Abstract

Flooding is a natural event that can have serious impacts on ecosystems, the economy and human life. In efforts to mitigate and control flood risks, early warning plays an important role in providing quick information to the public and the authorities. In this context, the application of the Internet of Things (IoT) provides an innovative solution by utilizing the latest technology to create an efficient and accurate flood early warning system. This research is intended to create a prototype river water level monitoring system using NodeMCU and the Telegram application programming interface as a first step in anticipating flooding. The main objective is to provide assistance to supervisory officers in monitoring river water levels in real time. This research method includes the development and integration of sensors connected to an IoT network to accurately detect changes in water level. The system also implements efficient data analysis algorithms to determine whether conditions require early warning. Telegram was chosen as communication platform to convey warning messages to the public. The IoT device is connected to a buzzer which will provide a sound warning when the water level reaches a threshold. The research results obtained show that water level conditions in the range of 2cm-50cm are categorized as Alert 1 status, so the buzzer (Alarm) is On. In the 51cm-99cm range, the status is Alert 2, and in the 100cm-400cm range the status is Alert 3 with the buzzer Off. Apart from that, via the Telegram bot the status of Alert 3, Alert 2, and Alert 1 will be informed

Abstract

When the eyes experience interference, the sufferer will be very uncomfortable in doing their daily activities. In an expert system, the Certainty Factor methods are used to determine the percentage of possible eye diseases suffered and provide accurate diagnostic information based on research conducted. The expert system developed to diagnose eye disease has been successfully implemented using knowledge which includes 22 symptoms and 6 types of related diseases. The purpose of this study is to explore the symptoms displayed in the form of questions in order to diagnose the type of disease with web management system-based software. So that later it gives the results of the percentage of diagnosis of eye disease after based on the symptoms suffered. Of course this research can help experts in dealing with existing problems and make it easier for the general public to get information about eye diseases directly consult through the system without having to check with an eye doctor first, can also provide relief for the underprivileged people who want to consult directly with experts only through Web application.

Abstract

Learning is an activity which is extremely needed to improve someone’s self-development, especially in the teaching and learning process which can be seen every year because learning activities are always changing. This change occurs because technological developments are increasingly rapid day by day, technological developments are so rapid that we cannot miss any information, especially in the field of education. This research aims to develop flash-based learning media for counting and recognizing the alphabet and hijaiyah letters. The preschool of Al-Wasilah is one of the preschools whose learning process still uses the K13 curriculum and the process of counting and recognizing the alphabet and hijaiyah letters is still traditional, which uses pictures or posters and blackboards. Current technological developments should be able to be utilized because they can foster students’ learning. The research method used is research and development with stages of developing learning media and testing learning media, so that it can help increase effectiveness, especially for children aged 2-6 years. By using Adobe Flash, it can improve more effective learning outcomes in the subjects of Numeracy and Recognizing Alphabet Letters and Hijaiyah Letters.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a geographic information system with spatial data visualization containing the location of East Lombok souvenir shops, shop information and directions that will be presented to visitors or users. The research targets were carried out in several sub-districts in the East Lombok Regency area which have souvenir shops. This is an effort to introduce craft products and food and drinks that are characteristic of the East Lombok Regency area. The data used in this research is by collecting map data of the East Lombok Regency area using Google Map API and Google Map Direction Service, interviews with shop owners, data collection on coordinate points and several other supporting data. The result of this research is that a web-based geographic information system for East Lombok souvenir shops has been built using the Google Maps API which makes it easy for web users to find out the position of East Lombok souvenir shops, where there is shop information and shop position. , items for sale and directions to the desired store.

Abstract

Risk management plays a crucial role in securing the sustainability and growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Amidst the ever-changing complexity of the business environment, an efficient approach is needed to identify, analyze, and address the risks faced by MSMEs. This research aims to investigate the implementation of web-based Decision Support Systems (DSS) using the Certainty Factor method as a risk management strategy for MSMEs. The risk data obtained will be used to build a knowledge base in the form of a decision support system integrated into a web application. The implementation of web-based DSS provides wide accessibility advantages for MSMEs in managing risks. By utilizing the web application, MSME stakeholders can identify relevant risks in their field of business, analyze the impact and probability of each risk, and receive appropriate action recommendations. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of web-based DSS using the Certainty Factor method is effective in supporting MSMEs in risk management. MSMEs that utilize this application can make more informed and timely risk decisions, reducing potential losses. Therefore, it is hoped that this research can make a significant contribution to enhancing the resilience of MSMEs in facing the complexities of the business environment.

Abstract

The implementation of the information system requires strategic planning in an organization so that the benefits of implementing an information system can be felt more optimally, this will be applied to high school schools in Jakarta. The problems faced by schools are quite diverse, starting with the management of school data to performance evaluations and the need for an integrated system for each division to support the organization's business processes. Strategic planning is made with targeted targets such as alignment of information systems in academic & non-academic processes and school data management, improving performance in infrastructure management, and increasing competitiveness by creating a website-based system for school promotion. Goals can be achieved by aligning the information system strategy with the organization's business strategy. To determine the information system strategy, the organization's current business strategy is needed. This information system strategic planning research was conducted using the Ward Peppard method. This method helps to be able to understand the organization more deeply before strategic planning is made. It includes SWOT  analysis, Value Chain, PEST, Critical Success Factor, and Mcfarlan's Strategic Grid analysis  in the form of strategy recommendations from the results of internal and external environmental analysis of school information systems, and application portfolios will be mapped to be applied to school organizations to achieve expected business goals

Abstract

In the current pandemic era where learning media is done online, information technology is needed to help online learning media. Video Game is one of the information technology software that is currently developing, there are lots of devices that can be used to play video games such as computers, laptops, smartphones, etc. Since the era of the Video Game era, many genres of games were created, one of which is “Endless Runner”. Due to the lack of interest in mathematics which makes elementary school achievement low in Indonesia, for this reason the author tries to make an Android-based 3D Educational Game “Endless Runner” using the Unity3D application with the C # language program and researched using GDLC for learning mathematics  cause the genre of this game is suitable for children, where there is no violence, pornography or sara in the Game “Endless Runner”. This game can be played when you have free time and anywhere because the Game “Endless Runner” is made for Android. Learning tools using the Game “Endless unner” helps children love math lessons

Abstract

The influence of global culture and modernization in the field of technology has had a major impact on the field of education, especially in learning and teaching methods. The technology which keeps developing rapidly and provides great opportunities to improve the quality and effectiveness of learning media is Artificial Intelligence technology. Based on the results of observations and interviews, 85% of the 19 third-grade students at SDN 3 Sekarteja found it difficult to recognize and read the Sasak script language in local content lessons. This research aims to overcome students' difficulties in recognizing and reading the Sasak script language at SDN 3 Sekarteja through the development of mobile-based interactive learning media that utilizes Artificial Intelligence tools to create, so that they can be used as a means of teaching and learning activities. This research was carried out using the methods of problem analysis, data collection, design stage, design stage, development stage, trial and implementation. The results showed a very good response which was evidenced by the results of testing interactive learning media showing a good response: the absence of errors and getting very good results regarding the implementation of interactive learning media at SDN 3 Sekarteja from the results of the questionnaire.

Abstract

Students with disabilities are students who experience physical, intellectual, mental and/or sensory limitations for a long period of time, who in interacting with the environment can experience obstacles and difficulties in participating fully and effectively with the people around them. Students with disabilities need special ways and methods to determine children's development, especially in their reading literacy. Children's reading comprehension levels need to be measured and tested to make it easier to group study groups. The grouping of children's reading comprehension is grouped based on the child's level of understanding, namely basic level, letter level, word level, sentence level, paragraph level and description level. Grouping can be done by testing and measuring children's level of understanding based on these levels. This can be done quickly and accurately if supported by an information system that answers these needs. The aim of this research is to create an information system for mapping the reading literacy of students with disabilities against student difficulties. The system also makes it easier for teachers or agencies to identify children's reading abilities so that they can be grouped based on level and difficulty

Abstract

Public health is part of a lifestyle that is used to prevent disease, extend life span, and improve the quality of human resources. Therefore, it is very necessary to study public health from various aspects, so that the goals and targets to be achieved can be realized. One of the studies presented was the use of contraceptives for rural communities, especially rural communities in Suralaga District, East Lombok Regency - West Nusa Tenggara. The use of contraceptives, which is one of the methods used in implementing family planning, is still at a relatively low level. Based on the data held relating to this matter, analysis and data processing are needed in determining the decisions to be taken to determine the effect of contraceptives in improving public health. Data processing and analysis is carried out using the Random Forest algorithm, which is due to the appropriate characteristics of the datasets used. To get the best results or performance in determining the level of accuracy, the datasets used have 10 attributes, namely: full name, age, last education, couple of childbearing age, age at first pregnancy, age at first birth, ready for birth control, contraceptives, following the contact program, and birth distance. The accuracy obtained was 71.99% with the decision tree output that the most common and efficient contraceptives used in the Suralaga District area were birth control pills and birth control injections.
