Abstract

Most of the verses of the Al-Quran, especially those related to law cannot be put into practice because they are absolute, general, and very broad in understanding. Therefore, the task of the Prophet Muhammad. to explain it to mankind through his words, which are called Hadith/Sunnah. Hadith/Sunnah is the second source of Islamic law after the Qur'an as the first source of law, because the Qur'an is qath'iyah wurud (it must come from Allah) because it is mutawatir (in groups) in its transmission. While the Hadith/Sunnah, some of them are qath'iyah wurud (must come from the Messenger of Allah), namely those that are narrated in a mutawatir manner and some are not qath'iyah wurud, namely the Hadith/Sunnah-sunnah ahad (the narration is one person). The Prophet's explanation. There are several forms of respect to the Qur'an, namely: 1. Detailing the global laws that exist in the Qur'an, such as the obligation to pray in the Qur'an which is global in nature, because it does not specify how many times, how many rak'ahs, and the procedure. 2. Explain the purpose of absolute law in the Qur'an, such as Allah's command to cut off the hands of thieves. 3. Specializing in general laws in the Qur'an, such as regarding the distribution of inheritance. The Qur'an is in dire need of the Hadith/Sunnah to explain the verses that are in outline form. Hadith/Sunnah as bayani (explanatory) for the Qur'an. Without Hadith/Sunnah, the Qur'an cannot be understood perfectly.

A management accounting system will be implemented as a result of the efforts to eliminate environmental uncertainty, which will be a significant step forward in the effort to overcome environmental uncertainty. Managers' management accounting system is to be more active in searching for data related to the processes they carry out, so this encourages managers to be more active in carrying out processes, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation. In this study, a qualitative descriptive technique was used to collect information. In this study, a literature review strategy was taken in order to gather information for the study. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and psychological contract to work motivation either partially or simultaneously. The research subjects used in this study were 91 employees and employees of PT XYZ. Sample selection using method stratified random sampling. Research data obtained from a scale to measure work motivation, job satisfaction and psychological contract. The calculation is done by performing classical assumption test which consists of normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test. Analysis of the data used is a multiple linear regression test through the help of SPSS 24 for windows. The results of data analysis showed that there was an influence between job satisfaction and psychological contract on work motivation with an F count of 51,588 and a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The results of the correlation analysis of the first minor hypothesis indicated that there was positive influence between job satisfaction and work motivation (β = 0.652, p = 0.000). The second minor hypothesis also showed that there was positive influence between the psychological contract on work motivation (β = 0.210, p = 0.006).

Abstract

Multivariate Factor Analysis is a technique in statistical calculations that functions in finding the main determining factors that have a major influence in a combination of statistical facts. On the preparation of the website interface according to the usability and function and also the involvement of the user's feelings so that it will intersect with Kansei Engineering. The researcher measured the consumer feeling about the part of the website that was widely used by using the Kansei Engineering Type I method. From the specimen material that had been applied for previous research, a discussion was developed which initially focused more heavily on Kansei Engineering and was used as an alternative update in utilizing multivariate factor studies. The fact that the survey output to the user will be carried out by applying Cronbach's Alpha multivariate statistical planning, Coefficient Correlation Analysis, Principal Component Analysis, Factor Analysis and Partial Least Square which has been applied to previous observations, then the highest value part of the two result factors will be assimilated as a the latest recommendation material that has been combined with the recommendation value of the new website section compared to the results of the previous unit factor analysis.

Abstract

Dividend policy is one of the policies in the company that must be considered and considered carefully. The dividend policy determines the amount of profit allocation that can be distributed to shareholders (dividends) and the profit allocation that a company can hold. The greater the retained earnings, the smaller the profits that will be distributed to shareholders. In the allocation of profits, various kinds of problems are encountered. Dividends are considered as a way to reduce the problems that arise between management and shareholders by giving the rights of shareholders. There are several factors that influence dividend policy, but researchers only examine three variables, namely liquidity, profitability and leverage. This study aims to examine the effect of variable liquidity, profitability and leverage on dividend policy both partially and simultaneously. The sample of this study is the food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017 with a total of 25 companies using a purposive sampling method obtained as many as 18 sample companies. The analytical method used is the classic assumption test and hypothesis testing and multiple linear analyses. The results showed that simultaneously all independent variables influence dividend policy. Profitability partially affects dividend policy while liquidity and leases partially do not affect dividend policy. The adjusted R square value of 0.382 indicates the dependent variable (Dividend Payout Ratio) can be explained by the independent variables (liquidity, profitability and leverage) of 38.2%.
