<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to collect empirical evidence regarding the effect of financial stability by ACHANGE proxy and external pressure by LEV proxy on financial statement fraud using the F-Score model. This study observes manufacturing businesses in basic and chemical industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for five years, from 2016 to 2020. This study includes a sample of 63 businesses. Purposive sampling was used as a sampling method. The research findings show that financial statement fraud is significantly influenced by financial stability and external pressure . The partial test results show that external pressure has a significant negative effect on financial statement fraud . Financial stability has no significant effect on financial statement fraud , but external pressure has a significant negative effect on financial statement fraud]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore students' learning strategies and their views on the strategies they used to understand reading texts. This study used a qualitative research design by conducting in-depth interviews with two participants who met the criteria set by the researcher. The data collected from the interview were analyzed using qualitative data analysis stages, which are data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results of this study indicated that the reading comprehension strategies used by students are scamming skimming, previewing, and making an inference. Students perceived that the learning strategy they used was very helpful for them in their daily learning process. <![CDATA[Learning style is a way that individuals explain how individuals learn or how they are conducted each person to concentrate on the process. The learning styles are individual and should be able to provide information on the different ways each is learned individuals. The aim of this study is to find out the imagery of the learning styles. This study was done with qualitative research design with observation, survey and interview techniques to collect the data. The observation and survey was done to the students while teaching and learning process, however interview was done to confirm the information to the students and teacher. The population of this research is 190 students. Sample of this research is seventy students. This sample was chosen with purposive sampling, based on certain criteria. This research was done when doing kampus mengajar batch four. After collecting and analyzing the data, this research shown that twenty students are auditory, twenty students are visual and thirty students are reading. This findings will give a better impact on teaching method that the teacher should design in the proces of teaching and learning.]]>

<![CDATA[The effectiveness of blended learning at SMK Negeri 1 Kinali on student learning outcomes and motivation. This study was able to determine the following: a) Knowing the variations in learning motivation and learning outcomes between students taught in blended learning and students taught in traditional classes; b) knowing the increase in learning motivation and student learning outcomes due to the use of mixed learning. It is a quasi-experiment to do this kind of study. 64 randomly selected students form the study population. Data collection techniques include written exams and surveys. Parametric statistics were utilized to examine and test the data (F-test and t-test). These are the research's results. a) Between students who study mixed learning and students who study conventional learning, there are differences in learning outcomes with sig. 0.000 with an average of 13.38 and a difference in learning motivation with sig. 0.012 with an average of 4.75. b) Employing blended learning improves student learning outcomes with a sig. 0.000 average increase of 38.22 and enhances student learning motivation by an average of 13.56.]]>

<![CDATA[Reading is an activity done to get message to conveyed by the author through the medium of words or standard language. The objective of this study to improve the reading ability through guided reading procedure on students grade six at Elementary School Rambah Serit. The design of this research is classroom action research. The students at grade six twenty students is the subject of this research. One of the abilities that students must have is ability reading, with the aim that students understand the contents of the reading text which he has read. However, there are still many students who are less able to read English. To improve students' reading skills, the guide reading method is applied. After applying the guide reading method I with the pre-reading stage, reading stage, and post-reading stage. In learning, results are obtained sixth grade students' reading ability. Cycle I obtained students' English reading ability of 20%, cycle II students' reading ability experienced an increase in students' reading English to 60%. It can be concluded that learning using the guide reading method can improve reading comprehension skills of sixth grade elementary school students.]]>

<![CDATA[Writing is an activity to create a note or information on a media using script. The aim of this study to examine the improvement of students' writing skill at Darma Private Middle School in Medan Johor by implementing communicative method. To achieve the objectives of the research, the authors use classroom action reserach methods. This research involved seventh grade students at Darma Private Middle School Medan. The population of this research is fifty five students and the sample of this research is twenty five students. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively through writing tests. To improves students writing skills in English, proven to improve aspects of writing, vocabulary and grammar. This study figure out that students average on writing improve from the first cycle 61,2 to the second cycle 82,4. It can be as alternative way in teaching writing.]]>

<![CDATA[As for the main direction of this research is to be able to understand the relationship of tax avoidancetax risk and profitability to the variable cost of debt. As information material to meet research needs, data is used through the financial reports ofenergy sector companies listed on the IDX for the periode 2019-2021. The population of this study is 74 companies, this population is taken from companies operating in the energy sector which are listed on the IDX. The author took 20 companies as areference sample in this study. In the results it was found that tax avoidance did not affect the cost of debt and tax risk had no effect nor was it significant on cost of debt and tax avoidance, tax risk and profitability proved to have no effect significant for energy sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine differences in the effectiveness of group services using a rational emotive behavior therapy approach in the experimental group and the provision of Prayitno group counseling services regarding academic procrastination behavior in the control group to reduce students' academic procrastination behavior. This study uses a quantitative method of experimental type. The sample consisted of 16 students and was selected using a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used is the Likert model scale. Statistical analysis of the data was performed using SPSS version 24. Significance was determined at the 0.05 level. Before the data was analyzed, the data was tested for variance, namely the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (KS test) on the variable normality test and the covariance matrix equivalence test was carried out. There is an insignificant value (p <0.05) which indicates that the data is not significantly different from the normality of the multivariate variable, so that the parametric test can be applied. The results showed that: (1) There were significant differences in the experimental group students before and after attending group counseling with the rational emotive behavior therapy approach, (2) There were significant differences in the academic procrastination behavior of the control group. students before and after being given group counseling.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the quality of the performance of teaching staff in improving the quality of education at SMP Negeri 6 Panyabungan and to find out what factors influence teacher performance in improving the quality of education at SMP Negeri 6 Panyabungan. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach , while type of research is descriptive.data collection techniques used observation techniques,Interview,and Documentation The informants used in this study totaled 15 teaching staff and were determined using the theory from John Minner in Sudarmanto's quote (2009: 11) namely the performance of teachers or educators from the results of the study showed that based on the 4 indicators in the study, the It can be concluded that the performance of educators in improving the quality of education at Panyabungan Public Middle School is: the time a teacher enters class to provide subject matter, as well as the ability of a teacher to use technology in learning media. Based on the results of the research conducted, the inhibiting factor for the performance of educators in improving the quality of education at SMP Negeri Panyabungan is the regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia number 16 of 2007 concerning academic qualification standards for teacher competency and work experience.]]>
