Abstract

With the development of science and technology, this pest and rice disease information can not only be obtained through consultation with experts, but also can be known through an expert system. This will help the consumer to facilitate in consultation on diseases and pests of rice plants. The results obtained from this study are: This system can help facilitate the community in detecting damage to his crops caused by pests and diseases. Able to provide diagnostic results based on the symptoms found. Implementation of forward chaining method is able to answer the problem of society in analyzing the type of disease or pest causing damage to rice plant based on the collected knowledge

Abstract

The Integrated Village of Inhil Jaya (DMIJ) Plus Program, is the flagship program of the Government of Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research is to find out the implementation of the Integrated Maju Inhil Jaya Plus Village (DMIJ) program, the impact of the implementation and the constraints of the Integrated DMIJ Plus program in Danau Pulai Indah Village and Karya Tani Village. The research method used a qualitative research approach, with evaluative research types by case studies. Sources of data obtained through observation, documents, and in-depth interviews (indepth interview), with key informants; Village Heads, Village Officials, BPD, LKMD, community leaders and community group representatives. The results of the study, showed that the implementation of the Maju Inhil Jaya Village program in Danau Pulai Indah Village and Karya Tani Village covered 4 (four) fields of activities that were not fully implemented, the program implementation was still conservative-involutive. The integrated DMIJ Plus program has a positive impact on the field of village governance, the field of village development, and the field of village community development can also be said to be good. while the field of village community empowerment, the desired results have not been good or less than the maximum. The impact of the DMIJ program has not been fully felt by the community, the contribution of the program is still minimal in the field of community empowerment. The constraints are the still limited quality of the human resources of the program implementers, and the program target communities.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of rice husk ash on yield and growth of peanut plants. This research has been carried out in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture of the Islamic University of Indragiri Tembilahan, Tembilahan Hulu District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The time of the study began from April to July 2017. This research was a field trial using the Randomized Block Design (RBD) method which consisted of 6 levels of treatment, they are; without rice husk ash, 1 ton/ha of rice husk ash, 2 tons/ha of rice husk ash, 3 tons/ha of rice husk, 4 tons/ha ash rice husk ash, and 5 tons/ha of rice husk ash. Each treatment was repeated three times to obtain 18 trial plots in the field. Data of this study were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results showed that the administration of rice husk ash with various treatment doses, had a significant influence on the growth and yield of peanut plants. The treatment that has the best effect on the growth and yield of peanut plants has been found, which is an average of 3 tons/ha and 5 tons/ha.

Abstract

Plantation is one of the backbone of economy, Indragiri Hilir (Inhil), Riau. One of them is coconut, with the big potential of coconut, Indragiri Hilir made the coconut palm as superior product. Sometimes, there is lack of knowledge and information about the coconut quality. This research aimed to apply the weighted product (WP), an application of selecting the coconut quality, which can solve the problem for coconut seller in order to get the information. Therefore, in order to know the price and quality of coconut by using the weighted product (WP) method, it has to use multiplication to connect attribute value, where the value must be raised first with the weight of the attribute in question. By using the weighted product (WP) method of decision support, then implemented into a system that determines the level of importance in each criteria, they are; price and weight. The source of knowledge system is obtained by collecting data and information. This software is expected to help to determine the quality of coconut to the buyer of coconut and farmer.

Abstract

The Kempas District is one of the area that has the opportunity to develop food commodities, namely rice, especially wet rice. The rice productivity of Kempas District is higher than other districts in Indragiri Hilir Regency with a productivity yield of 39.96 kw / ha with an area of 2,300 ha. This study aimed to (1) determine the performance of agricultural instructors; (2) find out the level of farmer empowerment and farmer independence. This research was carried out in Kempas Jaya Village, Kempas District, Indragiri Hilir Regency for three months, October 2017 - December 2017. The type of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from interviews and questionnaires. Secondary data were obtained from information related to agricultural extension in Kempas District and online journals. The research method is quantitative through 30 rice farmers in Kempas Jaya District. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis with a Likert scale. The results showed (1) the performance of extension workers in Kempas Jaya was "quite good" with a percentage of 73.3%; (2) the level of empowerment of farmers in Kempas Jaya village is "very empowered" with a percentage of 60.0% and the independence of farmers in Kempas Jaya village is "Very Independent" with a percentage of 60.0%.

Abstract

The modelling of Indragiri Hilir drainage basin is very necessary, considered by Indragiri Hilir area which sometimes overflows into residential areas and disturbs residents' activities. Conceptual analysis of water discharge through the Ihacres software could help to analyze the flow of Indragiri Hilir drainage basin. Rainfall-runoff modeling is used to predict runoff values, one of which is the IHACRES model. The IHACRES model produces nonlinear loss module parameters and linear hydrograph module units. AWLR that will be used is Kuantan Rengat station, Rain Data that will be used are from Tembilahan station and climatology from Air Molek station. Determination of the success of the model used equation R2 and R to calculate the deviation that occurs. The calibration, verification and simulation phase starts in 2010-2015. The result of conceptual analysis of water discharge of Indragiri Hilir drainage basin, In the calibration stage of the IHACRES Model, the best scheme is scheme 2 with R2 value 0.861 and R value 0.864. While the verification phase is carried out with the following year the best scheme is scheme 3 with the highest R2 value with R2 -2,550 and R-value 1,603 and the simulation scheme is the best scheme 5 with R2-1,904 and R-1,341.

Abstract

The problem that is often encountered in the reporting progress system is that village employees still often use consultant services to prepare DMIJ project reports, so they require additional costs for consulting services, not to mention the time required to complete so many DMIJ project reports. So that with the progress reporting information system and applications that will be designed, it can help the work process of village employees so that they no longer need consultant services in order to save budget costs and time. Then, the solution that expected for the web-based DMIJ physical work activity information system uses the Development Life System (SDLC) method, could help the employees in order to prepare the project report progress more quickly and precisely.

Abstract

The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Indonesia carrying out the mandate contained in the global development agenda / Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). Long-term development in Indonesia is threatened by environmental degradation and climate change shown by the status as one of the biggest producers of greenhouse gas emissions and plastic waste in the world. SDG is a diffusion of innovation activity is targeting the role of youth in its process towards sustainable development. By using the main theory Diffusion of Innovation and with descriptive qualitative research methods, the result has shown that the diffusion of innovation UNDP is not so complicated, but still has difficulty in including the agent of change, therefore it needs a direct approach that is friendly and easy for the youth to understand. UNDP Indonesia diffuses the innovations through internet and events/programs through the contribution of the agent of change.

Abstract

The cost control is a very important aspect in project management. Poor cost control often results in project construction costs that differ from planned costs. The applying of the Earned Value Concept method for analytical calculations requires the following data: Implementation time along with the S curve; Volume data of each work item; Percentage of work weighted; Standard daily reports, weekly reports, and monthly project reports; Actual project financial data and SPI. The stage of data analysis for each job are: determining of BCWS (Budgete Cost Of Work Schedule); BCWP (Budgeted Cost of Work Performed; ACWP (Actual Cost of Work performed) Analysis of variance and performance index from the Earned Value Concept method. It consists of: Cost Variance (CV) and Schedule Variance (SV), Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI). The results of the analysis of the applied of the Earned Value Concept method of PT. Riau Maju Cemerlang obtained a gross cost gain of around Rp. 173,591,516.52 or 5.00% of the total construction price without VAT value. The initial planning time for project work began on 26 July and the initial planning time ended on 17 December (145 HK) turned out to be 27 December (155 HK). The applied of the Result Value Concept method to the project can find out the remaining value of the project costs for the remaining work and how much the total cost has been used for the project.

Abstract

The DMIJ program is a noble program from the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government to advance the villages in this district. The community is a welfare target as well as an element driving the success of the DMIJ program. This program is one of the government's flagship programs to advance villages in Inhil Regency. There are not many scientific studies have specifically addressed this program. There are actors who must work together in order to achieve the goal of this program. In addition, the factors that influence the success of this program must be maximized by these actors and implemented in a sustainable manner. This journal explained what matters should be the District Government in order to maximize the activities that will be carried out at the Integrated DMIJ Plus. This journal discussed how important the role of the community is in the DMIJ program and what factors can influence community participation. This journal is expected to become a consideration for the government to win the hearts of the people so that they are willing to work together to make the DMIJ program a success
