COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by a virus so redeliver and Favipiravir antiviral therapy is needed. This study compared the cost-effectiveness analysis of the drugs Ravipiravir and Remdesivir in COVID-19 disease at Haji Hospital Surabaya. This study compares observationally between 2 (two) alternatives using a hospital perspective and data collection carried out retrospectively in the period April 2021 to October 2021. The Cost Effectiveness Analysis method used is the Cost-Effectiveness Ratio (ACER). The results of the data obtained from the ACER cost-effectiveness analysis method in the Favipiravir group are Rp. 2,820,601.63 per day for length of stay and Rp. 6,485,071.79 per day for COVID-19-free time. While in the Remdesivir group Rp. 3,311,510.74 per day for the length of stay and Rp. 8,329,527.98 per day for COVID-19-free time. Meanwhile, the ICER analysis method is Rp. 6,195,280.50 per day for the length of hospitalization and Rp. 34,802,899 per day for COVID-19-free time. Abstract

In accordance with SKEP/2765/XII/2010 regulations, all who will enter the airport area must be checked through the Security Check Point first. The problem is with the equipment used to check passenger goods through the Security Check Point. Adequate work equipment in suitable and properly maintained conditions will help smooth operations so that items that are prohibited or not allowed to enter the aircraft cabin do not escape. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method, arranged systematically from the results of interviews, observation and documentation. Research quality is research that is used to investigate, find, describe, and explain the quality of influences that cannot be explained, measured or described through a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the interviews and observations, it can be explained that the Security Check Point equipment must be checked regularly and recorded starting from the Aviation Security officer's report to the Airport Electronics officer. 4 X-ray equipment only 1 X-ray has problems so the inspection process is sometimes closed, 4 WalkTrough Metal Detector equipment is safely under control for inspection. In some HandHeld Metal Detector tools, problems often occur, the HandHeld Metal Detector report is not attached because if the sensor from the HandHeld Metal Detector equipment experiences problems, the equipment is immediately replaced with a new one.

Abstract

Tiyuh Kibang Hamlet, Budi Jaya Village, Lambu Kibang District, Tulang Bawang Barat District, Lampung, the community has many tofu industries. Still, based on data from the Kibang Budi Jaya Health Center, diarrheal disease is one of the environmental-based diseases that still exists. Diarrheal disease is possibly one of the causes of groundwater contamination due to tofu wastewater. Currently, a prototype of the water hyacinth phytoremediation wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) has been built in Tiyuh Kibang Hamlet, which does not require expensive physical buildings and can be reached by small tofu industrial communities. The WWTP building consists of an Anaerobic Tub, a Water Hyacinth Phytoremediation Tub and a Fish Pond. This study's purpose was to analyse the Water Hyacinth Remediation Fito WWTP performance with parameters BOD, COD, TSS and pH. The methodology of this research is to check the quality of wastewater before processing (Pre Test) and after processing (Post Test) by examining the parameters of BOD, COD, TSS and pH. The results of the research are as follows: 1) The average wastewater quality before WWTP treatment parameters BOD, COD, TSS and pH are 1878.1 mg/l, 2683.4 mg/l, 3000 mg/l, 2) Wastewater quality the average after processing the Water Hyacinth Phytoremediation WWTP parameters BOD, COD, TSS and pH were 61 mg/l, 113 mg/l, 131 mg/l.
