Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat dalam pengolahan data penerimaan dan penyaluran raskin di Desa Rumbai Jaya Kecamatan Kempas Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir sesuai kriteria yang telah ditentukan serta tepat sasaran. Penyajian informasi yang tepat serta akurat menjadi salah satu perhatian penting dari pemerintah desa Rumbai Jaya dan juga masyarakat penerima manfaat, begitu pula dalam pelayanan kemasyarakatan pada proses penyaluran Raskin. Program pemberian bantuan Raskin merupakan program pemerintah yang dilaksanakan secara nasional seluruh wilayah indonesia. Penggabungan dua keterangan tadi menjadi fokus penulis untuk membuat sistem informasi yang terbuka. Desa Rumbai Jaya menjadi tempat penelitian dan implementasi sistem yang sudah dirancang. Sistem yang sudah dirancang berbasis website yang menyajikan informasi tentang warga penerima raskin dan hasil penyaluran Raskin serta didukung analisa dan pengembangan sistem informasi serta bahasa pemograman HTML dan PHP yang koneksikan ke MySQL sebagai database. Menjadikan sistem informasi ini layak untuk digunakan sebagai rujukan bagi pemerintah dalam proses penyaluran Raskin. Sehingga proses penyaluran Raskin ini semakin merata dan akurat, serta dapat mendukung program pemerintah dalam pengurangan angka kemiskinan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah tindakan kelas atau Clasroom Action Reseach. Masalah ditindak adalah dari rendahnya Kemampuan Menyelesaikan Operasi Hitung Siswa Kelas Ia SD Negeri 015 Sungai Salak Kecamatan Tempuling. Masalah belajar ini diatasi dengan menerapkan Metode Latihan Siap dengan perumusan masalah: Apakah penerapan Metode Latihan Siapdapat meningkatkan kemampuan hasil belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas Ia SD Negeri 015 Sungai Salak Kecamatan Tempuling? Penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Kemampuan hasil belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas Ia SD Negeri 015 Sungai Salak Kecamatan Tempuling dengan cara menerapkan Metode Latihan Siap. Penelitian diharapkan bermanfaat bagi penulis, siswa, SD Negeri 015 Sungai Salak Kecamatan Tempuling, dan Dinas Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan tindakan bahwa dengan menerapkan Metode Latihan Siap di kelas Ia SD Negeri 015 Sungai Salak Kecamatan Tempuling dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar secara signifikan. Sebelum tindakan dilakukan, nilai rata-rata adalah 49,21, atau dengan kurang baik; pada siklus I menjadi 63,83, atau cukup; dan siklus II menjadi 82,08 atau baik. Sebelum tindakan dilakukan, siswa yang tuntas belajar pada KKM 65 hanya hanya 7siswa atau 29,17%; siklus I menjadi 12 siswa atau 50.00%: pada siklus II menjadi 22 siswa atau 91,66%; Hasil pengamatan, penulis dan Siswa Kelas Ia SD Negeri 015 Sungai Salak Kecamatan Tempuling kelihatan mengerti dengan Metode Latihan Siap dan mereka dapat bekerjasama dalam belajar. Penggunaan metode latihan siap berhasil mengatasi masalah rendahnya meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika pada siswa kelas IaSD Negeri 015 Sungai Salak Kecamatan Tempuling pada siklus II tahun ajaran 2016/2017.

Abstract

The problem of coconut plantation in Indragiri Hilir Regency especially in Gaung Anak Serka District is water puddle that inundated coconut plantation due to tidal effect causing the productivity of coconut plantation to decrease. Until now there has been no good solution other than the improvement of the air conditioning trio, embankment, valve door and channel (secundary channel). Based on survey results that have been done the problem of the arrival of air puddles that inundated this coconut plant is damaged or damaged embankment that protect coconut garden from water channeled. The water that inundated the coconut plantations already contains salinity due to mingling with sea water. At the time of the air tidal air pressure that continues to hit the wall of the goruling dike becomes eroded. This research describes how the mitigation of the impact of existing problems is by designing the construction of dikes and valve doors using coconut wood composite that is widely available in Indragiri Hilir area. The coconut wood is used as a substitution material to strengthen the embankment structure and the door of the valve. Utilization of coconut wood composite technology with technical and environmental quality can be one of the solutions needed to improve the productivity of coconut plantations.

Abstract

BUMDes is a village enterprise managed by the community and village government in an effort to strengthen the village economy and is shaped based on village needs and potentials. BUMDes is a pillar of the village economy that functions as a social and commercial institution that stands in the interest of the community and seeks profit. This study aims to determine the role of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Lancang Kuning to improving the economic community in Rumbai Jaya Village Kempas Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency. The methode of research is qualitative discriptive, only describing the resulth of i nterview. The resulth of research showed the BUMDes Lancang Kuning have role to improve economic of user of BUMDes. It show by parameters : (1) increase of business ( 76,20% respondent ), (2) increase of income (76,20% respondent ), (3) increase of household properties (57,10% respondent).

Abstract

This SDGs Data Mapping exercise helps us to estimate readiness of Indragiri Hilir in applying proposed SDGs indicators to measure SDGs targets; for which indicator data improvement is required and where the data gaps exist. SDGs consist of 17 goals, 169 targets and 241 Indicators. In order to be able to measure the achievements of the SDGs targets, set of indicators are required and data needs to be available to apply those indicators. The exercise was conducted through desk review method by mapping for each SDGs Target existing relevant indicators used or proposed in the local documents: Indragiri Hilir Medium- Term Development Plan 2013-2018 (RPJMD) and others relevant documents as required. The indicators mapping then followed by data mapping for each indicator based on the availabity and quality of data from Statistics Agency (BPS) and line Agencies. The indicators mapping showed 16 goals, 46 targets dan 67 Indicators relevant.

Abstract

Marketing a products needs an effective marketing strategy, with the aim that in addition to being able to meet the needs and wants of target consumers, also get positioning as well as reaching a broad market-share. Personally, everyone needs to "marketing yourself" to get a positive positioning and at the same time become top of mind in the minds of others. The process of "marketing yourself" activities can begin by building and promoting personal branding as a major part of the communication tools and processes with the target market and the general public, where their success is indicated by an optimal mind-share and heart-share; meaning the more extensive and in-depth attainment of mind-share and heart-share by a personal branding, the stronger personal branding will be, the higher the value of the person's existence and role in the mind of others, which in turn improves his performance. For example, just by mentioning a person's name, then someone else will immediately be able to imagine and explain who and how the person is. This research is a documentation study about the essence of personal branding which is analyzed by using descriptive-qualitative method.

Abstract

The problem of the classroom research is low mathematics learning outcome of students class IV A SD Negri 010 Tembilahan Hulu. The learning problem is solved by applying SIAP method with the formulation of the probem: Is the application SIAP method can improve outcomes of mathematics learning ot students class IV A SD Negri 010 Tembilahan Hulu. The research aimed to improve outcomes of mathematics learning on student class IV A SD Negri 010 Tembilahan Hulu by applying SIAP method. The research is expected to be useful for the writer, students, school and government. Based on the result orf the research, by applying SIAP method of learning outcomes of students class IV A SD Negri 010 Tembilahan Hulu incrased significantly. At first, the learning outcomes average 33,20 or not good; in cycle I to 60,40 (good) and cycle II is 78,80 (good). Mastery learning individually and classically increase; at first only 4 or 16.00% of student that mastered the learning; in cycle I to 5 students or 60%; in cycle II to 25 students or 100%. In cycle II, learning has been considered succesful because the student achieves KKM (70) above 85%. The students who have not yet completed will done in remedial learning. The observation result, the student, the student class IV A SD negri 010 Tembilahan Hulu seemed to understand with SIAP method and they could diligent and persistent in learning by this method. Based the result of the research, SIAP method learning has been succesful in fixing the problem of low student outcome class IV A SD Negri 010 Tembilahan Hulu school year 2016/2017

Abstract

General Elections is one form of embodiment of democratic system applied in Indonesia. Election is the process of selecting people's representatives who will occupy certain positions which one of them is the election of legislative members. Referring to Law No. 7 of 2017 on General Election, this study aims to find out the vote counting process of legislative elections by the method of Sainte Lague applied into an application. The method applies the divisor's calculation not to the seat quotas, but to the vote which will be divided by the odd number (1,3,5,7) for the order of each seat. With this application the process of inputting the results of the calculation of the voice while can be done directly using mobile-based applications. The process of storing data from application users to database servers using a relatively lightweight firebase. With the draft of this application, the presentation of recapitulation data of the result of the temporary vote of the official election can be conducted without having to wait for the official announcement of the Central KPU. In addition, this application will make it easier to see the results of real recapitulation in the form of text and the sequence of the largest seat acquisition. The presentation of the recapitulation result stems from the political party vote acquisition data in each region.

Abstract

The village of Nusantara Jaya is a village located in Keritang district of Indragiri Hilir district, a village with eleven villages that are fairly large villages that require quite complex controls. With the program of DMIJ (Desa Maju Inhil Jaya) which is the flagship program of Indragiri downstream government to help the villages to be more advanced and rapidly development it is necessary a decision support system to determine the development fund of Nusantara Jaya village. In the process of developing the decision support system of determining the village development fund using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, this method is chosen because it’s able to select the best alternative from a number of alternative locations (hamlet) which will be prioritized as the recipient of the development fund based on the criteria specified. Research is done by finding the weight value for each attribute, then done the ranking process and determine the alternative (optimal) is the best location. Based on the analysis, it can be seen that the recommended locations as beneficiaries are ranked according to the highest as follows: (1) Teluk Dalam 0,95, (2) Gemilang Utama 0,84, (3) Nurul Iman 0,84, (4) Selamat Abadi 0,83, (5) Pinang Teluk 0,82, (6) Nusantara 10,8, (7) Sungai Bulan 0,77, (8) P.4.S Riau 0,76, (9) Amanah 0,70, (10) Makmur 0,68, and (11) Usaha Damai 0,55.

Abstract

Ethnic Duanu is a part of Proto-Malay who came in the first migration group to Austronesian territory. They were mostly found as sea-gypsy who live on canoes that was close to sea shore area. Along with time and acculturation, today’s Duano people have starting inhabit at seaside area, and are dwelling at stilt house which is found as a vernacular house pattern. Therefore, this is interesting to investigate how transformation of the pattern. Qualitative research approach in rationalistic paradigm is used in this research. By focusing on looking at changes in pattern of shape and space, daily values, perceptions, as well as on other ongoing changes at Duanu. The findings in the field show that the transformation of the Duanu’s house are occured due to acculturation and negociation of daily cultural life, accepting update outside information that come to Duanu people, and is also through government intervention.
