Abstract

Colleges are great places for students to develop their capacities. This is because the role of universities as printers of human resources and their role is increasingly important in the era of Society 5.0. Moreover, the world is increasingly developing where technology changes people's political, social, cultural, and economic constellations e. The skills needed are also growing, including hard and soft skills. Therefore, universities must find effective ways to develop the abilities of their students to have high competitiveness and be innovative and creative in their way of thinking. One way to take is the Student Creativity Program (PKM). The program allows colleges to challenge their students to step out of their comfort zones. PKM makes its students learn to find theoretical and practical innovative ideas. In addition, PKM makes students learn about collaboration, research, strategic planning, and abilities that are relevant today. Although PKM has great benefits, many students are still constrained to get involved. These obstacles include difficulty getting information, sudden program announcements, difficulty getting ideas, difficulty getting supervisors, and difficulty finding a team. The last three challenges are more of a process. What is quite interesting is that there are complaints about the difficulty of obtaining information and sudden announcements. This needs to be highlighted, in a sense in terms of public policy communication. There are many repercussions if PKM is announced within a small deadline. Moreover, PKM is more than just collecting proposals. There is a long process to go through. Therefore, the author reviews how the communication pattern of higher education public policy in communicating this PKM. The author wants to analyze and evaluate the public policy communications carried out. The research focus is universities in LLDikti Region 3 The research approach is qualitative

Abstract

The purpose of marriage, according to Law No. 1/74 article 1 is to form a happy and lasting family (household) based on God Almighty. Indonesia adheres to the principle of maintaining marriage and making marriage difficult. This principle is contained in Supreme Court Circular Letter Number 1 of 2022 concerning the Application of the Formulation of the Results of the Plenary Meeting of the Supreme Court Chamber in 2022 as Guidelines for the Implementation of Duties for the Courts (SEMA 1/2022) Letter C of the formulation of the Religious Chamber number 1 letter b. In SEMA 1/2022, a numerical formula can burden one of the spouses when filing a divorce petition with the court. These limitations can harm the purpose of marriage itself and violate the Right to Life of a Human being as stated in the Human Rights Law. The research method used in this research is normative juridical. Normative juridical is where the law is conceptualized as what is written in laws and regulations or the law is conceptualized as rules or norms that are a benchmark for human behaviour. Based on the latest provisions, namely SEMA 1/2022, regulates the grounds for divorce by using a period that can aggravate one of the husband/wife parties who feel they cannot maintain their marriage. So it is hoped that despite the rules in SEMA 1/2022, the judge in giving his decision, can also consider other principles such as justice and expediency which refer to the evidence submitted so that the husband/wife cannot be united again in marriage so that a divorce decision is issued.

Abstract

Pharmaceutical services in the hospital environment have changed from being drugs oriented to being patient oriented in the sense that they are not only managing drugs but in a broader sense including providing information to support the correct and rational use of drugs, monitoring drug use to find out the goal, and the possibility of medication errors. There needs to be more research on nurses' perceptions of the role of pharmacists in Indonesia. Research on a similar topic was conducted by Alcantara (2018) in Brazil, namely Perceptions of a group of hospital pharmacists and other professionals of the implementation of clinical pharmacy at a high complexity public hospital in Brazil. Then research was conducted by Rayes (2016), a qualitative study exploring physicians' perceptions on the role of community pharmacists in Dubai. Research in Indonesia was conducted by Safitrih (2019) with the title Health Workers' Perceptions and Expectations of the Role of the Pharmacist in Emergency Units: A Qualitative Study in Kupang, Indonesia and research conducted by Meradiana (2021) on Perceptions of Health Workers in Collaborative Practices Interprofessional in Hospitals in Banyu Wangi, the articles used and meet the requirements based on the suitability of the topics, objectives, research methods, and research results of each article. The writing of this review article was carried out by conducting a literature study using scientific article sources. Searches were conducted online using the Google Scholar, PubMed, Elsevier, and ScienceDirect search engines with the keywords "Interprofessional collaboration pharmacist", "Role of clinical pharmacist", and "Collaborative practice pharmacist". This study shows significant differences in the domain of coordination and division of roles in different professional backgrounds. This shows that inter-professional health workers have different perceptions when coordinating and dividing roles in an inter-professional collaborative team. Coordination between team members is important to achieve common goals, improving patient health and safety, sharing knowledge and mutual respect between professions. Various studies have identified that patient safety is achieved by reducing the incidence of medication errors when the entire team works safely, cooperatively and in a coordinated manner to avoid gaps in quality assurance. division of roles according to each profession will increase mutual understanding and harmonious coordination between health worker professions.
