Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen (E-ISSN : 2615-4978, P-ISSN : 2086-4620) adalah jurnal ilmiah bidang manajemen yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia, yang semula dua kali dalam setahun, menjadi tiga kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. Abstract

The scientific paper of Product Marketing Strategy of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) Through the Application of Digital Marketing is aims to discover the impact of digital marketing on the sale of MSME products, by comparing MSME that used digital marketing as a means of promotion and product sales with MSME that haven’t used the digital marketing, and to discover how to implement of digital marketing efforts to MSME in Cibunar Village, Rancakalong. In writing this scientific paper, the research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The research subject in this research are informants who provide research data through interviews and through purposive sampling technique. Based on the result of qualitative research with interview and observation techniques as well as the data that has been collected by the author, it can be concluded that digital marketing has a huge influence on product marketing because it can increase the sales volume and also increase the profits for MSME entrepreneurs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the potential leading sectors to be developed in Sumedang Regency. During the last 10 years, Sumedang's economy has been dominated by 3 main sectors. Of the three sectors and 14 other sectors, it is not yet known which one is the most superior and has the potential to be the main driving force of Sumedang's economy. This research method uses a sequential explanatory method, starting with LQ approach, Shift Share and overlay, then the results are followed by a qualitative approach by conducting a Focus Group Discussion with economic development stakeholders in Sumedang Regency. There are 11 sectors that are categorized as basic sectors, but there are only 2 sectors that are able to grow faster and have competitiveness compared to the same sector in West Java, namely the construction sector and the financial services sector and insurance. The agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors are considered to have the potential to be the main driver of the Sumedang economy because it is a basic sector, has competitiveness, being a resistant sector during the Covid-19 pandemic, as a support for food security, a natural social safety net, and strengthening rural economic activity.

Abstract

The development of accounting information technology has actually been going on for a long time. This is because the use of technology in accounting can save time and costs and the use of technology in accounting is considered very efficient. In order to provide accounting information, an information system known as the Accounting Information System (SIA) was created. A good accounting information system requires a good system design too. At Cooperative, data processing is still done manually using Microsoft Excel, which makes this cooperative vulnerable to recording errors. Apart from errors in recording, delays in delivering information can also occur due to ineffective recording. Therefore, this cooperative needs to use a cooperative accounting information system. Which this system will later be able to assist the cooperative in carrying out the existing transaction process in the cooperative effectively and efficiently and well computerized. Based on this, this study aims to determine the financial reporting accounting information system that has been implemented by the Cooperative and to design an application-based savings and loan cooperative financial reporting accounting information system in accordance with the needs of Cooperative. This study used qualitative and experimental methods, while the application design method used was a waterfall. The system development method used in this research is Netbeans IDE with Java programming language and Mysql as database storage and iReport to design financial statements.The results obtained from the analysis and design carried out is an accounting information system design that is able to support the operational needs of Cooperative. The superiority of the resulting system is that there is a treasurer who specifically manages the finances of the Cooperative so that the process of recording financial reporting runs effectively and efficiently which has been designed according to the needs of Cooperative

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and facilities influence on loyalty in the cafe. Hangout Sampit consumer satisfaction as an intervention variable. By taking the sample using nonprobability sampling technique where sampling does not provide equal opportunities or opportunities for each element or member of the population to be selected as samples. The results of the Hypothesis Test in this study for the variable service quality (X1) to the Loyalty variable (Y) with the coefficient path is positive 0.91 with a P value <0.001 less than 0.05 and R-Square is 0.84 which means Quality service has a positive effect on loyalty with a large influence of 84%. Hypothesis test results for the Facility variable (X2) on Loyalty (Y) with a positive Path Coefficients value of 0.90 with a p value <0.001 less than 0.05 and R-Square of 0.82 means that facilities have a positive effect on loyalty. with a large influence of 82%. Hypothesis test results for the variable Product Quality (X1) on Customer Satisfaction (Z) with the value of Path Coefficients having a positive value of 0.94 with a p value <0.001 less than 0.05 and R-Square having a value of 0.89 which means that service quality has an effect positive on consumer satisfaction with a large effect of 89%. %. Hypothesis test results for the Facility variable (X2) on customer satisfaction (Z) with a positive path coefficients value of 0.94 with a p value <0.001 less than 0.05 and R-Square value of 0.89, it means that facilities have a positive effect on Consumer satisfaction with the influence of 89%. Hypothesis test results for the variable Customer Satisfaction (Z) on Loyalty (Y) with the value of Path Coefficients having a positive value of 0.95 with a p value <0.001 less than 0.05 and R-Square having a value of 0.91 which means that customer satisfaction has a positive effect to Loyalty with a big influence of 91%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility of establishing a Provincial Distribution Center (PDP) in Purwakarta Regency, West Java which was assessed from the aspects of the Potential of Production Centers and Commodity Demand, Infrastructure, Socio-Economic Conditions, Environmental Conditions, Regional Spatial Plans, Regulations, Land and Actors. Distribution / Logistics Services. This research used Pairwise Comparison Matrix method. It was concluded that, Purwakarta Regency was deemed appropriate and sufficient in determining the criteria as a Provincial Distribution Center.

Abstract

Tax Avoidance has its own uniqueness because one side of tax avoidance is permissible, but on the other hand tax avoidance is undesirable because it will harm state revenues. (Judi and Setiyono, 2012). Ten years ago Indonesia had an illegal flow of money of Rp2,254 trillion, this was due to the practice of tax evasion and tax avoidance that occurred in the palm oil sector which cost the country Rp.45.9 trillion (Republika article, 2015). This study aims to find empirical evidence about the effect of retrun on assets, debt to equity ratio, the proportion of independent commissioners and company size on tax avoidance. The sample in this study were 255 company data by determining the sample using a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 51 companies. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that retrun on assets and firm size affect tax avoidance. Debt to equity ratio and the proportion of independent board of commissioners have no effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

The DP Mall Semarang shopping center before 2018 looked empty from visitors, because the mall was considered unattractive. Tenant choices, building designs, and facilities are considered less attractive for consumers to visit. However, in mid-2018 DP Mall Semarang carried out a repositioning by renovating the building and adding international tenants and brands. DP Mall also uses social media Instagram to reach consumers because it is easier and cheaper. This study aims to determine whether the repositioning attractiveness of DP Mall Semarang can affect the frequency of consumer visits. Then social media literacy is used which is expected to strengthen the influence of the attractiveness of repositioning on the frequency of visits, because researchers see that social media literacy is currently very much needed in social media. This type of research is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 152 visitors to DP Mall Semarang. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using the SPSS application. The results showed that repositioning attractiveness had a positive effect on the frequency of visits. However, high consumer social media literacy can weaken the effect of repositioning attractiveness on the frequency of consumer visits.

Abstract

Quality human resources will be able to show good performance achievements. Several performance factors can be seen from motivation, work environment, work culture and so on. This needs to be taken into account by companies including Machine and Machine Tool Industrial Companies for Metal Working in the International Industrial City (KIIC) Area. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, work environment, work culture on employee performance. The research method used is through a quantitative approach with the analytical method used is path analysis. Simple random sampling is a sampling technique used, where the sample used is 82 out of a population of 116 people. The results showed that partially work motivation has a significant positive effect on performance by 13.96%, the work environment has a significant positive effect on performance by 19.97% and work culture has a significant positive effect on performance by 32.50%. The conclusion obtained in this study is that work motivation, work environment and work culture simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on performance by 67.50%. Because work motivation, work environment and work culture are inseparable parts of improving performance.

Abstract

The increasing of plastic industry growth in Indonesia have bump-up potential of plastic pellets requirement as well, which the nature source of plastic pellets itself restricted and limited. Those will impact to plastic pellets import high demand especially for food and beverages area who use them. Strict competition and challenges to the restriction of plastic raw material usage need attention on product, price, raw material, and impact to the sales. The purpose of this study was to describe of product, price, raw material, and impact to sales, analyze the correlation value and the effect among them. This study was conducted use quantitative research method with descriptive approach and survey method. This study conducted in PT. Hon Chuan Indonesia with 118 respondents as representative from their customer data. Based on research result marketing strategy, product, price, raw material, and sales was in approve category descriptively. And it has 1) a fairly strong and strong correlation range between product and price, 2) significant positive partially effect between product, price, and raw material 3) simultaneously effect between product, price, and raw material 4) influence between raw material and sales.

Abstract

Talent management and knowledge management are important forces in improving employee performance. This study aims to determine and prove the effect of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is a survey method with associative research type. Population and sample in this research are permanent employees of PT. Sinjaraga Santika Sport Majalengka as many as 88 people. Data was collected through a questionnaire in the form of a list of statements, the method of data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that talent management and knowledge management have a positive and significant effect on employee performance either partially or simultaneously.
