Abstract

The development of the urban transportation system is inseparable from the increase in private vehicle ownership which makes the vehicle movement so high, especially in urban areas that can cause problems in the future. This research aims to create a rail-based urban public transportation system in Patungraya Agung Metropolitan Area. This study uses qualitative methods, with data collection techniques using observation and literature study. The analysis is carried out by considering traffic movements and adjustments to existing spatial planning. The study results show that the movement level is generally within Palembang. So that it is planned to have 8 coridor in the scenario of developing a rail-based public transportation system in Patungraya Agung Area. Location of the station which was developed using the TOD concept, so that the location of the station is close to the center of activity. Corridors P2, P3, P4, P5, and P6 (within cities) are developed by elevated using Light Rail Transit, while corridors 1, 2 and 3 are developed on ground using inter-city Commuter Lines.

Abstract

The online motorcycle taxi phenomenon is one of many changes or evolutions that take advantage of technology. So the legal protection of the rights and obligations of online motorcycle taxi drivers is very important to study, both regarding the governing legal rules and legal protection. In this study, 2 (two) problems were determined that had to be answered, namely how are the legal rules governing the rights and obligations of an online motorcycle taxi driver in Indonesia, and how is the legal protection of the rights and obligations of online motorcycle taxi drivers based on a Partnership Agreement in terms of Indonesian Positive Law. Based on the study results, the legal rules governing the rights and obligations of online motorcycle taxi drivers in Indonesia need to be revised, starting from the transportation ministry regulations and the rules in the partnership agreement. So that the legal protection of the rights and obligations of online motorcycle taxi drivers could be better. So that the effort that will be made is for the Government, as the party that must protect online motorcycle taxi drivers, to take concrete steps, namely issuing policies so that online motorcycle taxi drivers are not based on a Partnership Agreement but are included in the realm of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower., renegotiating the contents of the Partnership Agreement which were very arrogant and detrimental to online motorcycle taxi drivers who are also part of Indonesian citizens, and taking steps to have online motorcycle taxi drivers appointed as employees.

Abstract

An exchange rate (exchange rate) is an agreement known as a currency exchange rate against a current or future payment, between two currencies of each country or region. In addition, Sukuk also implies ownership claims, potentially increasing the company's systemic risk. Conventional bonds are believed to be less risky than sharia-compatible sukuk, but sukuk can still impact a company's systemic risk. Risk can be measured using the stock beta coefficient, which measures the return volatility of a security or portfolio return on market returns. Regarding a security’s beta, it is important to analyze securities or portfolios. This study aims to determine the exchange rate and systematic risk together (simultaneously) on the value of Islamic bonds in the Islamic capital market. This study used a sample of 24 companies with a sampling technique that is Totality Sampling. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression, classical assumption test, autocorrelation test, partial T test, simultaneous F test, and the R2 determinant test. The study results show that the independent variable X1 (exchange rate) is 2.069452. It is accepted if it is seen from the probability value equal to 0.0042, which is smaller than 0.05 Ha. It significantly negatively affects the company's Sukuk Value in the Islamic Capital Market. Variable X2 (Systematic Risk) is 0.721231, then when viewed from the probability value equal to 0.0321 which is <0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Systematic risk (X2) has a significant effect on the value of Sukuk. The calculated F value is 18.4226 while the F table with a level of α = 5% is 2.66. Thus F count > F table (18.4226 > 2.66), indicates that there is a significant influence between the Exchange Rate (X1) and Systematic Risk (X2) variables simultaneously on the Sukuk Value

Abstract

Competent human reof sources are the main asset for an organization to achieve its established development goals. Human reof source planning is a systematic process examining the condition of human reof sources to ensure that the right number of skilled reof sources will be available when needed. This study analyzes human reof source planning in the Civil Service Police Unit of Kuningan District (Pamong Police Unit Praja Regency Kuningan) to improve organizational performance effectiveness. However, the Civil Service Police Unit of Kuningan District still faces various challenges, including a lack of adequate personnel to carry out their tasks, especially in dealing with complex situations requiring more human reof sources. The existence of contract-based employees (honorary employees) in meeting needs has attracted the attention of researchers. This research utilizes a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This study carries out four stages of human reof source planning: job analysis, needs and workload analysis, recruitment and selection, and capacity development as the final stage. Data is collected through interviews with relevant parties, observations, and analysis of administrative regulations and government policies. The study results indicate a mismatch between government policies and administrative regulations regarding appointing personnel in the Civil Service Police Unit of Kuningan District. Additionally, there are limitations in budget allocation for capacity development implementation. These factors affect the effectiveness of human reof source planning in the organization. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the Civil Service Police Unit of Kuningan District pay attention to factors influencing human reof source planning and align them with government policies and administrative regulations. Moreover, there is a need for adequate budget allocation for the implementation of human reof source development to enhance the organization's performance and effectiveness in carrying out its tasks.

Abstract

Socio-cultural changes that occur in society will affect the dynamics of a policy implemented by the government. The policy can be said as a cultural product because in its development, it is also necessary to pay attention to the socio-cultural values that exist in society. The dynamics of encryption and cybersecurity policies in Indonesia also need to adapt to socio-cultural values. Technological changes can affect public acceptance of a previously controversial policy. Still, in line with the needs and challenges faced in the cyber era, the community can only accept this policy. This process certainly takes a long time. In terms of encryption and cyber security policies, there are pros and cons in society, and political parties related to the MoU entered into by KPU Lemsaneg in 2013 caused the MoU cancellation. However, in 2021 a memorandum of understanding will be held between KPU and BSSN, which will not raise pros and cons. This is interesting to study in more depth. This paper wants to see how a policy must also consider socio-cultural change aspects. The method used is qualitative with literature study.

Abstract

Garuda Indonesia, a leading player in the aviation industry, is at the heart of this research, focusing on the comparative analysis of its two major pricing strategies, value-based pricing and lowest pricing. This study investigates the effectiveness of value-based pricing and lowest pricing strategies adopted by Garuda Indonesia, employing a SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) framework. This comparative evaluation aims to identify the strategy best suited to Garuda Indonesia's current market conditions and business objectives. The research considers diverse data, including company financial records, customer surveys, and comprehensive market analyses, to fully understand the economic, competitive, and consumer-driven factors influencing pricing decisions. Factors such as fluctuating demand and supply, escalating competition, operational costs, and Indonesian consumers' nuanced perception of value are thoroughly examined. By setting precise metrics for success within the SMART framework, the study accurately measures the impact of these pricing strategies on Garuda Indonesia's profitability and competitive standing. The research outcomes will provide critical insights and strategic recommendations for Garuda Indonesia's pricing policy, with potential applications for the broader aviation industry. Ultimately, this study deepens the understanding of pricing strategy dynamics, contributing significantly to academia and industry practice.
