Abstract

The Corona virus is known to have originated from the Wuhan city China, starting December 2019 years. Data from March 30, 2020, more than 170 countries reported a number of positive cases of Covid-19 as many as 720,117, including Indonesia. The hospital experienced a decrease in revenue but the hospital still guaranteed patient recovery in accordance with hospital service standards. This will affect the financial strategy that can be used in dealing with the pandemic by analyzing financial performance through SWOT analysis in hospitals with profitability ratios (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat). We include research for the 2020 period, types of national and international articles published in the field of public and hospital health connected to the COVID-19 pandemic relating to infirmary financial strategies with a SWOT analysis. Conducted a search, using a multi-method strategy between January 2020 and December 2020. In carrying out the search, if any, complete download references, quotes and abstracts to Vancouver, the database reference program, for further evaluation. Systems thinking for decision making, several hospital strategies are needed to survive this pandemic, namely a change in leadership style in terms of financial management by not only focusing on COVID-19 but essential services for other diseases can be improved with rapid and comprehensive preparation and response using an integrated health system understanding in every hospital stakeholder.

Abstract

The regulation of election crimes in the Pilkada Law and the Election Law, especially in terms of the definition and mechanism for handling election crimes, has juridical implications, both formal and material. In terms of the definition of election crime, the emergence of the classification of election crimes and violations, does not necessarily emphasize the difference between the regulation of offenses and sanctions between crimes and violations, so that there tends to be over-criminalization in terms of criminal law enforcement. On the other hand, the mechanism for handling election crimes is limited by the time of handling, making many cases of alleged election crimes unfinished. In this context, the urgency of classifying election crimes into crimes and violations as well as establishing a mechanism for handling election crimes must be seen and measured from the perspective of criminal law policies. This study uses a normative law research approach, namely normative case studies in the form of products of legal behavior, in this case the legal products studied are the Pilkada Law and the Election Law. The research specification in this article is descriptive analytical research, which describes the applicable laws and regulations associated with legal theories and practices of implementing positive law concerning the enforcement of criminal law for election crimes in the perspective of criminal law policies. Based on the results of the study, the classification of election crimes into violations and crimes at the formulation level does not have clear boundaries and standards both qualitatively and quantitatively. This causes at the level of implementation and execution, the distinction between violations and crimes is no longer important. Thus, the classification of election crimes into violations and crimes does not have significant implications for law enforcement efforts for election crimes. In addition, the mechanism for handling election crimes regulated in the Pilkada Law and the Election Law is not able to maximally encourage the fulfillment of the legal objectives of law enforcement regulations in the Pilkada Law and the Election Law.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify pre-service teachers who are ready to integrate technology into their classrooms. The assumption is that pre-service teachers' characteristics like Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) are influenced by their teacher training. Preservice teachers were clustered based on their TPACK, a typical set of ICT-related characteristics (general ICT attitudes, attitudes towards ICT in education, ease of use and ICT self-efficacy), and perceived support from their training institution. A random sample of 50 senior high school pre-service teachers from SMA Al-Iftitahiyah in Sumenep was used in this mixed-method research. The results also showed that most participants understood TPACK and had ideas for implementing it in their classrooms. Pre-service teachers' (PTs) perceptions of TPACK in teaching and learning is expected. This study also has implications for experts interested in pre-service teachers' understanding of teaching with technology.

Abstract

The forced takeover of a country's government is also known as a coup (Coup d’état), the coup has become a polemic on its legitimacy in international law, such as the coup incident in Myanmar after the 2020 elections carried out by the highest military power holder or the head of the Myanmar military junta. The regulation regarding the coup d’état in the eyes of international law must be studied properly and correctly. The existence of the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of the State equips international countries so that coups are not carried out arbitrarily, resulting in violations of the rules of international law. Looking at the Myanmar military coup from the concept of international recognition of the government of a country, then from the concept of international recognition of the succession of the Myanmar government. Then how is the concept of international recognition of the government that can be obtained or comes from the coup d'etat. And about how the legitimacy of the coup as a form of transition of government in the perspective of International Law. So that it becomes clear about the Myanmar military coup action which is right if it does not violate the rules of international law and becomes wrong if it violates the rules of international law.

The second effort is to increase marketing through a product diversification approach, and this is done to add product variants of adrem cakes as well as more expensive packaging. Abstract

The ability of local government to finance their administration is one of the main characteristics of regional financial independence. Unfortunately, there are still many regions that depend on the intergovernmental fiscal transfers from the central government, instead of optimizing their own regional revenues, even though regional autonomy and fiscal decentralization in Indonesia, which are aimed at making regions become independent, have been running for two decades since 2001. Regional financial capacity is also one of the criteria that determines the success of underdeveloped areas. This study maps the financial capabilities of underdeveloped regions by using descriptive research method. The data sources from the 2020 regional revenue and expenditure budget in 62 underdeveloped regions according to Presidential Regulation Number 63 of 2020. We utilize the financial capability index, analysis of the pattern of relations between the central and local governments, as well as quadrant analysis. The results of the three analyzes showed that most of the underdeveloped regions are still not financially independent because they still depend on central government assistance.
