract

Everyone requires good digital awareness in the industrial era 4.0, where the digital role is attached to every financial activity. As a result, the goal of this study is to examine the impact of financial literacy on digital awareness. partially, the effect of financial literacy on managerial positions, and see the effect of financial literacy on digital awareness through managerial positions. This study was guided by a quantitative method with a correlational design and logistic regression data analysis. The sample used was a convenience sample, with 239 Adventist University of Indonesia alumni filling out the questionnaire. Partially, no significant effect was found between financial literacy and managerial position, but the mediating variable "managerial position" can increase financial literacy. Managers play an important role in increasing financial literacy and providing employees with optimal digital awareness.

Abstract

This research was conducted on 30 creative SMEs in Yogyakarta who supply their products to Hamzah Batik. The classification of the craftsmen are: snacks, traditional home decorations, aromatherapy oils, wood crafts, silver crafts, batik bags, batik shoes and sandals, batik fabrics, traditional herbs and herbs as well as luxury materials such as jars and paintings. The results show that by using descriptive statistical analysis of the industrial analysis model created by Porter, the "buyer power" dimension with the indicator "consumer bargaining power in determining product selling prices" has the highest score or the most influential when compared to other indicators. Meanwhile, the “intensity of competition” dimension with the indicator “industry concentration affecting business in creative industries” has the lowest score. However, all indicators are in the very high category, which means that all indicators have a very high influence on the success of creative MSMEs in Yogyakarta which supply their products to Hamzah Batik. With the increase in globalization and to increase national GDP, the authors suggest increasing the competitiveness of MSME creative products in Yogyakarta by expanding their market, such as exporting their products abroad.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of digital literacy and e-commerce on online purchasing decisions. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with research samples using online platforms and using a scale of digital literacy, e-commerce, and online purchasing decisions as well as a purposive sampling technique. The results of the research based on the results of statistical analysis of the coefficient of determination or (R square) have a value of 0.487 or 48.7%, this number means that the influence between digital literacy and e-commerce on online purchasing decisions is moderate. So by increasing high digital literacy it will enable individuals to more easily find, evaluate, and buy products or services through e-commerce.

Abstract

The implementation of Total Quality Management and its effect on product quality, at PT QRS is the aim of research using this quantitative method, using primary data and secondary data which are processed using quantitative descriptive research methods. Primary data was obtained through direct observation, interviews and questionnaires, and secondary data from various literary sources, scientific books, internet sources, journals and various articles. The population of this study were employees in the Final Inspecting section, with a sample of 88 people. Questionnaires as primary data were then analyzed with validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, analysis of the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using the t test and f test, which were processed with the help of the SPSS24 application. The results show that the implementation of Total Quality Management has a significant effect on the quality of PT QRS products.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of investment motivation, financial literacy and financial behavior on investment decisions. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive methods. The data processed is primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires with simple random sampling technique to students of the management study program at Sebelas April University. The research sample is 246 respondents. Data analysis was performed using the PLS (Partial Least Square) program. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of investment motivation, financial literacy and financial behavior on investment decisions. Financial literacy needs to be improved so that students are more motivated to make investments and have good finances for the future.

Abstract

The development of information technology is currently very rapidly affecting the community in supporting various business activities. Cibodas Village, one of the areas in Majalengka District, Majalengka Regency, West Java, has high regional potential in improving community welfare through home-based businesses made by the community itself. The purpose of this research is to find out the extent of the effectiveness of digital marketing in an effort to increase sales volume in order to get maximum profit. The method used is descriptive verification in which researchers describe the state of digital marketing in increasing sales volume. Correlation analysis is the analysis used in this study, partially testing the hypothesis to determine the effect. The conclusion in this study is that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on sales volume, meaning that the benefits of digital marketing on sales volume are needed because it will increase or decrease sales volume.

Abstract

This research uses a questionnaire and a quantitative approach to be descriptive. This study aims to ascertain how each independent variable, training instructors, training participants, training materials, training methods, and training objectives affects CV Agung Dipo Persada Sukabumi employees' work performance. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data based on partial tests of training instructor variables, training materials, training methods, and training purposes. The results showed that the trainee variables had no significant impact on employee work performance. There is a positive and significant influence on employee work performance simultaneously (Test F) among training instructors, participants, training materials, training methods, and training objectives, with a test F value of sig value 0.000 < 0.05, and the R Square test returned a value of 0.585. This indicates that the independent variable can explain 58.5 percent of the employee's work performance, while other variables can explain 41.5 percent.
