This research aims to investigate the influence of early childhood social-emotional development on smartphone usage in RA Darun Najwa, Percut Sei Tuan District, Bandar Khalipah Village, Deli Serdang Regency. The results of observing the use of smartphones by young children include increased emotional withdrawal, diminished creativity, and sleep disturbances. Beauty standards arise because of the construction of society. There is a myth that says that if a woman is beautiful and conforms to those standards of beauty, then she gets a lot of privileges. Digital media is one of the factors that makes this social construction happen. The researcher uses a qualitative research method with semiotic analysis techniques by Roland Barthes to help find the signs contained in the film Insatiable and interpret these signs according to the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myth. The theory used to support this research is Roland Barthes' theory of semiotics and the theory of social realityconstruction put forward by Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckman. The film Insatiable represents beautiful women who conform to society's standards. Beautiful women also dress neatly and use makeup, more trusted by society, whatever they say will be justified, and they can play on someone's feelings.

The author uses the Normative Juridical research method and refers to Indonesia's prevailing laws and regulations, namely the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 39/POJK.04/2014 concerning Mutual Fund Selling Agents. In addition, Law Number 8 of 1995 concerning Capital Market and Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations also provide legal protection to Investors. The legal protection provided to investors can be reviewed from several laws and regulations. So in writing this law, the author analyzes the legal protection that online Mutual Fund Investors can receive in preventive protection such as providing transparent and complete information about Mutual Fund Selling Agents and repressive protection in the form of criminal sanctions or administrative sanctions or civil sanctions. With this research, it is hoped that the government will make laws and regulations that are more constricted on online or digital investment, and investors are expected to be wiser in choosing online Mutual Fund Selling Agents to avoid unwanted problems.
