Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the online learning process for early childhood education students, faculty of education, Universitas Negeri Medan and Learning Plans as the product development. This research is a quantitative descriptive using survey method which is collected online. The research variable studied was the online learning process of students. The measuring aspects studied in this study include aspects of learning planning, learning activities, learning strategies, learning media and technology, learning assistance services. The data collection method used purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is in the form of a questionnaire using the scale method. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that more than 50% of the students gave very good assessments of the 5 aspects assessed.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the developers' efforts, the community, and the government in dealing with sustainable tourism areas in the area of North Bandung. This study also seeks to find each institution's communication strategies to find out what kind of procedures can help develop sustainable tourism in the area. Researchers' method is the exploratory method to explore broadly about the causes that influence the occurrence of something. This exploratory research was conducted qualitatively to know the procedures adopted by the parties involved for the continuity of tourism in North Bandung. Causes of disruption of conservation: The natural tourism area in North Bandung is mainly due to the indifference of those who benefit from tourism's short-term benefits. By handling persuasive communication, integrative development emerged and began to be socialized with the community. Persuasive communication is an effective way to integrate agencies on one goal, namely, sustainable tourism development. What primarily drives this compelling communication activity is the existence of cross-sectoral programs carried out by various parties. The results of this study can provide useful information to help improve sustainable tourism programs in an area. This information can help the government, especially regional governments and the ministry of tourism, and the ministry of environment to be followed up concerning programs and human resources in establishing sustainable tourism areas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the need for competency improvement carried out by hospitals. Up skilling professional competency organized by the hospital aims to increase the knowledge and competence of health workers to provide optimal health services. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach and was obtained by in-depth interviews. The collected data was then analyzed using thematic analysis according to the category of the results of the interview topics. The results indicate Upskilling professional competency needs to be carried out with theoretical and practical modules so that the process of improving comprehension and putting learning into practice can be done successfully and efficiently. Upskilling professional competency includes learning related to hard skills, soft skills, patience, emotional awareness, and knowledge to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic. The results are expected that hospitals can continue to take part in Upskilling professional competency by providing regular training on topics such as patient service standards, especially for Covid-19 patients, good and effective communication, and sufficient knowledge to provide health services during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of partnership on the performance of small and medium businesses in Tebing Tinggi City. the research method description analysis using a qualitative research approach, data collection through interviews and literature. Based on law number 9 of 1995 article 1 paragraph 8 "Partnership is a business collaboration between small businesses and medium businesses or large businesses accompanied by coaching and development by medium businesses or large businesses by paying attention to the principles of mutual need, mutual need, mutual strengthening and mutual benefit". This economic group of small and medium businesses is one of the businesses that has proven to be surviving in the midst of the development of the terrible economic crisis that has hit the country. Partnerships are very important in developing small and medium businesses because the existence of small and medium business partnerships is facilitated to obtain capital and marketing systems. In an increasing competitive atmosphere, the existence of small and medium businesses is demanded to remain able to compete with other business actors, because this institution is considered to be quite representative in empowering the community's economy.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of the risk profile, profitability, and capital adequacy on profit growth of conventional general banks in Indonesia. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling method, namely simple random sampling where the sample was selected at random and has the same opportunity to be sampled. Based on the results of calculations using the Slovin formula, a sample of 38 banks were obtained. The data used in this study uses quantitative data. In conducting the analysis and hypothesis testing, the procedures were carried out using the help of the Microsoft Excel 2019 program and E-Views version 10.0. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the risk profile has no effect on profit growth, and profitability and capital Adequacy have a positive effect on Profit Growth in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 - 2019. The hypothesis relatet to the influence of risk profile on profit growth was not proven. The results of this study can be used by potential investors and banks, that the risk profile does not affect profit growth, while those that affect profit growth are profitability and capital adequacy.

Abstract

Riouwstraat area in Bandung from the perspective of cultural resources management (CRM) is an effort to manage cultural heritage areas in the midst of the widespread use of cultural heritage buildings for business purposes. The background of the transfer of cultural heritage functions occurs because of the transformation process that is supported by various factors, namely: economic which is also related to socio-cultural conditions, strategic location, and government policies. The Riouwstraat area management strategy is carried out by identifying and analyzing important values. The solution for managing this area is sought to accommodate the interests of investors while still upholding conservation; synergize the interests of stakeholders with policy makers; and prioritizing the principle of benefit to society.

Abstract

International cooperation between European Union (EU) and ASEAN is needed to deal with global issues related to Development and COVID-19 Pandemic. This study aims to see the implementation of liberalism and regionalism’s theoretical approach within the EU-ASEAN Cooperation’s framework. The qualitative method is used to answer the research objectives. The research data are obtained from the European Commission, ASEAN Secretary, Worldbank, WIPS, WHO, and UNCTAD to describe the EU-ASEAN cooperation. To deepen the desk study related to the themes, the author also conducted an analysis and construction of reports and news in print and online mass media related to the ASEAN European Union Cooperation in the development of the COVID-19 Pandemic during the 2016-2021 period. For development issues, the data used are from 2016 to 2021, meanwhile, for COVID-19 Pandemic issues, the data used are from 2020 to 2021. The results show that EU-ASEAN cooperation is more integrated regarding global issues. It is proven by the existence of many collaborations within the framework of Development Cooperation and Cooperation in overcoming the COVID-19 Pandemic. In addition, the flow of globalization also facilitates cooperation between the EU and ASEAN. This proves that the existence of the European Union and ASEAN, as well as their relationship based on Liberalism Theory in international relations, shows that there are no boundaries between countries in conducting international cooperation. The goal that wants to be achieved is to fight for common or global interests.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of learning supervision and work climate on State High School teachers in Dharmasraya. Research methods are used quantitative research with ex-post facto designs. The population in this study were all state high school civil servant teachers in Dharmasraya numbered 188. While the sampling technique is Probability Sampling (Proportional Stratified Random Sampling) with yamane formula with an error rate of 5% so that it gets a sample of 128.  Research in the field shows that; (1) There is a significant influence on learning supervision on the teacher kiner with a t-count value of 9,110 with a t-table value of 1,979 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005. (2) There is no significant influence between the work climate on teacher performance on the basis  of a t-count value of -0.129 < t-table value 1.97912 with a significance value of 0.533 > 0.005, (3) there is a significant influence on learning supervision and work climate simultaneously on teacher performance by 41.3% with a constant value of 238,194 with a coefficient of X1 of 1,218 and the price of coefficient X2  -0.129 with linear regression equation Y = a + b_1 X_1 + b_2 X_2 where Y = 238,194 + 1.218 〖 X〗_1+ -0.129 X_2. While from the test F simultaneously got a value of acquisition of significance F is 0.000 < 10 alpha (α) 0.05 with a value of F_hitung 44.030 > 〖 F 〗_tabel 3.07. So it can be concluded that learning supervision and work climate become variables that can affect the performance of State High School teachers in Dharmasraya.

Abstract

The online learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic has various impacts, such as positive and negative impacts on the physical, social, and psychological. The focus of this research is to examine the negative psychological impact of online learning. The negative psychological impacts experienced by students of the PGSD Study Program at the Indonesian Christian University Toraja during the online learning process are decreased learning motivation, anxiety, anxiety, worry, panic, stress, and confusion. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were odd semester students, namely semester 3, semester 5, and semester 7 who were active students in the Makale class of the PGSD Study Program, Indonesian Christian University Toraja. The sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The number of research subjects was 135 people, consisting of semester 3 and 7 even semester students of the Indonesian Christian University Toraja PGSD class. The expected results and outcomes of this research are to produce references about the psychological impact of online learning.

Abstract

Online media plays an important role in reporting during the pandemic. Various case issues and changes in people's behavior are easily accessible through online news. This study aims to explain how the structure of the text which includes the macro structure, micro structure and superstructure is displayed in the news text about the implementation of PSBB at the closing ceremony of McDonald's, cognitive analysis and social analysis that influence journalists as news writers in revealing PSBB violations. The research method used is a qualitative method with the technique of critical discourse analysis of the Teun A. Van Dijk model which includes 3 dimensions, namely the dimensions of text, social cognition and social context. The data is in the form of online news published in three media, namely kompas.com, tempo.com and detik.com which aired in May 2020 with the news theme "Closing McDonald's at Sarinah Jakarta Outlets". The results of the study show that there has been a violation of the PSBB implementation during the Covid1-9 pandemic. Violations committed in the form of not wearing masks, not maintaining social distance Utilization of social cognition and access to influence the minds of readers through discourse are used by news sources and journalists to build public awareness in supporting the implementation of PSBB.
