Abstract

This paper focuses on evaluating the Generasi Berencana (GenRe Ceria) program, particularly on access to reproductive health, which is carried out by the National Population and Family Planning Agency of DKI Jakarta Province, which targets girls as policy subjects. BKKBN data mentions 57,688,472 people in the adolescent age range, meaning that one out of every four people in Indonesia is a teenager. This considerable amount is a potential that requires a planned, systematic, and structured management to benefit the nation's development capital in the future. The Ceria genre began in 2015 and ended in 2020, with an approach to youth by developing the Youth/Student Information and Counseling Center (Pusat Informasi dan Konseling Remaja/Mahasiswa/PIK R/M) in schools. This paper aims to evaluate the Generation Planning program in DKI Jakarta using the CIPP Evaluation Model on PIK R/M in six schools in DKI Jakarta Barat, spearheading efforts to provide access to reproductive health services and information for adolescent girls. By using qualitative research methods, this paper argues that the Ceria Genre program runs optimally even though it tends to focus on teenagers in school, ignores teenagers who drop out of school, and the inability to understand the cultural situation of the community.

This research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological analysis approach. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. This research develops the research flow from various points of view, first, by researching universal values and high legal awareness. Next is to examine the effectiveness of the regulations contained in the legislation. The third is to explore the universal values that exist in the teachings of Islam, and the last is to look for the causality of all these things with the level of religiosity of the Indonesian people. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that all Islamic teachings contain and are relevant to universal values. Islamic law regulates all aspects of life, both aspects of worship (human relations with God) and aspects of mu'amalah (relationships between humans and their environment, but this is still not implemented by the Indonesian community, although it affects the level of community religiosity.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, brands play an important role in regulating the development of world trade. Brands are used in the world of commerce to differentiate one product from another. Brand owners often use self-portrait logos with the aim of letting consumers know the owner or as a sign that the product is genuine. Disputes regarding brands are common in Indonesia, one of which involves the use of a portrait of Mrs. M on the trademark used in telon oil product packaging. This happened because previously the Ny. M was transferred due to bankruptcy so that the Right to the Mark was transferred to another party. There is a portrait of Mrs. M becomes a problem because it is considered not to be an integral part of the trademark, but is a stand-alone Copyright. The transfer of rights to the mark should include all the marks on the mark because the marks on the mark have become one and cannot be separated.

In accordance with what has been stated above, that legal awareness is essentially awareness of the existence or occurrence of "unlawful" or "onrecht", let us see whether in today's society many things or events that are judged as "unlawful" or "onrecht". Indeed, the reality is that legal awareness is only being debated or crowded in the newspapers if legal awareness is declining or does not exist, if there are legal violations: drug abuse, radicalism and terrorism, murder, corruption, extortion, fraud , begal and so on. The level of legal awareness of students towards acts against the law uses four indicators, namely Legal Knowledge, Legal Understanding, Legal Attitudes and Legal Behavior.
