Abstract

Blasting is an important aspect of the mining process to improve the efficiency of mineral and coal recovery. PT AEL Indonesia, one of the blasting service companies, is committed to fulfilling its responsibility to customers by achieving performance targets and conducting safe blasting. Customer surveys show that customer satisfaction with PT AEL Indonesia's performance at KPC Site is below the minimum target of 80%. Employee performance is one of the contributing factors, indicated by a series of human error misfires, vehicle operation incidents and activities that do not follow the procedures. The company needs to pay attention to the factors of organizational culture, competence and work motivation as important factors that affect their performance. The purpose of this study was to provide an analysis of the mainstreaming of organizational culture and competence on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT AEL Indonesia Site KPC East Kalimantan. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. Sample determination is done by non-random sample method (non-probability sampling) with a saturated sample procedure (census) with a sample size of 158 people. The research data were processed quantitatively description with path analysis techniques and sobel test using SPSS ver 21. The results of the study concluded that (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, (2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, (3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (5) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) Indirectly, organizational culture through work motivation does not significantly affect employee performance, (7) Indirectly, competence through work motivation does not significantly affect employee performance.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Competency, Job Motivation, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to see the client patron relationship that exists between Javanese Medan charcoal panglong business actors in and tauke. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations and documentation. The subjects of this study selected with a total of 4 main informants, namely Javanese Medan charcoal panglong business actors and 2 key informants, namely tauke who established relationships with charcoal panglong business actors in Teluk Rhu Village. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model scheme through three basic components in the form of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the client's patron relationship in the charcoal panglong business actors and tauke provided benefits for both parties. The established client patron relationship breaks the stigma that the client patron relationship only benefits one party and exploits the other. Tauke as a patron provides benefits in relation by providing business capital, assistance, accounts receivable to business protection. Charcoal panglong business actors give their loyalty by only selling their production to one tauke as a reward for the assistance provided by tauke. The factors behind the establishment of patron client relations between charcoal panglong business actors and tauke are ethnic similarities (ethnicity), kinship (brotherhood), cooperation and comparison of the selling and buying prices of charcoal produced.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the activities of venture capital companies in Indonesia as a non-bank financial institution. Venture Capital is unique in investing activities by participating in managing and supervising the investee so that its role in the progress of the Indonesian economy cannot be ignored. The research analysis uses qualitative descriptive statistical methods by observing and describing data collected online through the official websites of the OJK, other government agencies, and also other trusted national news websites. From the description of the data obtained, it shows that the role of venture capital in funding start-ups and MSME-scale businesses has a fairly important role in its development. The results also show that financing and investment activities carried out by venture capital are not evenly distributed, activities based on location are still focused on DKI Jakarta and provinces on the island of Java. The proportion of funding obtained by business units outside Java Island is only 15.04%, while DKI Jakarta is 37.58% of the total venture capital funding.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in calistung in Watang Panjang Village. This study uses a qualitative research approach design. The main object of this research is the calistung program in Watang Panjang Village. The location of this research is Watang Panjang Village, Karangbinangun District, Lamongan Regency. The data in this study is the calistung program in Watang Panjang Village. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and recording techniques. The technique used is descriptive analysis technique. The results of the calistung research program in Watang Panjang Village are: The results of observations during teaching and learning activities in the classroom and Watang Panjang Village Hall, data found that children who cannot read do not mean they do not know letters at all, but do not yet have the concept of when a letter combined with other letters will form words. There are several methods applied in learning calistung in Watang Panjang Village, namely: Questions and answers, storytelling, and groups.

Abstract

Research entitled Human Relations Activities of RW Managements in Building the Life of Harmony of Citizen, in carrying out this research, the authors focused on human relations activities carried out by RW 08 Managements, Antapani Wetan Village, Bandung City. The author's reason for choosing this place is because the writer lives in the housing complex so that it can facilitate the implementation of observations and interviews in collecting data. The purpose of this study was to determine the human relations activity program, the intensity of the human relations program, the credibility of the communicator in fostering community harmony, as well as the quality of human relations activities of RW Managements in fostering community harmony. Furthermore, in this study the authors used qualitative methods where the research was based on the case of the research object. The author used the research object, namely community members in RW 08, Antapani Wetan Village, while the sample used was purposive sampling where the sample was determined intentionally by the researcher on the basis of certain criteria/considerations. Furthermore, in data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, literature testing. and documentation study, after carrying out this research it can be interpreted that the role of the management of RW 08, Antapani Wetan Village, Bandung City in accordance with their position, main tasks and functions is able to carry out human relations properly so that harmony among citizens can be realized.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasingly advanced development of science and technology, which has resulted in the replacement of human workers with machine workers. One solution is to increase skills in utilizing digital technology through entrepreneurial organizations. The purpose of this research is first to analyze the management of digital-based young entrepreneur development at HIPMI higher education chapter in. This research method is descriptive qualitative, researchers carry out activities by describing data and facts by finding existing realities and are carried out continuously from the beginning to the end of the study. The results of this study obtained that HIPMI higher education chapter in Central Java has developed its members into digital-based young entrepreneurs, through work programs that have been compiled in the work program syllabus. Abstract

This research is aimed to look for the elements of Experiential function that is used on Jakarta Post about opinion academic Robot and AI: A new Economic Era. Therefore, the researcher will analyze the component of experiential function on Jakarta Post about opinion academic Robot and AI: A new Economic Era. In this research, the researcher used qualitative method by analyzing the text of the newspaper. This research finds the transitivity system as a unit of experience in three elements namely participants, process and circumstances. The part of the participants namely actor, senser, sayer, carrier, token, possessor, behaver with calculate is 58 participants. The highest participant is actor (47%). The second process namely material, behavior, mental, verbal, relational, existential with calculate is 67 processes, and the highest process is material (50%). The third is circumstance namely manner, extent (temporal), accompaniment, role, location (temporal & spatial), cause, contingency with calculates 39. The highest circumstance is contingency (33%)

Abstract

This study aims to examine the millennial generation's comprehension and utilization of e-wallets. The questionnaire method was used to acquire data from 28 participants of the millennial generation for this study. Data was collected to determine the extent to which millennials comprehend the concept of e-wallets, their usage frequency, and their preferences for the most desirable features. The results of the analysis indicate that 82.1% of millennials have a deep comprehension of e-wallets and utilize them as an essential tool in their daily financial activities. 94% of respondents have employed e-wallets for online transactions and payment activities. The influence of usability and application features on e-wallet usage preferences. This research can provide valuable insights for e-wallet service providers, businesses, and the government regarding the millennial generation's use of e-wallets. The implications of this study's findings can be used to enhance e-wallet innovation and services, as well as to devise more effective marketing strategies to overcome obstacles and optimize the use of this financial technology.

Abstract

Handling online orders is a series of order management processes that arise from online customer purchases, from receiving orders, printing shipping labels or packing slips, fulfilling orders, and submitting them to courier expeditions to be sent to the recipient's address. This study aims to determine the procedure for handling online orders at CV Jims Honey Official. The method used is descriptive qualitative with interviews, observation, and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that CV Jims Honey Official has three types of procedures for handling online orders based on the payment method, namely orders with a balance or credit payment method, cash payments, and payments through the marketplace using receipts. The total online orders entered on the e-commerce website https://jimshoneyindonesia.com/ during the study period were 5671. In handling these orders, several divisions are involved, which are also not free from obstacles in the implementation. Still, these obstacles can be overcome to fulfill customer or reseller orders.
