Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen
Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen (E-ISSN : 2615-4978, P-ISSN : 2086-4620) adalah jurnal ilmiah bidang manajemen yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia, yang semula dua kali dalam setahun, menjadi tiga kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. Jurnal ini mempublikasikan hasil penelitian berkaitan tentang konsep, teori, paradigma dan metodologi ilmu manajemen sesuai visi Program Studi Magister Manajemen Ikopin yaitu Unggul dalam menghasilkan lulusan magister manajemen yang berkualitas di bidang perkoperasian dan kewirausahaan untuk menghadapi persaingan global pada tahun 2027. Organizing medical records is a form of supporting administrative order and quality assurance in hospitals. The performance of doctors in filling RM is one of the factors in the service process at the hospital. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the performance of doctors. This type of analytical descriptive research uses a quantitative approach with an analytical observational research design with a cross sectional design. The population in this study was 57 with a sample size of 30 samples. Technical analysis of data using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis with multiple regression test. The results of the research on factors that have a significant effect, namely Satisfaction with the Work Itself, Satisfaction with Salary and Satisfaction with Leadership on Doctor Performance, with a p-value of satisfaction with the work itself of 0.037 <0.05. p-value of satisfaction with salary is 0.024 <0.05 and p-value of satisfaction with leadership is 0.002. As for what does not affect satisfaction with promotions on the performance of doctors, the p-value of promotion satisfaction is 0.847.

Every development of a country inevitably goes through a series of policies that must be implemented, including in the field of education. This study aims to collect evidence from scientific studies on the suitability of educational policy formulation with actual implementation. A series of related literature searches across various journals, publications, books and websites actively addresses educational policy and practice issues to support this research. We can use this data as study data after going through a series of studies related to the critical assessment data coding system and conclude after an in-depth interpretation of the data using a phenomenological approach. The data is completely valid and up-to-date. Based on the results of the research and discussion of this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of education policy is an action that is closely related to the way education is carried out with full responsibility, accountability in accordance with its duties. programmed by the constitution to improve the quality and accountability of education. The results of this study are expected to be an important input for efforts to develop similar research in future research activities.

This research was motivated by the decline in the income of Bamboo Craftsmen in Kampung Cibiru (Kampung Egrang) Cicantayan Village, Cicantayan District, Sukabumi Regency, West Java during the pandemic so that it was affected by the economic conditions of their families. In this case, researchers want to see how the economic condition of bamboo craftsmen's families after the Covid-19 Pandemic is whether it continues to decline or increase better. Through, Bamboo Craft Art, the people of Egrang Cibiru Village, Cicantayan Village, earn income that can be used to meet their daily needs while preserving and maintaining the Bamboo ecosystem around their residences. This research uses the Phenomenological Qualitative Research Method, which emphasizes how the conditions of people's life experiences in utilizing bamboo in everyday life. The results of this study show that there is a role for bamboo crafts in improving the family economy after the Covid-19 pandemic in Kp.Ciburu, Cicantayan Village, Cicantayan District, Sukabumi Regency.

The existence of culinary SMEs as the center of economic activity for most Indonesian people has begun to be displaced by the modern market. Therefore, improving service quality is important in increasing consumer loyalty in order to maintain it. Researchers conducted research with qualitative methods and used descriptive statistics to determine the 7P's marketing mix at "Gudeg Wijilan Hj Rini". The sampling technique used is random sampling with the number of respondents 30 people. As for the number of indicators, there are twenty-five that fit into the seven dimensions. In conveying messages about their products to consumers, all dimensions of the 7P marketing mix variable in "Gudeg Wijilan Hj Rini" fall into the high category. The dimension with the best score is promotion with a score of 4.93. Meanwhile, the dimension with the lowest score is process with a score of 4.58. The best indicator is "promotion through various media" with a score of 5.00. While the lowest indicator is "fast ordering process" with a score of 4.37. MSMEs in Indonesia have become the most important pillar for the economic ecosystem. It is known that 99% of business actors in Indonesia are in the MSME sector. The MSME sector is one of the main pillars of Indonesia's economic fundamentals. In fact, during the 1998 economic crisis, the MSME sector contributed positively in saving the Indonesian economic ecosystem at that time. The same thing happened during the Covid-19 pandemic, the MSME sector has great potential to become an accelerator of national economic recovery, therefore an entrepreneurial model is needed that can adapt to technological advances. The purpose of this research is to determine the internal control in managing the sales of MSME Partners as well as implementing Android-based applications in improving the internal control of the sales of MSME Partners. The stages of this research were carried out by means of a depth interview approach and also collecting data from several subsequent literatures by planning, designing and coding in implementing an Android-based application that can be applied. The results show that Android-based applications can help PCM seafood stalls improve internal control on cash sales transactions, Android-based applications also help retail businesses that are still using the old way of serving customers more effectively and efficiently. This system changes old methods to new ones that can improve business processes where all reports are recorded automatically so that employees can serve customers more efficiently and effectively. The new business process makes customers satisfied because they don't have to wait longer to get the desired product. Business revenue also increases by using the system because new customers can find and buy products online so customers who can't go to shop can buy them from the app and people who don't know about business can find them on the internet and can buy the desired products in the system

Satisfaction is part of the consumer's experience with a product or service being offered. Store image is a public perception of the company or its products, therefore for the company to have a good image is very important. The shop atmosphere is another important element in a reseller product warehouse. Retailers want to create unique store experiences that fit their target market and drive consumers to buy. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the relationship between the image of the store and the atmosphere of the grocery store in Karawang regency and to determine how much influence partially and simultaneously between the image of the store and the atmosphere of the shop on consumer satisfaction of Lotte Grosir in Karawang Regency. This research is quantitative research with descriptive and verivative research methods. The sample in this study were 100 Lotte Grosir consumers in Karawang Regency. simple random sampling, namely taking the sample randomly. The results showed that the shop image and the shop atmosphere had a strong relationship as indicated by the correlation value of 0.813. There is a partial and simultaneous influence between store image and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Lotte Grosir in Karawang Regency.

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of the size of a public accounting firm (KAP) on audit report lag, (2) to determine the effect of audit opinion on audit report lag and (3) to determine the effect of the size of a public accounting firm (KAP) and audit opinion on audit report lag. Research respondents are members of KAP Ernst & Young, KAP Deloitte, KAP Made Sudarma, Thomas & Dewi totaling 35 respondents. Based on the results of the study that (1) The size of the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) has a positive and significant influence on the Audit Report Lag, (2) That the Audit Opinion has a positive and significant influence on the Audit Report Lag and (3) That the Size of the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) and Audit Opinion have a positive and significant influence on the Audit Report Lag.

Geographically Subang Regency has a very complete earth surface starting from the mountain highlands to the coastal and sea lowlands with multi-ethnic and ethnic populations as well as uneven levels of education and the interests of the Subang people who tend to migrate to work and build areas outside Subang Regency, as for the industries and even the agricultural and service sectors are mostly filled by workers from outside the Subang area. The distribution of cooperatives in Subang Regency has not been evenly distributed due to various challenges, around 80% of the cooperatives were not able to hold an annual member meeting (RAT) and have not been able to provide excellent service for members and non-members so that the ability to manage cooperatives has not been maximized. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of the image of cooperatives in increasing public interest in cooperatives in Subang Regency. The research method used in this research is a descriptive analytic method with a case study approach to obtain in-depth data and information. The instrument used in this study was distributing questionnaires to the general public, students and civil servants as respondents. Based on the research result, it is known that members' responses regarding the role of cooperative image have a positive relationship to interest in cooperatives, but there are still some things with less criteria and need improvement in several aspects. In this study, there will be several efforts that must be made to increase the community's interest in cooperatives in Subang Regency, West Java Province.

The cooperative has been occurring poor performance, low competitiveness, lack of professionalism, unresponsiveness to changes in the business environment, inefficient management of the economy and business sector and the fragile banking system are fundamental weaknesses in cooperatives in Indonesia. The reputation of the Cooperative is a factor that Corporate Governance is one of the factors that can be analyzed as a lack of good relations between various stakeholders. The city of South Tangerang as a relatively new city has about 5 cooperatives that have been maintained by the Dinas Koperasi and have constraints such as reputation and cooperative governance. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach based on predetermined criteria. The results of this study are in the form of an overview of the cooperative management in South Tangerang and its recommendations.

Some research about economic restoration after covid-19 have been researched, but nothing is focused on discussing circular economy (CE). Circular economy is an alternative to reduce waste and fix the environment. CE maximizing benefit between economic and environment. This research is implemented by the CE approach of Ellen Macarthur Foundation, there is reduce, reuse, recycle, refurbish, and renew. The results of this research show that SME in Kabupaten Sumedang have enormous potential in improving their standard of living which combines economic and environment. As it supports a circular economy, the application based on technology is very helpful in the process of its implementation.
