Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi, menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses pembelajaran guru tidak menggunakan media pembelajaran dan tidak melibatkan siswa secara langsung. Hal ini mengakibatkan kurang maksimalnya keterampilan menyimak cerita siswa. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran menyimak cerita, mendeskripsikan hasil belajar menyimak cerita siswa, serta mendeskripsikan kendala yang dialami selama pelaksanaan pembelajaran menyimak cerita dengan menggunakan media film animasi dan cara mengatasinya. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, tes dan catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas IV MIN 17 Pidie. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlaksanaan aktivitas pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I nilai ketercapaian yang diperoleh sebesar 69,12 dan siklus II sebesar 84,06. Semua kendala yang ada dapat diatasi dengan baik pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media film animasi dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak cerita rakyat siswa kelas IV MIN 17 Pidie. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan, Menyimak cerita, Media, Film animasi, Siswa ABSTRACT Based on the results of observations, it shows that in the learning process the teacher does not use learning media and does not involve students directly. This results in not maximal listening to students' story skills. The objectives to be achieved are to describe the implementation of learning to listen to stories, describe the learning outcomes of listening to students' stories, and describe the obstacles experienced during the learning process of listening to stories using animated film media and how to overcome them. The research design used was PTK (Classroom Action Research). Data collection techniques using observation techniques, tests and field notes. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The research subjects were teachers and students of class IV MIN 17 Pidie. The results showed that the implementation of learning activities had increased. In the first cycle, the achievement value obtained was 69.12 and the second cycle was 84.06. All the existing obstacles can be overcome properly in cycle II. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the use of animated film media can improve the students' listening skills of folklore class IV MIN 17 Pidie. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in student learning outcomes by applying the Assure Type Cooperative Learning Model to students, especially class V SD Negeri 2 Manuru, Buton Regency. Data collection techniques in this study were observation and tests which included observation, documentation and written tests. The results of this study were an increase in student learning outcomes in the material of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) in the PPKn subject through the Assure Type Cooperative Learning Model in grade V SD Negeri 2 Manuru Buton Regency. The percentage of classical completeness before applying the model was only 56%, then classical completeness increased to 68% in cycle I and in cycle II the percentage of classical completeness reached 92%. Thus, it can be concluded that the Assure type of cooperative learning model improves the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Manuru Buton district in the PPKn subject.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi profesionalisme dengan kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 2 Baubau. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian korelasional. Penelitian korelasi berkaitan dengan pengumpulan data untuk menentukan ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dan seberapakah tingkat hubungannya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat kompetensi profesionalisme, motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 2 Baubau berada pada kategori sedang, kompetensi profesionalisme mempunyai hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 2 Baubau yang berarti bahwa semakin tinggi kompetensi profesionalisme maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja guru, motivasi kerja mempunyai hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 2 Baubau yang berarti bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi kerja maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja guru dan kompetensi profesionalisme dan motivasi kerja mempunyai hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 2 Baubau. Apabila kompetensi profesionalisme dan motivasi kerja ditingkatkan maka kinerja guru dapat meningkat

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui identitas masyarakat Buton melalui konsep berkeluarga yang terdapat dalam Kabanti Kaluku Panda. Hasil penelitian dalam kabanti Kaluku Panda tersebut di dalamnya mengandung konsep-konsep ketuhanan, konsep seks dan konsep berkehidupan sosial baik dalam bermasyarakat maupun tata cara dalam membina sebuah keluarga. Konsep berumah tangga pada masyarakat Buton adalah konsep yang mengikuti ajaran agama islam dalam membangun rumah tangga, yakni konsep sakinah, mawaddah wa rohmah dan senantiasa menjaga kesetiaan dalam hubungan. Larangan yang paling fatal dalam pernikahan yakni adanya pelanggaran batas atau zina maka hukumannya sangatlah berat. Adapun prosesi menuju kehidupan dalam berumah tangga di masyarakat Buton sangatlah detil dan panjang urutannya. Dimulai dari persiapan, pemilihan, prosesi pernikahan hingga konsep seks dalam berhubungan setelah berumah tangga menjadi konsep nilai yang sangat berharga demi terciptanya sebuah generasi yang baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan media lagu dalam pembelajaran menulis cerpen bagi siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Swasta Talaga Besar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan antara siswa yang menulis cerpen dengan menggunakan media lagu dengan siswa yang menulis cerpen tanpa menggunakan media lagu . Ini dibuktikan oleh perbedaan perolehan nilai rata-rata yaitu 8,8 untuk yang menggunakan media lagu dan 7,6 bagi yang tidak menggunakan media lagu. Pengolahan data penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti dengan nilai t, yang menunjukkan bahwa t hitung bernilai 1,78 sedang harga t tabel menunjukkan 1,67 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan taraf kebebasan (db) 58. Jadi harga t hitung lebih besar daripada harga t tabel. Dengan demikian, dilihat dari hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa media lagu efektif diterapkan dalam pembelajaran menulis cerpen oleh siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Swasta Talaga Besar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman membaca teks menggunakan media cerita bergambar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, dengan menggunakan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman membaca teks pada siswa dengan media cerita bergambar. Adapun data hasil penelitian yaitu hasil tes pra siklus, ada 6 siswa yang tuntas atau 42,85% , siklus I ada 15 orang siswa yang tuntas atau 71,42% sedangkan hasil tes siklus II ada 19 orang siswa yang tuntas atau 90.47% dari seluruh siswa yang mendapat nilai ≥ 65.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of classroom management to enhance the students' interest in learning in Grade V of State Elementary School 2 Bone-Bone. This study is a field research using a qualitative descriptive method. Qualitative descriptive method involves describing data using words that correspond to the obtained data. The data collection techniques used in this research include observation, interviews, and documentation study. These three techniques are utilized to obtain the expected data. The research findings conclude that prior to teaching, teachers should create a classroom management plan and implement it through the application of classroom management principles and approaches, while consistently monitoring classroom management by considering factors and obstacles. Specifically, the research findings can be described as follows: 1) Classroom management planning should be carried out by creating a plan before entering the classroom; 2) Classroom management implementation aims to establish a good relationship with the school community by applying the principles of warmth and enthusiasm, challenge, variety, appreciation, emphasizing positive aspects, and discipline; 3) Ongoing supervision is conducted by the school principal over the teaching process; 4) Supportive and inhibiting factors significantly influence classroom management by teachers

Abstract

This study aims to explain teachers' efforts in overcoming reading learning difficulties in grade II students of Gonda State Elementary School, Baubau City. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The study subjects used were grade II teachers, with 23 students consisting of 11 female and 12 male students. The method or technique of data collection used is observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The research results on teachers' efforts in overcoming reading learning difficulties in grade II students of Gonda State Elementary School in Baubaubau City have two steps: choosing and implementing effective learning strategies and learning methods. The learning strategy used is introducing the alphabet to students first, Utilizing reading corners, conducting tutoring, and habituating to reading together during the learning process. The learning method is by approaching students and giving reading practice tasks and giving interesting reading spelling books. The forms of teacher efforts are expected to effectively overcome students' reading learning difficulties, especially in grade II students of Gonda State Elementary School in Baubau City.

Abstract

Madiun is a city in East Java Province, Indonesia. The fourth largest city in East Java, after Surabaya, Malang, and Kediri, is 160 km west of Surabaya, or 111 km east of Surakarta, Central Java. The fourth largest city in East Java after Surabaya, Malang and Kediri. This city has a railroad industry (INKA) and a railroad high school. Based on the data above, the social capital owned by the city of Madiun must be maintained and increased from time to time as the times change and progress. Therefore, society and the world. Education in Madiun must keep up with the times by updating or reforming, learning innovations to be at the forefront, and at least not to be left behind. Higher-order thinking, known as higher-order thinking skills (HOTS), is an educational reform concept based on learning taxonomies (such as Bloom's taxonomy). The idea is that some types of learning require more cognitive processing than others but have more general benefits. The problem is that the busyness of teachers and the community and the lack of time to think about and carry out updates make teachers less active in implementing innovations or reforms in education. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to provide education and training on various ways of updating learning. The implementation method is carried out through lectures, demonstrations, and workshops to school inspectors and school principals in Madiun. Evaluation of the pretest results regarding the HOTS workshop showed that understanding increased by 19% with indicators during the activity, 90% of the participants were enthusiastic about practicing it, and 100% had made updates by carrying out HOTS-based learning. This community service is one of the PGRI Madiun University programs that implement the Tri Dharma of Higher Education by conducting training on implementing HOTS-based learning.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan karakter positif dalam masyarakat melalui penggunaan media poster. Di era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi, penting bagi kita untuk memperkuat nilai-nilai moral dan etika di tengah-tengah arus informasi yang cepat dan seringkali mengarah pada perilaku yang tidak baik. Melalui media poster, kami berupaya menyampaikan pesan-pesan positif yang dapat membentuk dan menanamkan karakter yang kuat dan bertanggung jawab pada siswa. di SD Negeri 1 Katobenngke kota Baubau.
