Abstract

The challenge of handling digital evidence in an integrated justice system is that it is vulnerable, easy to change, and destroyed, so it needs to be protected from security threats when stored, processed, and transmitted by each interconnected law enforcer. This study aims planning evaluation as a part to enhance security control by analyzing the maturity level of XYZ's organization as a law enforcement in handling digital evidence in an integrated criminal justice system. So far, there has been no research that measures the level of maturity in the handling of potential digital evidence. This study uses the NIST SP800-53 Rev 5 security control standard and measures the maturity level using NIST Maturity. The result of the research is that the current organizational maturity level is 2.1 (range 0-5). The XYZ organization, in general, has had a pattern in dealing with digital potential in terms of information security and privacy, but it has not been established so it is still vulnerable, inconsistent, and reactive. Organizations need to improve control of information security and privacy optimally so that the security of digital evidence can be guaranteed. These results can be part of the evaluation process of the organization's planning to improve security controls.

Abstract

The general election in the State of Indonesia is held before the term of office of the previous official runs out, which is 5 years. Every 5 years the people of Indonesia will hold elections to choose their leader. In 2019, Indonesia held simultaneous elections, namely legislative elections and presidential-vice presidential elections, but there were several new polemics that occurred at that time, namely Law No. 7 of 2017 which states that the pair of presidential and vice-presidential candidates must be supported by at least 20% of dpr officials or 25% of the votes of the entire Indonesian people. This is set as a condition to determine whether or not the candidates for the presidential and vice-presidential candidates in the general election. In addition, there are regulations regarding the threshold of minimum party votes or Parliamentary Threshold of 4% of the vote for political parties can occupy the seat of the House of Representatives. So, this research is more likely to discuss how new political parties in Indonesia such as the Indonesian Gelora Party in conducting political manufer to be able to pass the parliamentary threshold in the 2024 election.  The purpose of this study is to observe what the Indonesian Gelora Party has done and will do in order to pass the parliamentary threshold and win the 2024 legislative elections, and apply the concept of political marketing in order to win the Indonesian Gelora Party in the 2024 general election, by getting votes above the parliamentary threshold.  This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. Techniques in collecting data are observation and in-depth interviews. The results of the research obtained show that the Indonesian Gelora Party as a new party has conducted massive political marketing by offering its platform as a political product in the form of a big narrative of the Indonesian nation towards the world's top five.  Public appreciation of the consistency attitude of the Indonesian Gelora Party is seen from when Gelora faced the reality of plurality of religious relations with the State, relations between tribes, ethnicities that smell of politics, relations between groups with diverse forces and with the State.

Abstract

Education and literacy skills are two very important things in our lives. The progress of a country directly depends on the literacy rate in that country. Educated people are expected to do their job well. Several educational problems in Indonesia, such as the uneven distribution of education, the limited quality of teachers and the low literacy of numeracy, have prevented Indonesia's position from becoming a country with high quality education. The Teaching Campus Program Batch 2 of 2021, which was initiated by the government, is one of the MBKM programs that focuses on increasing numeracy literacy skills in primary and junior secondary education. This context is getting stronger considering the condition of literacy and numeracy in Indonesia which is still low. In line with this reality, the government is making efforts to increase literacy and numeracy as one of the national priority agendas. This study aims to determine the implementation of the numeracy literacy program at SMP Negeri 4 Setu as part of the teaching campus program. The method in this study uses qualitative methods through interview techniques, observation and quantitative data collection through questionnaires. SMP Negeri 4 Setu, Bekasi Regency, West Java Province, became a research site for about five months starting from August 3 to December 16, 2021. The results showed that the numeracy literacy program was quite satisfactory because this program could increase interest in numeracy literacy. The researcher gives suggestions for this program to immediately update the data in DAPODIK so that the recipients of this program are right on target.
