Abstract

The nature of the government is a servant to the people. Continual improvement of the public service sector in the government bureaucracy should indeed be done. This is an embodiment of good governance to answer challenges to the needs of the community in achieving clean, good and authoritative governance (clean and good governance). Restructuring must be accompanied by the development of a new bureaucratic value system and culture, which places citizens at the center of bureaucratic life and is able to lay the foundation for development and professionalism in the bureaucracy. Bureaucracy and its apparatus must be able to play an active role in realizing democratic values of governance such as participation, transparency, and accountability to the public. The characteristics of public bureaucracy that tend to dominate the policy-making process and hinder public involvement in that process must be removed. Public bureaucracy must be more open and actively involve its citizens in government activities and public services.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of the jigsaw-assisted cooperative learning model of the scrapbook-assisted type on the motivation and learning outcomes of students at SMK Krian 2 Sidoarjo. This research method is a Quasi Experimental Design with the form of a Nonequivalent Control Group Design experiment. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling technique. The research was conducted in class XI MPLB 1 as the experimental class and class XI MPLB 3 as the control class. Data analysis techniques in this study used prerequisite tests in the form of normality and homogeneity tests and hypothesis testing using the t-test (t-test). The results of this study indicate that the application of the jigsaw-assisted cooperative learning model with the help of scrapbooks has an effect on learning motivation as indicated by an increase in students' motivation scores before and after treatment. In addition, the results of the study also showed that the jigsaw-assisted cooperative learning model with the help of scrapbooks had an effect on student learning outcomes which were known to increase the learning outcomes of the experimental class which were higher than the control class. Abstract

The advent of the internet and the rapid development of online media have recently resulted in digital media dominating society. The current digital revolution shows that the television model or television culture has changed from generation to generation due to changes in consumer behaviour. One of the most popular digital media today is YouTube. YouTube is a video-sharing platform founded in 2005. It is one of the most popular websites worldwide, with millions of daily active users. YouTube also has a partner program that allows users to earn money through advertisements on their videos. This allows content creators and businesses to monetize their content and generate additional revenue. Ganjar Pranowo used this to market MSME products in Central Java and its surroundings by utilizing the Youtube channel Ganjar Stalls. One UMKM product that uses the Ganjar stall is the Marshmellow product, which is a UMKM from the Jogja region. Usually selling manually in the South Square, then with the Ganjar booth, it becomes a promotional medium for these MSME products. With this promotion, we can expand the target market. From the data taken, a product to achieve its marketing goals in the intended market area must have marketing tools in the form of 4P, namely Product, Price, Place and Promotion.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the impact of individual readiness for change and organizational trust on the affective commitment to change. The respondents of the research were 328 employees who work in various banking organizations who have facing changes in the Jabodetabek area Indonesia. Data were collected using Commitment to Change Inventory, Organizational Trust, and Readiness for Change scale, and were analyzed using regression analysis. Findings indicated that there was a positive and significant impact of individual readiness for change and organizational trust on affective commitment to change. It implies that people with high individual readiness for change and organizational trust also have a high affective commitment to change. This research also found that individual readiness for change had a stronger impact on the affective commitment to change than organizational trust, which can be concluded that developing people ready toward change is important.

Abstract

This mineral processing aims to remove valuable minerals and impurities using mechanical means by utilizing the physical and chemical properties of minerals. One of them is using gravity’s concentration with a sluice box. This tool requires supporting parameters for optimal recovery including dimensions and material, riffle, slope, air discharge and type of carpet to achieve the desired recovery. The purpose of this paper is to find out whether it is true that some of these supporting parameters affect the metal mineral processing results with the limitation of the problem being the influence of supporting parameters in various previous research results. The results of the review show that the supporting parameters affect the processing results. In addition, the parameters also influence each other. If the results of these parameters are not correct, then the processing results will also not be optimal and material deposition will occur.

Abstract

Mining activities have the potential to damage the environment, one of the negative impacts of mining activities is the contamination of acid mine water in the Sengklami River. The purpose of this study was to analyze the content of acid mine drainage in the Sengklami River on geochemical parameters based on values, namely pH, Fe, Mn, TSS , BOD, COD, DO, and Sulfides so that they are identified in the Sengklami River. The method used is fuzzy logic modeling of min-max values with primary data so that it can be processed in the form of input data which becomes a fuzzification of the range variable (rule base) which produces a fuzzy inference system and then defuzzifies the fuzzy output data which produces the AAT index value so that the value can be determined. classification of environmental pollution conditions consisting of 3 (three) categories namely mild, moderate and severe. From the test results of 8 parameters pH, Fe, Mn, TSS, BOD, COD, DO and Sulfide, the downstream data for 2020 showed a heavy classification with an AAT index of 0.10, while upstream in 2020 there was also a heavy classification with an AAT index of 0.90. The fuzzy logic model for downstream data for 2022 has a heavy classification with an acid mine water index of 0.03 while upstream in 2022 there is also a heavy classification with an acid mine water index of 0.97. Based on data taken in 2020 and 2022, it can be concluded that the characteristics of pollution are in the upstream and downstream of the river, this condition causes clouding by looking at the acid mine drainage index with a heavy classification.
